Abstract

Abstrak. Belajar adalah suatu aktivitas mental/psikis yang berlangsung dalam interaksi yang aktif dengan lingkungan, yang menghasikan perubahan-perubahan dalam pengetahuan, pemahaman, ketrampilan dan nilai sikap. sehingga hasil dari belajar mahasiswadapat diartikan sebagai aktivitas mahasiswa dalam lingkungan. lingkungan yang maksud dapat berupa lingkungan dalam kelas pada saat proses pembelajaran dan dapat berupa pembelajaran berbasis e-learning yaitu dengan memanfaatkan e-learning dalam pemahaman materi. Web enhanced course merupakan salah satu cara pemanfaatan ict yaitu pemanfaatan internet untuk pendidikan, ntuk menunjang peningkatan kualitas kegiatan pembelajaran secara tatap muka di kelas. pembelajaran berbasis ict dengan menggunakan e-learning dapat dikatakan salah satu terapan dari authentic assessment karena sumber belajar tidak hanya buku wajib, cara pembelajaran tidak hanya di dalam kelas tetapi bias dilakukan dimanapun dan kapanpun. materialjabar linier diberikan dalam kelas dan sebagian diupload dalam e-learning yang disajikan dalam bentuk modul, lkm, latihan soal dan tugas. dengan menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis e-learning dengan authentic assessment, terdapat 26% mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai mutu a dan sebanyak 48% mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai mutu b. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran yang diterapkan membawa dampak positif terhadap hasil akhir belajar mahasiswa. hanya terdapat 5% atau 2 mahasiswa saja yang mendapatkan nilai mutu d atau dinyatakan tidak lulus dalam mata kuliah aljabar linier ini. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the difficulties experienced by the eighth grade students of SMPN 2 Bangil in solving algebra material problems based on the concept understanding ability and to describe the factors causing the students’ difficulties in learning algebra. The subject of this research is the students of VIIIC and VIIID of SMPN 2 Bangil in the 2013-2014 academic years. The data of the research are obtained from validation sheet, written test, and questionnaire and interview techniques. The results of this study indicate that the students still have difficulties in understanding the concept of algebra, in which the highest difficulty is on the indicator in restating a concept and applying the concept and algorithm into problem solving, while the factors causing the students’ difficulties in learning algebra based on the results of the questionnaire are the internal factor and the external factor. Key words: learning difficulties, the concept understanding ability, algebra.

Abstract

This research is a research of class action. The purposes of this research are 1) to know about the motivation increasing from student to learn mathematic after learning applied using recitation method with LKS on standart topic on Cube and Beam in grade VIII E SMPN 11 Jember year 2013/2014; 2) To know result learning about the increasing from student to learn mathematic after learning applied using recitation method with LKS on standart topic on Cube and Beam in grade VIII E SMPN 11 Jember year 2013/2014. The research subject is students of SMPN 11 grade VIII. This research consists of 2 cycles. The data collecting method is observation, questionnaire, interview and test for every end of cycle. Based on the analysis result from the motivation questionnaire students in studying mathematic, the average from cycle value and interview about motivation increasing by the students to learn mathematic after using recitation method. The result is shown by 1) The data from questionnaire students in learning mathematic is getting increasing from the first reflection to the cycle I and to the cycle II is 57,15% becomes 69,87% and in cycle II becomes 76,5% with the high  cathegory; The average from the test result is getting increasing, the average in cylce I is 68,37 becomes 81,13 in cycle II. The interview result is the students get a motivation to study generally. Based on the questionnaire result. Keywords : Recitation method, motivation, Cube and Beam, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract.The research purpose are knowing process and result of development of mathematics learning materials by CTL ( Contextual Teaching and Learning) and problem solving with Polya Method. This research was held in SMPN 10 Jember at seventh grade. The topic of this research is resolving problem related to quadrilateral. The research has product namely Lesson Plan, worksheet, and evaluation test.The development of this learning materials refers to Plomp model which has 5 phases. They are phases of preliminary investigation; phase of design; phase of realization or contruction; phase of test, evaluation and revision; and phase of implementation.The learning material is said good if it satisfies 3 criterias. Abstract

All graphs in this paper are simple, connected and undirected. Let r, k be natural numbers. By a proper k-coloring of a graph G, we mean a map c : V (G) → S, where |S| = k, such that any two adjacent vertices receive different colors. A total r-dynamic coloring is a proper k-coloring c of G, such that ∀v ∈ V (G), |c(N(v))| ≥ min[r, d(v) + |N(v)|] and ∀uv ∈ E(G), |c(N(uv))| ≥ min[r, d(u) + d(v)]. The total r-dynamic chromatic number, written as χ ′′r (G), is the minimum k such that G has an r-dynamic k-coloring. Finding the total r-dynamic chromatic number is considered to be a NP-Hard problems for any graph. Thus, in this paper, we initiate to study χ′′ r (G) of several classes of graphs and and their related operations.

Abstract

Abstrak: Terdapat media digital portable yang sedang ramai digunakan di abad 21 meliputi smartphone, iphone, atau PC Tablet. Media portable memiliki kelebihan dalam penggunaan yang mudah dan harga yang terjangkau, merupakan salah satu faktor pendorong yang semakin pesatnya kesempatan penggunaan atau penerapan mobile learning sebagai alat kebiasaan baru dalam belajar, yang mendorong kebiasaan pembelajaran berbasis jarak jauh. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan tentang mobile-learning berbasis android sebagai media pembelajaran kepada pendidik sekolah mitra yaitu MAN 3 Jember. Pendampingan ini dilakukan dengan memodifikasi model pembelajaran Learning Cycle (3E) yang terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu Exploration, Explaination dan Elaboration. Melalui kegiatan yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini, pendidik mitra mampu untuk mengembangkan media dan memanfaatkan mobile learning sebagai media pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran yang diampu, serta meningkatkan kompetensi TIK pendidik mitra.Abstract: The use of portable media such as smartphones, iPhones, PC Tablets to access online learning systems is currently in full use. The very high level of development of portable media, relatively easy use, and affordable device prices, compared to personal computers, are driving factors that are increasingly expanding the use or application of mobile learning as a new trend in learning, which forms a learning paradigm that can be done anywhere and whenever. The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance and training on Android-based mobile learning as a learning medium for partner school educators, namely MAN 3 Jember. This mentoring is done by modifying the Learning Cycle (3E) learning model which consists of 3 stages, namely Exploration, Explaination, and Elaboration. Through the activities carried out in this service, partner educators will be able to develop media and utilize mobile learning as a learning medium in the subjects they are taught, as well as improve the ICT competence of partner educators.

Abstract

Let G(V,E) is a simple graph and connected where V(G) is vertex set and E(G) is edge set. An inclusive local irregularity vertex coloring is defined by a mapping l:V(G) à {1,2,…, k} as vertex labeling and wi : V(G) à N is function of inclusive local irregularity vertex coloring, with wi(v) = l(v) + ∑u∈N(v) l(u). In other words, an inclusive local irregularity vertex coloring is to assign a color to the graph with the resulting weight value by adding up the labels of the vertices that are neighbouring to its own label. The minimum number of colors produced from inclusive local irregularity vertex coloring of graph G is called inclusive chromatic number local irregularity, denoted by Xlisi(G). In this paper, we learn about the inclusive local irregularity vertex coloring and determine the chromatic number of comb product on star graph.

Abstract

The development of technology has a very big influence in various fields of human life, especially in the field of education. One of its uses is as a tool in the learning process. Technology-based learning can make learning more interesting, effective and efficient, so that students are more enthusiastic about learning and easy to understand the material presented. The model used is the Thiagarajan or 4-D model which consists of four stages, namely the define, design, develop, and dissenimante stages. There are three data collection techniques carried out in this study, namely validity, obtained through validation by the validator; practicality, obtained from media user response questionnaires by students; effectiveness, obtained through the results of student learning tests after using the media. The results showed that the correlation coefficient with a valid interpretation was very high at 0.94. The results of the media user response questionnaire with a percentage of 88.25%. The results of the learning test with a percentage of completeness reaching 85.18% indicate that the learning media can be categorized as effective.

Abstract

In this research is a development of local irregularity vertex coloring of graph. The based on definition, as follows: \textbf{$l:V(G) \longrightarrow {\{1, 2, ..., k}\}$} is called vertex irregular k-labelling and \textbf{$w:V(G) \longrightarrow N$} where \textbf{$w(u) = \varSigma_{ v \in N(u)}l(v)$}, $w$ is called local irregularity vertex coloring. A condition for $w$ to be a local irregularity vertex coloring, If \textit{opt$(l)$ = min\{maks$(li); li$, vertex labelling function}, and for every \textbf{$u,v\in E(G),w(u)\ne w(v)$}. The chromatic number local irregularity vertex coloring is denoted by $\chi_{lis}(G)$. In this paper, the researchers will discuss of local irregularity vertex coloring of related unicyclic graphs and we have found the exact value of their chromatic number local irregularity, namely cricket graph, net graph, tadpole graph, \textit{peach} graph, and bull graph.
