Abstract

This study aims to identify the significant influence between Work Motivation and Job Insecurity on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intentions of Gojek Driver Partners in the Mataram City Area pasca the Covid-19 Pandemic. Collecting data using the method of determining the sample, namely the census with a total of 102 people collected questionnaires from 150 total of respomdent. Analysis and hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square (PLS) with research instruments using a questionnaire via an online google form. The results showed that there was a negative and insignificant effect of work motivation on turnover intentions, a positive and significant effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, a negative and significant effect of job insecurity on turnover intentions, a negative and significant effect of job insecurity on job satisfaction, a positive and significant effect job satisfaction on turnover intentions. full mediating and significant effect of work motivation on turnover intentions through job satisfaction and partial mediating and significant effect of job insecurity on turnover intentions through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This training aims to provide organizational and leadership knowledge in running and managing an organization through the application of appropriate organizational management and leadership based on the characteristics of an organization. Organizational management is useful to determine the success and sustainable development in the midst of the times in the current era of globalization, an organization must have a good system. A good organization should have members who have adequate management knowledge in running an organization so that the vision and mission can be achieved according to the goals and or ideals of the organization and stakeholders. The results of this training activity showed that the level of understanding of the participants had increased, as evidenced by the results of the discussion of the case as well as problem solving and finding solutions presented by the participants in accordance with the material presented previously. The importance of this training for the organization is because the existence of this training will provide added value for the management and members of the organization so that they can run their organizations effectively and efficiently so as to achieve the stated organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of store atmosphere on Hedonic Value and Impulsive Buying of Consumers at the Majapahit Food Center. This type of research uses causality research with a sample of respondents who are consumers who visited at Majapahit Food Center Mataram. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling technique. The study population was 100 visitors to the Majapahit Food Center. Sampling using the accidental sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measuring instrument. The data analysis method used is a validity test, reliability test, using SPSS, and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The results of the study stated that the store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on Hedonic Value and the Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying and Hedonic Value has a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying Consumers in the Majapahit Food Center Study.

Abstract

Motivasi merupakan kondisi yang memberikan dorongan kepada manusia untuk melakukan sesuatu demi mencapai tujuan tertentu. Pada dasarnya, setiap manusia membutuhkan motivasi yang menjadi penggerak untuk dapat mengerahkan kemauan dan kemampuannya dalam menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan dengan sebaik mungkin. Semakin kuat motivasi yang dimiliki oleh seseorang, maka semakin kuat pula usaha yang dikeluarkan untuk menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis factor pembentuk motivasi karyawan LPP RRI Mataram dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja, serta melihat factor pembentuk motivasi apa yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan LPP RRI Mataram. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 49 orang karyawan LPP RRI Mataram, yang selanjutnya dianalisa dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari kelima factor pembentuk motivasi kerja karyawan LPP RRI Mataram yang terdiri dari gaji, keamanan kerja, lingkungan social, penghargaan, dan aktualisasi diri, hanya variable gaji yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan keempat variable lainnya, yaitu keamanan kerja, lingkungan social, penghargaan, dan aktualisasi diri tetap memiliki pengaruh namun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh secara signifikan Motivasi Dan Dukungan Keluarga Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Selama Penggunaan E-Learning Masa Pandemi Covid 19. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan sensus dengan jumlah responden 114 orang. Analisis dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan job insecurity terhadap turnover intentions dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi dan dukungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa selama penggunaan e-learning masa pandemic covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of components of education and training programs such as materials, teaching staff, methods, time, location and facilities on the career development of employees in Certain Non-Vertical Work Units (SNVT) for Road and Bridge Construction of NTB Province, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is descriptive research and uses a sample survey method in collecting data. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire, in which each variable being studied is made up of measurement indicators arranged in the relevant questionnaire. The analytical tool used in accordance with the objectives of the researcher is multiple linear regression analysis, which is then continued with the F test and t test at 5% alpha. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it is known that the components of the education and training program such as materials, teaching staff, methods, time, location and facilities have a significant influence on the career development of employees in Certain Non-Vertical Work Units (SNVT) for Road and Bridge Construction in the Province of NTB. simultaneously or partially. The significance criteria are known based on the F test and t test that have been carried out, where F count and t count have a higher value than F table and t table.

Abstract

Konflik pekerjaan keluarga terjadi ketika ada ketidakseimbangan antara peran seorang individu dalam pekerjaan dan keluarga yang membuat partisipasi penuh dalam kedua peran tersebut menjadi lebih sulit. Umumnya, setiap individu dengan berbagai jenis profesinya rentan terhadap konflik ini. Masalah ini sangat kompleks dan menyeimbangkan keduanya terasa sangat rumit, terutama dalam tekanan tinggi dan untuk profesi yang menuntut intensitas tinggi seperti perawat yang merawat pasien penyakit jiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komponen konflik pekerjaan keluarga yaitu work interference with family (WIF) dan family interference with work (FIW) terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja perawat dalam merawat pasien gangguan jiwa. Kuisioner dibagikan kepada 53 perawat wanita yang sudah menikah yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Mutiara Sukma Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dan data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa komponen konflik pekerjaan keluarga; WIF dan FIW berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat stres kerja, dan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja perawat. Secara spesifik, studi ini membuktikan bahwa satu-satunya komponen yang berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja adalah FIW. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana 5 praktek manajemen kualitas rantai pasokan (SCQM) yang meliputi fokus pelanggan, kepemimpinan kualitas, fokus pemasok, integrasi rantai pasokan dan organisasi TI-enable yang merupakan koordinasi formal dan integrasi bisnis. proses yang melibatkan semua organisasi, mitra di saluran SC untuk mengukur, menganalisis, dan terus meningkatkan produk, layanan dan proses untuk menciptakan nilai dan mencapai kepuasan pelanggan menengah dan akhir di pasar dapat mencapai kinerja operasional perusahaan melalui mediasi kinerja kualitas dengan penjelasan empiris. Sebanyak 300 kuesioner disebarkan dengan metode proposive sampling. Hasil analisis terhadap, 4 dari 5 praktik SCQM dapat berdampak pada pencapaian kinerja operasional pada perusahaan di area Agro Selaparang, Lombok Timur melalui mediasi kinerja yang berkualitas. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa fokus pemasok memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap pencapaian kinerja operasional, namun di sisi lain tidak ada pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kepemimpinan yang berkualitas terhadap pencapaian kinerja operasional perusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian ini, manajer harus mengelola hulu dan hilir jaringan SC berdasarkan 4 pendekatan SCQM seperti fokus pemasok, integrasi rantai pasokan, fokus pelanggan, dan organisasi yang mendukung TI untuk mendapatkan kinerja operasional yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of the Shopee Paylater Feature on the Consumptive Behavior of Students in Mataram University. The aim is to find out the pattern of using the Shopee Paylater feature, to find out the consumption level of students, both full-time students and those who have side jobs, as well as to determine the effect of using the Shopee Paylater feature on the consumptive behavior of students in the city of Mataram. The theoretical foundations that are considered relevant to this research include; e-commerce, marketplace consumer to consumer (C2C), fintech (financial technology), ShopeePayLater, consumer behavior, and consumptive behavior. This research is a quantitative research using correlational research methods. The population in this study are young mothers who live in the city of Mataram with random sampling where the limitations are those aged 18 to 23 years and are accustomed to using the Shopee application, using the Taro Yamane formula with a precision of 10% and a confidence level of 90 % then obtained a sample of 90 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is a quota sampling technique, while the data collection technique is carried out using questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used single table analysis, cross table analysis, and correlation test using the Spearman Rho formula through the SPSS 26 application. The results of the hypothesis test showed Ha was rejected and H0 was accepted, meaning that there was no relationship between the effect of using the ShopeePayLater feature on student consumptive behavior and the level of influence. by 2.3%. Based on research data, the majority of respondents have recently used the ShopeePayLater feature and have low usage intensity. In addition, the monthly money owned by the majority of respondents is in the range of 1000000-1500.000. Then the majority of income generated by parents < 5,000,000 and 3,000,000-6,000,000. Abstract

The purpose of this training is to increase the knowledge of students during “new normal” era through training on sustainable marketing strategies. They are expected to survive and to produce product or service competitiveness that is able to compete in competitive competition. In addition, training is carried out to provide added value and increases various marketing mixed strategies which include 4P’s (Product, Place, Price and Promotion). The method of implementing this service program is carried out by early identification who are related to the problems and obstacles faced by students. Therefore, both parties carry out the program by three steps which are preparation of materials, training or socialization, and recommendations.
