Abstract

With the existence of a strong organizational culture in the company and the high self efcacy of its employees, it will improve employee performance in the company. This study aims to reexamine the inuence of organizational culture variables and self efcacy on employee performance. The sample in this study were 65 employees at PT. Anugerah Agung Alami Wings Surya Klungkung. Determination of the sample using the method from Slovin. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture variables have a positive effect on employee performance as indicated by a signicance value of 0.000. The self efcacy variable also has a positive effect on employee performance as indicated by a signicance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Human resources must be well managed to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. performance or perfomance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity or policy program in realizing organizational goals, goals, vision and mission as outlined in strategic planning. Companies need to make employees work well and have a loyalty to the company and have a high work motivation. The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the effect of financial factors on employee performance 2) to determine the influence of social factors on employee performance 3) to determine the effect of psychological factors on employee performance. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression, determination, Test F and Test t. Interesting findings from the results of this study are financial factors that do not significantly affect employee performance. While the influence of social factors and psychological factors confirm the results of previous research that social factors and psychological factors have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Local handicrafts Bali got a lot of challenges and competitors from outside the region so that the SMEs are required creativity to create the product design, improve the production process, quality, coloring products, and it remains to accentuate the local wisdom, to attract the tastes of consumers and is one of the efforts to increase sales and be able to compete outside the region. The purpose of devotion is doing the arrangement layout of the production process, improve the quality, design, staining, burning products to be ready for export, as well as perform administrative bookkeeping simple, to improve the welfare of the SME Partners so that businesses can be sustainable. A method of devotion through this approach: (1) socialization and arrangement of means of layout, (2) training and mentoring, (3) monitoring and evaluation. The results of the devotion of the SME Partners have layouts work better so the shelves and the process of production has separate, business management simple bookkeeping made regular and periodic, can create a design attractive product with painting techniques and burning can cause the effect of the product a memorable vintage. The evaluation is done as an input for the improvement of activities of that kind of next. Conclusion SMEs can improve product quality and accelerate the production process, the enrichment of the field of coloring and combustion products to realize the variety and quality of the product increased.

Abstract

Quality control is needed by the company to improve the quality of the products produced so that they are by the company's standards and by consumer desires. Maintaining the quality of the products made is also necessary to reduce the company's quality assurance costs. The research objective was to analyze the quality control of the products produced and identify the factors that damage the products produced by the Ayu Tangkas Women Farmers Group (WFG). The method used in this research is the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method with analysis using the p-control chart and the Fishbone Diagram. The population in the study were all products produced by WFG Ayu Tangkas in December 2019. The results showed that the quality of snacks made by WFG Ayu Tangkas, as many as 4280 pieces, were under control. This can be seen from the 28 points between the Lower Control Limit (LCL) and Upper Control Limit (UCL). There are only two points that are above the UCL control limit. The factor that causes deterioration in Ayu Tangkas WFG snacks' quality is that the ingredients are not measured with certainty using only the snack maker considerations. Besides, they do not use manufacturing machines, so that the sizes are often not the same because there is no definite SOP for the manufacturing process. There is no promotion so that snacks are made still at a constant volume and the use of firewood in the manufacture so that the heat generated is unstable, causing the snacks to burn and break frequently.

Abstract

Implementation of PNPM Rural often do not work well namely, the existence of constraints on its implementation in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for the Operation, disbursement delays, delays in the completion of activities, and others. This study aims to 1) To determine the level of equalization provision of venture capital Women's Savings and Loans (SPP) of PNPM Rural in District Mengwi Badung regency. 2) To determine the effectiveness of the sustainability of the business capital of SPP. 3) To determine the direct effect of the loan amount, number of working hours, priority in running the business, the experience of training and the amount of such assistance to the commitment and effectiveness of sustainability refund venture capital SPP.4) To determine the effect of indirect loan amount, number of hours worked, priority in running the business, training and experience similar to the amount of aid effectiveness venture capital sustainability. This research was conducted in the District Mengwi Badung Regency Bali.Data province used are primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study was 95 head of the group. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential statistics using path analysis with multivariate analysis, linearity tests, analysis of the sub-structure equation, the path diagram, Sobel test and interpretation analysis. Research concluded 1) The level of equalization provision of venture capital into the high category. 2) The effectiveness of the sustainability of venture capital into the category of medium 3) The direct effect of the loan amount and a significant negative effect on the commitment of a refund. The number of hours worked and trained experience positive and significant effect on the commitment of a refund. Business priorities and the amount of such assistance is not positive and significant effect on the commitment of a refund. The loan amount but not significant negative effect on the effectiveness of the sustainability of capital. The number of working hours, priority in running the business, training experience, the amount of such assistance, and commitment refund positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of venture capital sustainability. 4) For the indirect effect (indirect effect) in this study indicate that it is real (significant) no mediation effect (intervening) commitment to a refund of the research model is formed.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is 1). Are there influense on organisation commitment, participation, and motivation as partial and multiple to work performance PT Bank Lippo Tbk Unit of Kudus. 2) To find what the most influense variable to work performance PT Bank Lippo Tbk. Unit of Kudus. The respondents of this study are 43 employee of PT Bank Lippo Tbk Unit of Kudus. Analysis technique is used Partial Regression. The results of this research show that as partial variable organization commitment and motivation are influence on work performance, but participation variable not influense on work performance. Results of hipotesis test show that t test value organization commitmet and motivation variable are 2,912 and 1,166 the most that t tabel 2,021. So result of hipotesis test show that t test value participation variable -1,148 the lest from t tabel 2,021. The multiple variable organization commitment, participation and motivation are influense on work performance. Result of hipotesis test show that F test value 4,504 the most that F test tabel of 2,839. The most influense variable to work performance PT Bank Lippo Tbk Unit of Kudus is motivation variable

Abstract

Desa Megati terletak di Kecamatan Selemadeg Barat Kabupaten Tabanan. Posisi desa ini sangat strategis karena berada pada jalur nasional Denpasar Gilimanuk sekitar 90 km dari Denpasar. Posisi yang strategis ini dapat dijadikan potensi pengembangan desa mandiri pangan berbasis sumber daya alam yaitu desa yang mengelola produk-produk lokal menjadi bahan yang siap konsumsi dan dipasarkan. Melalui pembinaan kelompok-kelompok rumah tangga dengan pemberdayaan industri rumah tangga (IRT). Gerapekan Pengembangan Pangan (Gerbang Pangan) yang memiliki filosofi mengangkat produk lokal desa menjadi produk unggulan untuk dapat bersaing secara loka, nasional maupun global. KWT diharapkan mampu mengawal produk-produk lokal desa menjadi tuan rumah di desa sendiri maupun menjadi primadona secara lebih luas, dengan harapan mampu mengangkat taraf hidup kelompok khusunya dan taraf hidup masyarakat desa secara umum. tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah:Untuk membina dan mendampingi desa Megati menuju Desa Mandiri Pangan, Melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan kelompok industri rumah tangga secara intensif sampai menghasilkan produk yang siap jual dan memiliki kualitas bagus. metode pendekatan sepertiParticipatory Research Action (PAR) yang merupakan suatu pendekatan partisipatif, melakukan semua kegiatan secara bersama dengan masyarakat sasaran. Pendekatan alih teknologi guna memberikan inovasi-inovasi baru dalam hal teknologi tepat guna yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat sasaran. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada KWT Ayu Tangkas dilaksanakan di Desa Megati Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur, Kabupaten Tabanan telah berjalan sebesar 100% dengan capaian sebesar 100% pada mitra KWT Ayu Tangkas. Kegiatan pada KWT Ayu Tangkas meliputi sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengolahan pangan yang dihasilkan dari hasil pertanian di Desa Megatidengan berbagai varian kue lokal dan nasional ,pelatihan penataan manajemen dan administrasi kelompok.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance; analyze the influence of organizational commitment on OCB; analyze the influence of OCB on employee performance; analyze the role of gender as the effect of moderation of organizational commitment on employee performance; analyze the role of gender as the effect of the moderating effect of organizational commitment on OCB, and analyze the role of gender as the effect of moderation on OCB on employee performance.. The population and sample were 45 respondents from the Notary Office in Bangli Regency with the saturated sampling method. The data collection technique was using a closed multiple-choice questionnaire and the partial least squares (PLS) data analysis approach was used. The results of the research show that the evaluation of the overall model seen from the coefficient of determination can already be said, Q-Square Predictive Relevance meets the requirements of existing and Goodness of Fit in a large position, the overall model is declared quite good. The conclusion of this study is that organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance has not been received. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on OCB received. OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance is acceptable. Gender has not been tested as moderating of the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, organizational commitment on OCB and OCB on employee performance.
