The sample consisted of 25 rats aged 4 months were divided into 5 groups, namely 1 negative control group fed only standard, 1 positive control group fed a high-fat diet, 3 treatment groups were given feed high-fat diet and administration dragon fruit extract at a dose of 9 mg/200 g body weight, 11 mg/200 g body weight, and 13 mg/200 g body weight for 15 days. The parameters measured were total cholesterol, LDL and HDL (CHOD-PAP method) and triglyserides (GPO-PAP method) the white rats blood in the control group and the group treated with MicroLab 300. Results were analyzed by ANOVA with α of 5%, with multiple comparisons (Post Hoc Test) kind of Bonferroni. The results showed the mean total cholesterol 111,19±5,06 mg/dl, triglycerides 165,73±10,21 mg/dl, LDL 72,83±7,65 mg/dl and HDL 38,36±6,06 mg/dl after feeding a high-fat diet. This result is higher than the negative control group were only given standard feed. Dragon fruit extract showed significant differences in the levels of total cholesterol and triglycerides. As for the levels of LDL and HDL are no significant differences between each treatment group after being given a dragon fruit extract. Keywords: Dragon Fruit Extract, Hyperlipidemia, Lipid Profile
