In because difficulty get loan from bank operating conventionally, hence needing presumably micro and middle small entrepreneur require to look for defrayal alternative from financial institution or bank which is in management by using Moslem law sistem. ABSTRACT Government Indonesia found BUMN with two especial target, that is target having the character of public spirited target and economics. In target having the character of economics, BUMN meant to manage strategic business sector in order not to be mastered certain side. Target of public spirited BUMN for example can be reached to through creation of employment and also strive to awaken local economics. creation of Employment reached to through recruitment of labour by BUMN With the nun of time, privatisasi execution that happened till now still impress is intricate, long draw out, and is not transparent. Told intricate for no clear order him about privatisasi procedure and procedure. Process privatisasi from each every BUMN conducted with different treatment and procedure. Privatisasi execution also impress long draw out. Decision which have been taken government cannot is immediately executed, because various reason. Abstract Researcher trying to do research of social area specially related to make-up of organizational affectivity, make-up of organizational affectivity become important because representing one of the target of organization (Nahavandi & Makikzadeh, 1993). Existence of resource human being in organization represents one of the important aspects especially with the organizational affectivity. Important human resource in make-up of organizational affectivity because of investment in conducted human resource by many organizations is by dozens and this matter designate that human resource represents important shares. Abstract The make-up of officer performance influenced by various factor both for coming from itself officer and also coming from institution environment. Factors coming in officer self among others organizational commitment. While factor from outside can be in the form of the managerial performance. Organizational commitment have the influence to officer performance. Commitment employees of institution can be made one of the guarantees to take care of the continuity of institution. A leader claimed have to have the ability lead and intellectual ability is which no doubt so that in deciding policy well accepted in organization led. Abstract: Sunset policy is a government program to invite people to pay their tax. Sunset policy is hoped to improve structure and infra structure tax paying. Sunset policy aims at driving tax payer in fulfilling their obligation. The opportunity to the tax payer to become the honest tax payer trough this policy is hoped to raise tax paying in the future. This willing in paying tax need to be conducted by giving an easy service and transparent management. Therefore, it is necessary to explain the society about the rules and the related laws. Abstract

The Purpose of this research is to analyze (1) the effect of economic performance on corporate financial performance, (2) the effect of environmental performance on corporate financial performance, (3) the influence of social performance on corporate financial performance, (4) the influence of leverage on corporate financial performance using a ratio profitability (ROA). The population in this study are mining sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012 – 2017. The number of companies sampled in this study were 10 companies. The data collection method used is the documentation method. The technical analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the disclosure of economic performance partially does not affect financial performance in a positive direction, partial disclosure of environmental performance does not affect financial performance with negative direction, partial disclosure of social performance does not affect financial performance with positive direction and partial leverage significant effect on financial performance with negative direction. Simultaneously Sustainability Report disclosure and leverage have a significant effect on the company's financial performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal control and the suitability of compensation for the tendency of accounting fraud in Sragen district government. The sample of this study was 85 respondents consisting of employees from the secretariat, the field of billing and reporting, the area of income and regional cash management, the field of accounting, the area of regional asset management, the field of budget. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, test instruments, test classic assumptions and test hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that internal control and suitability of compensation have a significant positive effect on the tendency of accounting fraud in Sragen district government.
