Abstract

Kekurangan gizi merupakan akibat dari kebiasaan hidup yang kurang memikirkan nilai-nilai gizi karena daya beli yang kurang atau ketidaktahuan mengenai soal gizi. Prevalensi Balita menurut status gizi di Kabupaten Subang memiliki masalah gizi buruk dan gizi kurang yang masih sangat tinggi sebesar 15,1% dan 11, 1%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Hubungan Pola Asuh, Penyakit Penyerta, dan Pengetahuan Ibu dengan Status Gizi pada Anak Usia 12-24 Bulan di Posyandu Teratai Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ciasem Kabupaten Subang Tahun 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian observasi cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini balita umur 12-24 bulan di posyandu Teratai Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ciasem. Perhitungan besar sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling. Adapun analisis data menggunakan analisis chi square. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu dari 43 anak usia 12-24 bulan di Posyandu Teratai sebanyak 25,6% anak berstatus gizi kurang, hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan bermakna antara adalah pola asuh ibu (p=0,000) dan pengetahuan ibu (p=0,001) terhadap status gizi. Sedangkan penyakit penyerta tidak ada hubungan bermakna (p=1,000). Pola asuh dan pengetahuan ibu merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi status gizi. Ibu hendaknya lebih aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan posyandu setiap bulannya untuk memantau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak balita dan lebih aktif dalam mencari informasi tentang gizi balita melalui penyuluhan oleh tenaga kesehatan, konseling gizi dan melalui sumber informasi lainnya, bagi Puskesmas Ciasem hendaknya meningkatkan pemantauan status gizi dan perkembangan balita di setiap posyandu serta Pemberian Makanan Tambahan yang tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Infeksi pada masa nifas bisa terjadi karena kurangnya gizi pada ibu nifas yang tidak terpenuhi sehingga dapat menghambat proses penyembuhan luka sectio caesarea (SC). Permasalahan ibu nifas dengan luka SC karena kurangnya protein yang bisa menghambat proses penyembuhan luka SC, di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ciasem terutama ibu melahirkan sangat percaya bahwa pasca tindakan SC, luka bekas melahirkan tersebut akan cepat mengering dengan banyaknya mengkonsumsi ikan gabus terutama yang direbus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ikan gabus terhadap kecepatan luka SC pada ibu postpartum di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ciasem Subang Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Quasy Experiment design yang bersifat Post test With Control Group. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 32 ibu melahirkan dengan SC, yang terdiri dari 16 kelompok perlakuan dan 16 kelompok kontrol, Pemberian ikan gabus rebus pada kelompok perlakuan minimal 1 kali sehari dalam waktu 7 hari dengan berat ikan gabus lebih kurang 250 gr, pengukuran tingkat kecepatan kesembuhan luka SC menggunakan skala REEDA dengan statistik uji U-Mann Whitney.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan (p<0,05) pemberian ikan gabus rebus terhadap penyembuhan luka sectio caesarea antara kelompok perlakuan dengan kelompok kontrol di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ciasem Tahun 2020. Hasil uji statistik di dapatkan skor percepatan luka SC kelompok perlakuan hari ke 7 rata-rata adalah 2,25; sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol rata-rata adalah 3,69; maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan lama proses percepatan luka pada kelompok yang diberi perlakuan ikan gabus dengan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap penyembuhan luka pada kelompok yang diberi perlakuan ikan gabus dan tidak, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai masukan untuk menambah wawasan terhadap penyembuhan luka operasi sectio caesarea pada ibu nifas dan dapat dilestarikan sebagai kearifan lokal yang bermanfaat bagi tenaga kesehatan terutama dalam rencana asuhan kebidanan pada ibu nifas dalam hal penyembuhan luka operasi SC dengan pemberian ikan gabus.

Abstract

Mempawah Regency is an area located on the coast that has a wide area of mangrove forest. The mangrove forest is used to prevent abrasion and as an ecotourism area. This regency has three mangrove ecotourism; they are Mempawah Mangrove Park, Polaria Tanjung Pagar Mangrove Park and Cinta Mangrove Park. Cinta Mangrove Park is the newest mangrove ecotourism in Mempawah Regency. As the latest ecotourism, there are still some shortages, upgrading and developments that need to be done in terms of human resources, facilities and less of promotion. The aim of this research was to determine the development strategy of the Cinta Mangrove Park ecotourism. The location of the research was carried out at the Cinta Mangrove Park Ecotourism in Sungai Bakau Besar Laut Village Sungai Pinyuh Sub-District Mempawah Regency with the consideration that this location was the latest ecotourism that still has a lot of shortages and need improvement. The selected respondents were the key informants. The analysis used was SWOT and QSPM analysis. The results of the research described that the mangrove ecotourism development strategy was a weakness-opportunity (WO) strategy. The main priority of the Cinta Mangrove Park ecotourism development strategy was to seek funding sources and attract investors to collaborate to build tourism facilities. The results of this research were expected to be a contribution in determining policies for the government and society for the development of the Cinta Mangrove Park ecotourism.

Abstract

Batu Jato is a tourist attraction site that frequently visited by local tourists on Sundays or public holidays. Batu Jato ecotourism has natural beauty views, clear river water, and vast expanse of rocks along the river. The descriptive, quantitative, and qualitative method was employed to obtain the primary and secondary data used in the study. Thirty participants were working as the village office staff, tourism department, tourism object management parties, tourists, and community around the Batu Jato ecotourism. The data collection is done by interview and questionnaire. The data analysis was conducted by SWOT analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. There were three strategies arranged from SWOT analysis: 1) implementing a collaboration between the tourism object management parties, village office staff, and tourism department through an exhibition, souvenirs, banners, brochures, and pamphlets describing the Batu Jato attraction sites; (2) implementing a verbal communication as a method to deliver information about the Batu Jato attraction site such as through tourism extention and direct communication; and (3) improving the Batu Jato Ecotourism promotion through social media platforms such as website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Youtube using attractive content in the form of pictures and writings.

Abstract

Palm oil is one of the important plantation commodities in Indonesia's economic activities. Palm oil plants require rejuvenation (replanting) due to the decreasing productivity that caused by the old age of the plants (more than 25 years). Replanting is an effort to replace old oil palm plantations to maximize the income. The function and role of the cooperative is needed to be involved in the management of oil palm replanting. Cooperatives are a common need for farmers to manage their plantations, especially those related to management, plants, and financial techniques. The objective of this research was to optimize the role of cooperatives in an effort to strengthen the oil palm replanting program in Landak Regency. 22 respondents were taken by purposive sampling. This research used descriptive analysis. Data analysis used was Rap-Rep palm oil (Rapid Appraisal Replanting of palm oil) from the modification of Rapfish with Microsoft Excel software. The results of the research show that the replanting technical dimension, human resource development, and supporting elements are not optimal. Sensitive attributes that influenced the cooperative optimization in oil palm replanting program in Landak Regency are (1) Funding; (2) Institutions (3) Land Requirements ; (4) Training in Financial Management and Administration (5) Post Harvest Processing Tools; (6) Pesticides and Alsintan.

Abstract

The sale of cayenne pepper from farmers/producers to consumers required a marketing process. The long chain of cayenne pepper marketing and market structure leading to an unfair competition and price determination were dominated by the collectors. The research objective was to determine the marketing channels, market structure and market behavior of cayenne pepper in Sekadau Regency. The determination of the sample in this research was using a non-probability sampling method by using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using the Herfindahl Index (IH) and Minimum Economies of Scale (MES). The results showed that the cayenne pepper marketing channels that available in Sekadau Regency were 2 marketing channels. In general, the market structure of cayenne pepper lead to an oligopoly market, market behavior showed that the highest profit and income ratio was obtained by wholesalers. The price determination process was influenced by the large traders, the existence of price discrimination practices at each level of the marketing channel, and the establishment of binding cooperation between collectors and farmers. Farmers were advised to form institutions to strengthen their bargaining position in dealing with collector traders as price determinants and not always being price takers, as happened in the marketing channel 1. Local governments were expected to create an Agribusiness Sub Terminal (STA) which can help to open the market access.

Abstract

Nowadays, many companies in Indonesia are running in the plantation field. Buana Tunas Sejahtera Company (Inc.) is a palm oil company in West Borneo Province that working under the Kencana Group. This company was organized by leaders, directors, managers, manager assistants, foremen, clerks, permanent workers, and freelance workers. The worker’s work performance in this company was slightly low due to their worker’s low motivation and discipline. This study aimed to know the method to improve the workers’ work performance in Buana Tunas Sejahtera Company (Inc.), Kapuas Hulu Regency. This was a descriptive quantitative study employing an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) done by software namely Expert Choice 11. There were 100 workers chosen by the purposive sampling technique participated in this study. The result showed that the key point in dealing with the worker's work performance issue was meeting their social need, while improving their salary was a key point in dealing with the motivation issue. Building the worker's responsibility was playing an important role in improving the discipline culture. The company needs to improve the worker’s motivation by conducting training sessions, increasing worker’s salaries during the overtime hours, and giving more motivation to their workers. To improve the discipline culture, the company needs to use clear and firm rules to enforce the proper and accountable behavior among the worker.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of psychological factors on buying decisions of Tropicana Slim Sweetener products. This research was conducted in Pontianak, West Kalimantan Province. The psychological factors of consumers in making the buying decision process consisted of motivation, perception, learning, beliefs and attitudes. The population used in this research was consumers of Tropicana Slim Sweetener. The sample used was 150 people, using purposive sampling. The research was conducted in June to July 2018. The research data were obtained by the analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that psychological factors had a positive influence on consumer buying decisions, with the most influenced indicators were convince in the product, belief in the product, product brand, knowledge of the product, the feelings towards the product and product reliability.

Abstract

Pontianak city produced 400 tons of waste every day. The prevention of waste had been done in various ways; one of them was the utilization of waste by 8 waste banks to be used as craft products with an economic value. The aim of the research was to formulate alternative priority marketing strategies for processed waste craft products in Pontianak. The research method that used was descriptive qualitative methods, surveys and interviews with key informants to obtain SWOT criteria and alternative strategies. This research used primary and secondary data, primary data obtained from interviews and surveys that included waste banks data and respondent data, secondary data included waste production in Pontianak City, waste banks in Pontianak City. The data analysis used the combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Strength Weakness Opportunities Threats (SWOT). The research results showed that the alternative priority for the marketing strategy of processed waste products was the strategy to improve Human Resources (0.462), such as product innovation, conducted comparative study with UKM (small-medium enterprises), made observations of products that people were interest in; information and technology improvement strategies (0.403), such as recruited and trained employees to understand information technology; institutional improvement strategies (0.135), such as upgraded and focused group discussions in the Waste Bank Forum, managed the requirements for marketing in supermarkets

Abstract

The selection of the marketing communication domain plays a major role in promoting products and services. The most common problem in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is its funding system. This study aimed to know the integrated communication marketing used in food processing MSME in Pontianak City. This study was involving 100 participants chosen based on the purposive sampling technique. The analysis method used was descriptive and qualitative analysis. Through a descriptive analysis, the variable studied was described. While, the qualitative analysis applied in assessing the data sources, data reduction, and deducting conclusions or verifications. The result showed that integrated communication marketing that consisted of media advertising, sales promotion, and direct marketing are highly contributed to the food processed sales performance in Pontianak City.
