Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) gambaran kepercayaan diri mahasiswasebelum diberikan bimbingan kelompok, 2) gambaran kepercayaan diri mahasiswa setelah diberikanbimbingan kelompok, 3) perbedaan tingkat kepercayaan diri mahasiswa antara sebelum dan sesudahdiberikan bimbingan kelompok dan 4) seberapa besar pengaruh bimbingan kelompok dalammeningkatkan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa. Pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dilakukan dalam empattahap, yaitu : tahap 1) pembentukan, 2) peralihan, 3) kegiatan, 4) pengakhiran. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan adanya peningkatan tingkat kepercayaan diri mahasiswa jika dibandingkan antara sebelumdengan sesudah dilaksanakan bimbingan kelompok. Sebelum bimbingan kelompok kategorikepercayaan diri mahasiswa sebagian besar berada pada kategori sedang 90% dan rendah 10%namun setelah diberikan bimbingan kelompok sebagian besar berada pada kategori sedang 72,2%dan tinggi 27,8%. Terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepercayaan diri mahasiswa antara sebelum dengansesudah dilaksanakan bimbingan kelompok.Sumbangan pengaruh bimbingan kelompok untukmeningkatkan kepercayaan diri mahasiwa sebanyak 25%.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to develop Emotional Management necessary forhigh school students in terms of aspects of clarity, systematics, image support,freshness, completeness of the material, and support for video or games. Type ofresearch is the development of data analysis techniques using data validity. The sourceof the data obtained from the supervisor 1, supervisor 2, four teachers BK, and 38students of class XI SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. From the values given by the experts and thestudents gain calculation results for material gain clarity aspect value of 4.3 whichincludes categories Very clear, systematic aspects of the material to obtain the value of4.3 which includes categories Very Systematic, to support aspects of the image to getthe value 4.3 category that includes very good, for the renewal of the material aspectsof obtaining the value of 4.1 which includes the category of Recently, to obtain materialsufficiency aspect value of 4.3 which includes the category of Most Complete, to supportaspects of the video or games to get the value 4.4 category that includes very good,whereas for all aspects of assessment materials indicate that the materials developedalready meet the criteria expected by the acquisition value of 4.29 which includes thecategory of Very Good.Keywords: Emotional Management Material

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims at drafting material about self management needed for junior high school students in terms of the clarity of the material , the material systematics , image support , renewal of the material , and completeness of the materials and support vidio / game . Before the researchers gave the material to the students , the researchers first demonstrated the results of his material to the supervisor I and II lecturers , teachers on counseling where researchers do research as much as 2 people . After much pass a revision with the suggestions by experts subsequent researchers provide self management material is 4x meeting . Then, after the researchers gave the students teaching materials such materials provide an assessment of the self management of a given material. Of the value given by experts and students of the obtained results of calculations for clarity aspects of material gain values including very clear category with a score of 4.43 , for the systematic aspects of material gain values including systematic category with a score of 3,80 , to aspects of image support received grades 4.47 which included a very good category , for the aspects of renewal of the material received grades 4.05 which included a new category , and for aspects of the completeness of the materials obtained a value of 4.58 which included a very complete category , and to support the games / vidio scored 4.41 which includes very support category , whereas for all aspects of the material assessment showed that the materials developed already meet the criteria are expected to obtain a value of 4.29 which included a very good category .Keywords : Material development , self management

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of group guidance onimprovement of social intelligence IA class XI student of SMAN 5 Pekanbaru academicyear 2015/2016. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru from March2016 to May 2016. The method used is a method of real-experimental with patternspretest-posttest control group design. Research subjects in this study is a class XIstudent of SMAN 5 Pekanbaru with a low level of social intelligence. Data collectioninstrument was a questionnaire using Likert scale is modified. Data analysis techniqueused is the technique of nonparametric statistical correlation. Based on the results ofWilcoxon test is apparently a difference of social intelligence level of students beforeand after the implementation of the guidance of the group amounted to 38.2%.Furthermore, after the comparison between the experimental group and the controlgroup by Mann-Whitney test results there are significant differences of socialintelligence level of students in the experimental group with the level of socialintelligence of students in the control group.Keywords: Guidance Group, Social Intelligence

Abstract

Abstract: Information about interpersonal conflict because the importance is given to students at the number of interpersonal conflicts that occur in the school environment. Interpersonal conflict solving ability is the ability, skill and the potential for someone to master all the strategies in resolving interpersonal conflicts. As these strategies is a lose-lose strategy, win-lose strategy and win-win strategy. The purpose of this study is to 1) Knowing picture ability interpersonal conflict resolution before students are given information service on each  strategy. 2) Determine the course of the process of the implementation of information services on the ability interpersonal conflict resolution. 3) Knowing picture ability interpersonal conflict resolution after the given service information on each strategy. 4) Knowing the difference interpersonal conflicts resolution of students before and after the service information on each strategy. 5) Knowing how much influence of information services to on the ability interpersonal conflict resolution on each strategy. This type of research is Pre-Experiment with this type of one-group pre-test and post-test design. The  subjects were students of class X of SMAN 2 Siakhulu which totaled 270 people. Determination of the sample by using simple random sampling and sample in this study as many as 100 people. Data collection method used was a questionnaire. Based on the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient in a lose-lose strategy obtained r = 0.33 and the coefficient of determination r2 = 0.11, in the win-lose strategy in can be r = 0.46 and r2 = 0.21, and the win-win strategy obtained r = 0.37 and r2 = 0.14. This means contribution information services in a lose-lose strategy of 11%, win-lose strategy of 21% and a win-win strategy of 14%. It can be seen that t count greater than t table, lose-lose strategy (2.083> 1.960), win-lose strategy (4.6> 1.960), and a win-win strategy (8.37> 1.960) so that Ha is accepted. Means that there is influence of information services on the ability of interpersonal conflict resolution class X SMAN 2 Siakhulu TP. 2014/2015. Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to know the quality picture of the parent's interaction with the child, to know the description of the interaction of the child with peers and to know the relation of the quality of the parent-child interaction with peer interaction in vocational highschool Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. Technique of taking data in this research using questionnaire method, to collect data of parent interaction with child and child interaction with peer. Research subjects were all students of grade X vocational highschool Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru which amounted to 370 students, but researchers only take 50% of students grade X. Determination of the sample by using random sampling technique. Data analysis was done by using percentage technique and Pearson product moment correlation. Where researchers choose grade X students due to the results of the phenomenon in the field. The results showed that the interaction of parents with children is in good category that is equal to 49.19% and interaction of children with peers are in good category that is equal to 81,08%. There is a positive relationship between parent-child interactions with peer interactions. This is evidenced by the correlation value of 0.709 and the value of p = 0.00.Key Words: Parent-Child Interaction, Child's Interaction With Peers.

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this study was the number of students who did not dare to appear and speak in front of the class when it comes to perform various activities that require speaking in front of people like presentation, speech, and speech. The study also aims to reduce anxiety speak to the class to students through speech techniques. The method in this research is action counseling carried out in two cycles. with qualitative data analysis techniques. and the subjects in the study were students of class XI MIA 3 MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru amounting to 23 students. With research procedures and discussion shows the results of the first cycle there are six (21%) of students are at very high category, 12 (43%) of students at the high category, 9 (32%) of students are in the low category, and 1 (4% ) students are at very low category. In Cycle II results showed that there is a decrease in the level of anxiety to speak to the class experienced by students that there are two (7%) of students who are at very high category, seven (25%) of students at the high category, 15 (54%) students are in the low category, and 4 (14%) of students who are in the very low category. This shows that the speech exercises can reduce the level of anxiety to speak to the class.Key Words: anxiety to speak in front of class

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling services to increase the values of character class X MIA SMA 12 Pekanbaru school year 2014/2015. This research was conducted in SMA 12 months Pekanbaru from March 2015 to May 2015. The method used was experimental method to pattern one-group pretest-posttest. That is the subject in the study were a number of students of class X SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru MIA totaling 30, the subject of research in select purposively in accordance with the characteristics of the subjects to be researched is the practice that has the character values are lowest. Instrument in this study was a questionnaire about the practice of the values of the characters. This questionnaire consists of 40 items on the practice of the values of character with alternative "yes" and "no" and then the data is processed with statistics. The hypothesis proposed is: 1.Terdapat difference in the practice of the values of significant characters before with after the implementation of group counseling to students 2.Terdapat significant positive effect of group counseling services to the increasing practice of the values of the character of the students .. From the research conducted, by using the t test obtained t of 12.5 and ttable of 2,021. So, thitung> ttable (12.5> 2.021). Which means that in this study are differences in the practice of the values of significant characters before with after the implementation of group counseling. From the calculation of product moment correlation Koofesien Determinants known or r2 = 0.39 which means there is a 39% contribution to the improvement of guidance services practice group values MIA character class X SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru school year 2014/2015.Keywords: Effect of Group Guidance, Values Character

Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. This research entitled "Student Interest of Class X Sman 12 Pekanbaru Following Extracurricular Scout". The purpose of this research is to know the description of the students' interest in following the scout extracurricular, to know the description of the interest of the male students following the scout extracurricular, To know the description of the interest of the female students following the scout extracurricular, and to know the description of student interest Per Item Following Scout Extracurricular. Data collection tool in the form of questionnaire. Subjects used in this study amounted to 147 people. Determination of sample by using technique of Random Sampling. Data analysis was done by using percentage technique and Pearson product moment correlation. The results showed that general description of student interest, description of interest of male students, description of interest of female students, and description of student's interest per item following scout extracurricular are in high category.Keywords: Student Interest, Extracurricular, Scout
