Abstract

Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk menganalisis aspek kelayakan usahawarung “Burjo” yang berada di wilayah Karang Gayam, Catur Tunggal,Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. Fokus analisis kelayakan adalah aspek finansialyang meliputi payback period, NPV dan IRR. Lokasi penelitian ini dipilihkarena merupakan lingkungan yang sebagian besar penghuninya adalahkalangan mahasiswa yang berasal dari UGM dan UNY serta beberapakampus lainnya. Sampel penelitian merupakan 11 warung “Burjo” yang telahberdiri di daerah tersebut selama lebih dari 3 tahun dan berdasarkanpengamatan pendahuluan, ketiga warung “Burjo” tersebut merupakan yangpaling ramai dikunjungi oleh mahasiswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkanWarung Burjo di Dusun Karang Gayam, Catur Tunggal, Depok SlemanYogyakarta layak menjadi alternatif bagi calon pemodal. Dari aspek finansialmenurut tiga metode yang digunakan menunjukkan kesimpulan yang layakdan dari aspek pemasaran juga memberikan gambaran potensi yang tetapmenarik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta, (2) the effect of motivation on employee performance center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta, (3) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta, (4) the effect of motivation on organizational commitment of employees, (5) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees, and (6) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta. This research is classified in research exsplanatory research. The population is 102 employees of center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta. The samples number are 79 respondents and used probability techniques slovin method. Methods of data collection is done by the media questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) motivation effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) motivation effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction does not affect the employee performance, (4) motivation does not affect the organizational commitment of employees, (5) job satisfaction affect the organizational commitment of employees, and (6) organizational commitment effect on employee performance. Kata Kunci: motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance, center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kelentukan pinggang dan power otot lengan terhadap keterampilan Stutz senam lantai siswa SMP Negeri 17 Kota Bengkulu. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian, apakah ada hubungan kelentukan pinggang terhadap keterampilan Stutz, hubungan power otot lengan terhadap keterampilan Stutz, hubungan kelentukan pinggang dan power otot lengan terhadap keterampilan Stutz, Serta mengetahui besar kontribusi kelentukan pinggang dan power otot lengan terhadap keterampilan Stutz. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP negeri 17 kota bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode korelasi dengan statistik product moment dan korelasi ganda, penelitian ini secara objektif terhadap sampel 30 orang siswa SMP negeri 17 kota Bengkulu yang diambil dengan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Adapun hasil = 0,67 > = 0,361, dengan pengajian hipotesis kerja (Ha) diterima artinya terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara  dan  dengan Y. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada kontribusi antara kelentukan pinggang dan power otot lengan terhadap keterampilan Stutz sebesar 44,89%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on employee performance at Bento Kopi Yogyakarta. In this study, the target population is all employees of Bento Kopi Yogyakarta, both permanent and contractual. The sample of this study is part of the target population is 100 employees of Bento Kopi Yogyakarta, where the sample is determined by the Slovin formula. The data was collected using a questionnaire or questionnaire collection method. The data analysis technique used is the regression technique which is supported by the t test and classical assumptions, the data that has been obtained are processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in accordance with the significance test carried out by the test- t and obtained tcount> ttable (61.695> 1.66055) sig. amounting to 0.000 / 0.0 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in accordance with the significance test carried out by t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (38.241> 1.66055) sig. 0.00 / 0.00 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in accordance with the significance test carried out with the t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (35.798> 1.66055) sig. 0,000 so that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of k3 and discipline of the performance of employees work. Variable in this research is K3 and discipline work as the independent variable, while the performance of employees as dependent variable. Population in this study some 40 people. Analysis using analysis of multiple regression. The testing of hypotheses using analysis test hypotheses with the help of 25 SPSS program version. The research results show that the variable K3 it has some positive effects and significant impact on employee performance, discipline and significant impact on work it has some positive effects of employee performance. K3 and discipline work of a work as simultaneous have had a positive impact and significant impact on employee performance. Variable K3 have leverage against the most dominant of employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract: Various aspects of today's business can not be separated from information technology in this era, which has an important role related to data, information to making appropriate and accurate decisions where the use of information technology can be applied in various fields, including in the property business. One of them is a homestay business located in Jakarta, namely Homestay Victory. Data processing in the conventional way is felt to still have obstacles including the process of disseminating information and publication of rentals, the process of collecting data on rooms to be rented, the process of collecting customer data, the transaction process of room rentals to the process of making room rental reports. On the basis of the problems that still exist, this expansion of market share, information and ease of access will be obtained by the public, it is necessary to have a reliable information system, especially a website-based one, to be able to overcome the problems faced and increase the productivity of this Victory Homestay business. The system development model used in this research is the Waterfall model. Keywords: System Design, System Information, Website-based, Homestay  Abstrak: Berbagai aspek bisnis saat ini tidak terlepas dari teknologi informasi di era sekarng ini, yang memiliki peranan penting berkaitan denga data, informasi sampai pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dan akurat dimana penggunaan teknologi informasi dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam bidang bisnis properti. Salah satu diantaranya adalah bisnis dalam bidang homestay yang terletak di Jakarta yaitu Homestay Victory. Pengolahan data dengan cara konvensional dirasakan masih memiliki hambatan diantaranya pada proses penyebaran informasi dan publikasi penyewaan, proses pendataan kamar yang akan di sewakan, proses pendataan pelanggan, proses transaksi penyewaan kamar sampai dengan proses pembuatan laporan penyewaan kamar. Atas dasar permalsahan yang masih ada inilah perluasan pangsa pasar, informasi dan kemudahan akses akan didapatkan oleh masyarakat, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang handal terutama yang berbasis website untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi dan meningkatkan produktifitas dari usaha Homestay Victory ini. Model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Waterfall.               Kata kunci: Perancangan Sistem, Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Website, Homestay
