Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi guru dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMK ICB Cinta Niaga Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK ICB Cinta Niaga Kota Bandung dengan metode sensus dimana sampel yang digunakan sejumlah populasi yaitu seluruh guru SMK ICB Cinta Niaga Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 42 orang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, wawancara dan observasi langsung serta menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dan regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi guru dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 82,4%.Kata Kunci :Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Budaya Sekolah, Kinerja

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is a very important part in PT Bank Daerah Syariah, so that it is expected that there is an ideal and sufficient working period to optimize employee careers and increase employee commitment to the company, considering the products produced by the company are products used to facilitate the state apparatus work system and service to the wider community.This study aims to determine the effect of variable Career Development and Organizational Climate on the commitment of Employees in PT Bank Daerah Syariah. The method used in this study is a research mix method, which is a step of research by combining two forms of approach in research that is quantitative and qualitative. The population in this study were all employees in the Bank Daerah Syariah (BDS) as many as 53 employeesThe results showed that the career development variable (X1) and also the Organizational Climate (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the variable Employee Commitment (Y). The conclusion of the research shows that to increase the commitment of employees in PT Bank Daerah Syariah, the company needs to improve the existing career development system and maintain the organizational climate so that it remains conducive for all employees.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company which works in industry of oil and gas. With a lot of competition in the industry, PT XYZ needs to improve their performance especially in their main business line, Oil and Drilling Services Operation and also improve their Human Resources. One way to increase their performance is to know and improve the intrapreneurship in the company.This research is using qualitative approach. The first step conducted in this research was to look for the problem from the object being researched by the author. The data collections consist of primary data from questionnaire. There’ll be two questionnaire distributed. First one is Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) to assess the current entrepreneurial condition in the company which distributed to the entire division of the company. The second one is Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionnaire (ELQ) which will asses the leader of the divisions with four types of intrapreneur leaders, Miners, Explorers, Accelerators and Integrators. ELQ was distributed in two key divisions, Division of Drilling and Oilfield Service as PT XYZ’s  core business and Human Resources Division to manage PT XYZ’s employees. This research will analyze the EOS and ELQ’s results and compare the result of both divisions of ELQOn the basis of the results of this research, it can be concluded that PT XYZ has a good entrepreneurial. PT XYZ’s employees also able to accept entrepreneurial environtment within the company. PT XYZ is also perform above average in the market, able to compesate the employees, empower the employees and doing innovation in par with the competitors. PT XYZ’s employees are also have some understanding about entrepreneurial knowledge. The leader in the PT XYZ’s Human Resource Division is Accelerator type while the leader in Division of Drilling and Oilfield Service is Miner type.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze and describe the NPF and FDR ratio of Bank Muamalat Indonesia between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is quantitative with research data in the form of secondary data. The data were collected using the documentation method and analyzed using the descriptive statistic and independent sample t-test. The results of the study state that the NPF and FDR value of Bank Muamalat Indonesia was differ between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, although not statistically significant. The difference in terms of NPF indicates that the financing risk faced by Bank Muamalat Indonesia during the pandemic period is greater. The difference in terms of FDR indicates the existence of prudence from banks in distributing financing to the public because the business situation is not conducive during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This Research examine the influence of financial leverage measure by Debt Ratio there are Degree of Financial Leverage (DFL), Debt to Total Asset (DTA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to the systematic risk (beta) of stock, and also examine the difference influence of thus debt ratio to the systematic risk (beta) of stock in normal period and in the global financial crisis in the year of 2008. This research use the data of firms in the manufacture sector which is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Indonesia) for the year of 2006 untill 2009. Using the purposive sampling method founded 87 firms for the sample. Research analysis use the panel data regression with General Least Square (GLS) method and 95% degree of confidence. The result of this research found that DFL, DTA and DER have a positive influence to the systematic risk (beta) of stock and also found that there is no difference influence of thus debt ratio to the systematic risk (beta) of stock in the normal period and on the global financial crisis in the year of 2008.

Abstract

Masalah yang menjadi kajian dari penelitian ini adalah mengenai Pengambilan Keputusan Pimpinan dalam Pengembangan Karir Karyawan. Salah satu faktor tersebut adalah sistem informasi manajemen yaitu sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pokok masalah yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian terhadap pengambilan keputusan pimpinan dalam pengembangan karier pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh hasil hipotesis alternatif yang menyatakan Terdapat Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian (X) Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Pimpinan Dalam Pengembangan Karier Pegawai (Y) di Di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Organizational values characterize every activity, including the behavior of the members of an organization, and their decision-making. However, there are moments in which the members of the organization violate the values, even though they know they should not. It also happens to university students. This fact brings us to reflect on how the values are interpreted in value orientation. By employing the phenomenological method using Kohlberg’s constructivist theory of moral development stages, this study explored the value orientation towards integrity in business school students’ decisions to cheat or not. The result indicates that even for students who face the same decision to cheat or not, their decision is affected by how they understand the value of integrity, which depends on their value orientation and their cognitive moral development. Most respondents had a mindset of egoistic value orientation, which is more concerned with the benefits and payback when making a decision. Most cases happened without there being a prior decision to cheat; the decision is made at the time of the exam by considering the emerging internal or external situational factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of change management and organizational strengthening on the formation of HR performance or in this case ASN within the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia Main Unit environment. The research methodology used is quantitative by using a survey method to produce descriptive and verification analysis. The population used was ASN in the Republic of Indonesia Main Unit of the Republic of Indonesia as many as 661 people and after using the Slovin formula obtained 250 ASN people included as the study sample. The results of the study prove that both for Change Management and Organizational Strengthening have a significant influence in shaping the performance of HR or ASN, so that in the future in order to improve ASN performance, then in each Ministry's Main Unit must be organized management changes and organizational strengthening all elements in the organization.Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh manajemen perubahan dan penguatan organisasi terhadap pembentukan kinerja SDM atau dalam hal ini adalah ASN di lingkungan Unit Utama Kementerian Republik Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey untuk menghasilkan analisis secara deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah ASN di lingkungan unit utama Kementerian Republik Indonesia sebanyak 661 orang dan setelah menggunakan rumus Slovin didapatkan 250 orang ASN yang termasuk sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian membuktikan baik untuk manajemen perubahan maupun penguatan organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam membentuk kinerja SDM atau ASN, sehingga diharapkan untuk kedepannya dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja ASN, maka di setiap Unit Utama kementerian harus terlebih dulu dilakukan manajemen perubahan yang tertata serta penguatan organisasi yang meliputi semua unsur di dalam organisasi tersebut.
