Abstract

KSU Mikat Al Khidmah adalah Koperasi Serba Usaha bidang jasa keuangan syariah di Purworejo. Untuk mendapatkan dan mempertahankan anggota, Mikat Al Khidmah menerapkan strategi pemasaran secara optimal karena persaingan antar lembaga sejenis yang semakin tinggi, khususnya pada produk simpanan. Oleh karena itu perlu diketahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi dalam memilih produk simpanan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Pada analisis regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = -0,502 + 0,610X1 + 0,112X2+ 0,350X3 + ε, hasil analisis menunjukkan R Square 0,636, yang berarti 60% variabel persepsi anggota dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas produk, harga dan promosi. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap persepsi anggota memilih produk simpanan. Sedangkan harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap persepsi anggota dalam memilih produk simpanan. Sedangkan promosi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap persepsi anggota. Berdasarkan uji F diketahui bahwa secara bersama–sama variabel kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi anggota memilih produk simpanan. Abstract

Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises data shows that in 2012, MSMEs absorb 97.16% of all workforce in Indonesia. Even UMKM's contribution to the value of Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product reached 59.08%. While MSMEs in Central Java Province, the biggest supporting sector is trade which in 2011 reached 28,362 units. With 40.38% of total SMEs in Central Java, MSMEs trade proved to provide great support for the dynamics of Central Java and nationally economy, including SMEs in Purworejo District. Purworejo has a variety of local products that have penetrated national and international markets such as VCO, mangosteen peel herbal products and coconut sugar powder. However, various potentials and superior products Purworejo it must be increasingly competing with various modern products. The success of some products Purworejo SMEs apparently can not be followed by other products that actually become icon Purworejo, such as clorot, lompong cake, and dawet ireng. When dawet ireng increasingly widely known in various regions, it is in Purworejo felt to be an ordinary product and far from a distinctive impression. The position of dawet ireng increasingly much different from more modern beverage products and the present. This is apparent from the more demanding of a similar kind of drinks. If this is left then dawet ireng increasingly shifted. Based on this matter, it is necessary to design dawet ireng development model as a unique local product of Purworejo so it is more competitive and really become the regional icon that can be equated with modern beverage products today.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of reliability,responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible to service user loyalty Sawunggalih Train BusinessClass at Purworejo with satisfaction as an intervening variable. Analysis tool used is the path analysis. With the F test for equation 1, we know that in unison reliability, responsiveness, assurance,emphaty and tangible significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The F test for equation 2, in unisonreliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, tangible and satisfaction have a significant effect onconsumer loyalty Sawunggalih Train Business Class. Through this study is known too that the reliability,assurance, emphaty no significant effect on satisfaction. Then responsiveness and tangible, positive andsignificant impact on satisfaction. Reliability and tangible does not have a significant effect on consumerloyalty. The responsiveness has negative significant effect on loyalty. While assurance, satisfaction andemphaty proved a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Based on the results of impact analysis of direct and indirect, the indirect path tangible andsignificant positive impact on customer loyalty through satisfaction with the regression coefficient or thehighest effect and has a strong correlation. So is most appropriate path is selected than any other point inan effort to increase consumer loyalty.

Abstract

There are a lot of food processing business activities in Purworejo, but there are still a few of them that have not been supported by modern marketing media, so the creation of a website is expected to help the business they live in in the process of marketing, ordering and selling products. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation, documentation and literature study. This research method through primary and secondary data and programming. This website is packed with various information about TRUST such as home, profile, TRUST history, TRUST destination, location, contacts, questions, checkout method, testimonials and D3 - AB Polsa. Promotion using the website has many advantages including the delivery of information about products, product prices, product quality will be conveyed to consumers clearly and also expand market share in the future. For the sake of website progress, TRUST should need to develop the display and menu design to make it more attractive, for example, discount voucher menus for price cuts so that it can attract more customer interest and develop a bank transfer payment menu with various types of bank accounts so customers can adjust to a bank account owned.

Abstract

PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) is a automotive manufacture company in the sport and matic motorcycle. AHM marketing efforts through product, price and advertising appeal. They have creative and attractive advertising to get consumers attention. Pricing also is in conformity with the quality of its products. In this study, primary data used to determine the marketing mix effect against student perceptions about the use of honda matic Motorcycles. The data collection method used the interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature. Then, the authors gave questionnaires to 60 respondents students from Politeknik Sawunggalih Aji and treated using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 20. The analytical results obtained that the marketing mix Influence on students perceptions about product, price and advertising appeal of motorcycles matic Honda. Expressed the value of F count 20.817, with a significance value of 0.000. Product negative effect amounted to - 0.196 against the perception of students. The price (0.621) positive effect on the perception of the students, while the appeal of adverts positive effect of 0.381 on the perception of the students to use matic Honda. For R Square of 0.576, which means that 57.6% variable perception can be explained by product, price and appeal of advertising, while the remaining 42.4% can be explained by other variables that are not used in this study, such as the socio-cultural factors. Abstract

Tingginya kecenderungan penggunakan internet pada masyarakat Indonesia bahkan dunia, menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas online sangat diminati karena memiliki berbagai manfaat serta kemudahan bagi para pengguna (user). Dari sekian banyak media sosial yang ada, Facebook tetap menjadi media sosial nomor satu yang paling banyak diminati. Semakin berkembangnya facebook¸ pada 14 Mei 2007 Mark Zuckerburg meluncurkan fitur marketplace facebook. Namun sejauh ini belum terlihat bagaimana pengalaman pengguna terkait fitur marketplace facebook. Untuk mengetahui user experience/UX fitur marketplace facebook, peneliti melakukan analisis dengan menyebarkan pernyataan dalam kuisioner online kepada 100 responden di wilayah Kabupaten Purworejo. Tolak ukur pernyataan yang dibagikan menggunakan 4 variabel berdasarkan teori Frank Guo, yaitu bernilai (valueable), kesukaan (desirability), kemudahan untuk mengakses (adoptability), dan kegunaan (usability). Hasil kuisioner diolah dengan program SPSS v.21 untuk mengukur nilai dari masing-masing variabel yang kemudian dianalisis satu per satu oleh peneliti. Tujuan dari penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini untuk mengetahui pengalaman pengguna (user experience) marketplace Facebook. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat dijadikan referensi pengembangan selanjutnya agar lebih baik dan menjadi tolak ukur pengalaman pengguna media jual beli online serupa

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the field of herbal drinks have developed quite significantly. One of the herbal drinks MSME products in Purworejo is YUJAMU Herbal Juice. This qualitative and quantitative research is related to the feasibility analysis of business development which aims to find out whether the YUJAMU Herbal Juice business is feasible to develop. Data collection techniques used include observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study show positive results for market, legal, human resources aspects, social and economic aspects, environmental aspects, and financial aspects. The result of the calculation using the Payback Period (PBP) method is one year 5 months, Net Present Value (NPV) is IDR 381.496, the value of Break Event Point Unit (BEP Unit) is 46 bottles of YUJAMU Herbal Juice sour sugar, 70 bottles of YUJAMU Herbal Juice turmeric acid, and 55 bottles of YUJAMU Herbal Juice infused water. And the rupiah BEP for YUJAMU Herbal Juice sour sugar is Rp. 81,526, YUJAMU Herbal Juice is sour turmeric IDR 102,800, and YUJAMU Herbal Juice infused water is IDR 81,526. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the YUJAMU Herbal Juice business is quite feasible to be developed.

Abstract

Hospital as a entity sought to develop good corporate governance with services variety, including the indicators of a comprehensive performance development. Patients as health services consumers certainly expect optimum service from the hospital, be it from a doctor, nurse or from other employees. If the services provided by the hospital as expected, then the patient is likely to feel satisfied. That patients have the satisfaction of the hospital can emphasize a quality service form. This study aimed to determine patient satisfaction in terms of the employees performance at the Saras Husada Regional General Hospital Purworejo. The population in this study were inpatients and outpatients in the Saras Husada hospital with an unknown number while the sample in this study is part of inpatients and outpatients as many as 110 people. The instrument used in this study is Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire and Performance Employees have previously been tested and qualified for the validity and reliability while data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Results of t-test analysis note that the significance values greater reliability and responsiveness of the condition of the test criteria of 0.05 (5%). This means that reliability and responsiveness did not significantly influence patient satisfaction in Saras Husada hospital. Meanwhile, the significant value assurance, empathy and tangible terms is smaller than the test criteria of 0.05 (5%). This means assurance, empathy and tangible significantly influence patient satisfaction in hospitals Saras Husada Purworejo. F-test analysis results known that test-f value of 64.608 with a significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 means that the independent variable is the employees performance consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles simultaneously significant effect on patient satisfaction in Saras Husada Hospital Purworejo.

Abstract

Increasingly increasing population makes the need for housing to increase. Seeing the increasing need for housing makes business in the housing sector wide open and growing. One company engaged in housing or property is PT Ardan Greenland Propertindo Purworejo. This study aims to analyze location, service and product quality factors towards housing purchase decisions at PT Ardan Greenland Propertindo Purworejo. This study uses a method that is "descriptive" which is a research method by investigating the circumstances, conditions and situations in which the results are presented in the form of reports. The types of data used by the author are quantitative and qualitative data. Data analysis in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS program. The results showed that the location, service, and product quality variables were 54.7% correctly based on the test of determination, based on the t test. It can be seen that the location variables influence the housing purchase decision at PT Ardan Greenland Propertindo Purworejo, while the service does not affect housing purchasing decisions at PT Ardan Greenland Propertindo Purworejo, and product quality variables influence housing purchase decisions at PT Ardan Greenland Propertindo Purworejo.
