Abstract

This research aimed to understanding the consumer attitudes on the organicvegetable attributes, and the influence of the consumer’s social environment toward thesubjective norm in the making the purchasing decision on the organic vegetable in Pekanbaru.Source of data was primary data from interview with respondents using purposive sampling.Method of analysis used Fishbein model to analysis the consumer’s attitudes and tounderstanding the consumer’s decision making process. The attributes was used tounderstanding the consumer’s attitudes is freshness, colour, taste, brand, ingredients,advantage for health, price and the availability. And the attribute was analyzed to analyzedthe influence of the consumer’s social environment is the product’s legal aspect and thefamily members. The research result showed that there was a positive attitude of consumer toconsume the organic vegetable. Attribute “the advantage of organic vegetable for health isowned the higher positive score to influence the consumer’s attitudes to consume the organicvegetable. And the social environment is not influence the subjective norm of consumer inmaking the purchasing decisions of the organic vegetables.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the farming and the ability to pay the loan Ex UPP TCSDP Taluk Kuantan sub units Kuantan Mudik. This research was conducted by survey method where a representative sample is taken from the three villages, each village with purposive sampling (intentionally) as many as 10 respondents, so the total respondents as many as 30 respondents. The results showed that the productivity of rubber plantations Ex TCSDP as much as 2989.57 kg ojol / ha / year and the plantations of non TCSDP as much as 2136.46 kg ojol/ ha / year. In 1997, average loan principal is Rp. 856,685.17, lending (12% / year) is Rp. 1,384,079.16 and total credit debt of Ex TCSDP farmers until 1997 was Rp. 2,240,764.33. In 2015, the average interest rate that must be paid the farmer is Rp. 3,234,519.12 and the average loan was repaid farmer is Rp. 703,130.09. The average credit debt that must be paid by the farmer is Rp. 3,388,074.20. Rubber of Ex TCSDP plantation revenue of Rp. 4,071,245.83 while the farmer household expenditure is Rp. 26,118,133.33 so that farmers can not afford to pay for the credit. But when viewed from the total income (household income) is Rp. 27,857,456.67 larger than the household expenses by 22 (73.33%) of farmers unable to pay the loan Former UPP TCSDP. Keywords : Rubber Farmers , Credit , Productivity , TCSDP

Abstract

Raphis excelsa, also called Palemwaregu now become popular as ornamental plants. This kind of palms are cultivated and exported to overseas.   The purpose of this reserch is to analyze the financial feasibility of ornamental plants Raphis excelsa farming. The research is done in Labuai, District Bukit Raya, Pekanbaru City. Farmers Group in Labuai received funding aid from the Food and Horticulture office of Pekanbaru City. The land area is about ​​0.5 ha.Financial analysis criteria used in this reserch are Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cos Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and sensitivity analysis. The research results showed that Raphis excelsa farming hasperformed well and its financial criteria of NPV, Net BC ratio and IRR has met the standard investment criteria. The sensitivity analiysis showed that when input prices increase by 50% and output prices decrease 20% the results of sensitivity analysis still meet the standard investment criteria. Abstract

This research aims is to identify marketing channels of Siam Orange in Limau Manis, to knowing the marketing functions performed by marketing institutions and to determine the margin and marketing efficiency. Location of the research conducted at the Limau Manis in Kampar District Kampar regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. To determine the pattern of intermediary marketing channels and marketing agencies at the level of marketing agencies, use descriptive analysis calculates margin while the use of cost analysis tools margins, marketing margins, by calculating the costs, profits and margins. The results of this study indicate the marketing functions tangerine include exchange functions that include purchasing functions and sales functions, physical functions include pegemasan, the transport function, the function of marketing facilities include standardization function, risk reduction function, and the function of market information. The marketing channel of Siam Orange that is the first channel from producers sold directly to consumers. The second channel, from producers to retailers and sold to consumers. The third channel, from producers to traders and then to retailers and directly to consumers. The marketing margin on the channel I is Rp 13,000 / kg , on the marketing channel II is Rp 2,000 / kg and the marketing channels III Rp 4,000 / kg with total marketing advantages in marketing channels I Rp 12.900 / kg , total marketing advantage in marketing channels II Rp 1,750 / kg and marketing advantage to marketing channels III of Rp.3.100 / kg. Abstract

The purpose of this study was toanalyze attitude and behavior of farmer in saving money in the saving and loan BRI branch stone tip.analyze relationship with the farmer attitude saving behavior in the saving and loans Bank BRI branch of Ujung Batu . The data used primary data and the sampling technique is purposive sampling combined with accidental sampling . Based on the result of this study concluded that. Overall attitude of farmerto save on BRI Ujung Batu categorized quite good . Cognitive attitude of farmer showed that cognitive attitude of farmer had an average of 3,31 by category quite well . Affective attitude of farmer had an average of 3,33 by category quite well . Conative attitude of farmer had an average of 3,32 by category quite well. The behavior of farmer in saving in BRI Ujung Batu categorized quite good . Farmer saving behavior by cultural factor have an average 3,25 by category quite well . based on social factor have on average 3,32 by category quite well . personal factorhad an average of 3,23 by category quite well and psychologi factor have an average of 3,33 by category quite well. The attitude of farmer have a real positive relationship with saving behavior in BRI Ujung Batu . Abstract

This research was conducted in Microfinance institutions (MFI) UEK-SP Maharatu Jaya, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to analyze the social performance and financial performance of MFI UEK-SP during 2009-2013. Social performance was analyzed using mixed market performance indicators and financial performance was analyzed by using the 17 indicators of PEARLS. Social performance analysis show that MFI UEK-SP has achieved its mission and social objectives, was indicated the indicator of increasing of total loan volume revolving at 25.58 percent. Result also show that the highest increasing of lending revolving  is trading sector (31.00 pecent), and the increasing of poor lending volume as much as 18.13 percent. Financial performance analysis shows that the 8 ratio of PEARLS is ideal goals, that are  the ratio of current assets, loans from the outside, the capital of institutions, non-productive assets, income from loans, asset growth, net income and capital growth. While the 9 ratio of PEARLS less than ideal goals, that are the ratio of the risk reserve fund for loans negligence 1-12 months and over 12 months, outstanding loans, operating costs, non perfoaming loan, loan growth, liquidity and deposit growth stocks. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the motivation of farmers and where the most dominant factor influencing motivation of farmers to increase rice production in the Village Bungaraya Subdistrict Bungaraya Siak. The analytical methods research used in the study is descriptive and using a scale likert the result showed that the factors that influence motivation of farmers to increase rice production is age, long time experience farming, long been a member of a group farmers, extension intensity, targeted instructor, the amount of resources, affordability production facilities, availability of production facilities, self-esteem, personal expectation, desires, needs, job satisfaction, the type and nature of work, the working group in which a person joins, the environmental situation in general, organizations where work, and reward system that apply. while the most dominant factor influencing motivation rice farmers are long experience of farming, long been a member of a group farmers, self-esteem and the environmental situation in general. Abstract

Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis jacq) is one of profitable crops in Riau Province. Oil palm plantations have been cultivated by various type of business including large enterprises and smallholders. Oil palm has been grown by a large number of population in the Province of Riau.  In the village of Sei Lambu Makmur, District of Tapung, Regency of Kampar, the oil palm plantation are at the end of the economic life . To maintain sustainable production the oil palm trees should be replanted. There are three alternative replanting models i.e., conventional, underplanting, and conventional with intercropping. Conventional and underplanting are possible models for smallholders and mill. This aim of this research is to analyse the most suitable model for the condition of the smallholders. Primary data was collected by direct interview with oil palm smallholders while secondary data was obtained from relevant agencies. This study analysis the feasibility of the replanting models by using four investment criteria is NPV, IRR , Net B/C and sensitivity analysis. The results show that underplanting is the most suitable model for smallholder. However, the conventional model is the most efficient model from the mill’s point of view.   Keyword: oil palm, replanting model, NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis

Abstract

This reseacrh is aimed to analyze the financial KUD Sentosa during last three years that evaluated from monetery ratio of KUD. This research was happened at KUD Sentosa village Air Terbit District Of East Tapung Sub- Province Of Kampar. The method that used was case study in order to see the monetary ratio of KUD Sentosa, The research result shown from monetery ratio by calculating the ratio of liquidity KUD reside in liquid position, ratio indicate that KUD Sentosa is in solvable reside. Active ratio shown that KUD Sentosa still depend from the using of foreign capital, if shown from rentability ratio advantage obtained by KUD is still lower compared with the using of total grand capital. Keywords: KUD of Sentosa, monetary ratio of KUD, solvable and likuid

Abstract

A development is an effort to gain the more and the better life. There are 4 indicators in gaining the development they are economic change, human resources, social inhibition and the high of life needed. A development in the development country likes Indonesia, generally more consider the development of economic sector in the hope of much progressed in production of job vacancy.There are two kinds of economic activities, they are from formal sector and informal one. Formal sector is a sector of educated people inside. The purpose of this study is to the income of the traders from food and beverage enterprises informal sector in Kecamatan Tampan City Pekanbaru and know the problems that are usually faced by food and beverage vendors informal sector businesses. This research method using purposive sampling effort sample size of 30 food and beverage businesses. Results showed revenue traders of food and beverage business is large enough to meet the needs of life and their families, while the problems faced by the traders capital, location and problems of knowledge management is still lacking.
