Teupin Layeu Iboih beach is one of the tourist locations in Sabang City and is one of the locations for marine tourism was developed from mass tourism to ecotourism. This research aimed to assess the suitability of Teupin Layeu Iboih beach as the location of marine ecotourism was carried out from March to June 2014. A descriptive approach was applied by using survey and fi eld observations. The parameters collected are the type of coral reefs, the coral fi sh species, the water depth, the water transparency, the type of beach, the coastal land cover, the bottom material, and the distance of freshwater availability from the beach. Research showed that Teupin Layeu Iboih beach is suitable for marine ecotourism as a recreational area with a value of 73% and very suitable for diving and snorkeling with a value of 86.7%.

Solar Dryer Oven Technology as an Effort to Increase Salted Fish Production in the Fishing Communities in Deah Raya Village, Banda Aceh CityAbstract. Salted fish processing is one of the traditional ways of preserving fish carried out by the community when the fish harvest is so abundant, so that it can reduce the impact of losses due to fish spoilage. Implementation of community service is intended to introduce oven solar dryer technology as a simple technology to help realize increased productivity of salted fish processing. The target of PKM implementation consists of two groups, the engkut taleung group and the asen belideung group, in Gampong Deah Raya, Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh. The method used in this PKM is a technology transfer method. PKM provides a solution by utilizing technology as an effort to increase the production of hygienic salted fish production in the coastal area of Banda Aceh. The result of this PKM activity is the success in the manufacture and assembly of solar dryer ovens, so that PKM activities can be carried out. Technical training on the use of ovens can run well, marked by an increase in community knowledge and skills in using ovens for drying and making salted fish. Furthermore, the solar dryer oven unit is handed over to the community as a salted fish processing technology that can be the best solution in reducing fish spoilage and damage, and can overcome excess catches that have not been marketed, and produce more hygienic salted fish production. Pengolahan ikan asin merupakan salah satu cara pengawetan ikan secara tradisional yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat pada saat hasil panen ikan yang begitu melimpah, sehingga dapat mengurangi dampak kerugian akibat pembusukan ikan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk memperkenalkam oven solar dryer teknologi sebagai teknologi sederhana guna membantu mewujudkan peningkatan produktivitas pengolahan ikan asin. Sasaran pelaksanaan PKM terdiri dari dua kelompok, kelompok usaha engkut taleung dan kelompok usaha asen belideung, di Gampong Deah Raya, Kecamatan Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah metode alih teknologi. PKM ini memberikan solusi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berupa oven solar dryer sebagai upaya peningkatan hasil produksi ikan asin yang higienis di wilayah pesisir kota Banda Aceh. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini adalah keberhasilan dalam pembuatan dan perakitan oven solar dryer, sehingga kegiatan PKM dapat terlaksana. Pelatihan teknis penggunaan oven dapat berjalan dengan baik, ditandai dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam menggunakan oven untuk melakukan pengeringan dan pembuatan ikan asin. Selanjutnya, unit oven solar dryer tersebut diserahkan kepada masyarakat sebagai teknologi pengolahan ikan asin yang dapat menjadi solusi terbaik dalam mengurangi pembusukan dan kerusakan ikan, serta dapat mengatasi kelebihan hasil tangkapan yang belum laku di pasarkan, dan menghasilkan produksi ikan asin yang lebih higienis.Kata Kunci: masyarakat nelayan, oven solar dryer, ikan asin, teknologi.

The concept Merdeka Belajarhas become an issue that is widely discussed in the world of education, the concept that voices the existence of learning is carried out in preparing the preparation ofuniversity graduates, both public and private, so that they can face the times and changes that are so fast. This article will look at 1) the form of the policy of the Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan as stated in the 8 Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka programsand their application to privateuniversitiesin Aceh; 2) Obstacles in the implementation of 8 Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka programs at private universities in Aceh.Data was collected through literature studies, news and writings in both online and offline media, as well as interviews with leaders of private universities in Aceh. Furthermore, thedata were analyzed and strengthened with various theoretical supports in the discussion. Through literature study, it was found that there were 8 Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka programs, including; 1) student exchange, 2) internship/work practice, 3) teaching in educational institutions, 4) villageprojects, 5) research, 6) entrepreneurial activities, 7) independent studies and 8) humanitarian projects. Private universities have implemented several programs including studentexchange programs between study programs within universities and student exchanges with study programs outside universities, as well as teaching programs in educational institutions and internships assisted by ministry funds.The challenges faced by private universities in implementing Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka; 1) the adaptation process of the KKNI curriculum with the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka program, 2) the partner campuses are still limited, 3) thecollaboration of private universities in Aceh with outside parties, both companies, BUMN, BUMD and even the government is still very limited, 4) fund management by foundations that have not budgeted funds for Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, 5) quality andproductivity of human resources for lecturers and students.

Abstract: This study was aimed to analyze the performance of certified science teachers at SMP Negeri in Kabupaten Aceh Besar. The research consists of two stages, namely the stage of development of performance evaluation instruments and research phase of professional science teachers. The sample in this research is IPA teacher who served on 6 SMP in Kabupaten Aceh Besar. The performance evaluation instruments is developed through the FGD stage and refers to the assessment instrument used by the previous researcher. Data was collected by survey techniques. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive technique. The analysis results show that the performance of professional science teachers with high criteria of 40% and medium criteria of 60%. Implementation of learning done is good enough and has the maximum in preparing the lesson plans, create modules and learning media. The activeness of teachers in professional organizations in the field of education and social and academic achievement is still low. Not maximal efforts made in the development of his profession through the works produced, and also still less active in educational and training activities.Key Words: Evaluation; Science Teacher Performance; Certification

Analysis of The Development of Non-Cognitive Assessment Instrument to Support Online History Learning in Jambi City High School Willy Cahyadi; Dian Aswita; Tri Zahra Ningsih

This research is important to do because (1) there is a lack of an accurate non-cognitive skill assessment tool to assess non-cognitive skills in online learning; (2) it is difficult for teachers to measure students' cognitive skills during online learning due to the limited assessment tools available; and (3) only a few instruments have been developed to measure non-cognitive skills in social science learning, particularly history learning. Based on this gap, it's critical to examine the creation of non-cognitive skills evaluation instruments, particularly for use in online history classes. We collect data through surveys and questionnaires, answering questions. The study's subjects were Jambi City Senior High School teachers, a group of 15 from five different schools. Proportional Random Sampling Strategy is the sampling technique used in this study. An observation sheet and a questionnaire sheet were utilized as research instruments in this study. The questionnaire sheet consists of a questionnaire sheet to collect data on non-cognitive skills. The results of the study were examined using descriptive statistical methods. Non-cognitive skills are critical to acquire in online learning, according to the findings of the study. According to the research, 81.67% of teachers strongly believe that non-cognitive skills have an impact on student success. Non-cognitive qualities including discipline, independence, time management, teamwork, motivation, and technological skills are identified by 84.44 % of teachers as having a significant impact on the success of online learning. According to the teacher, 93.3% strongly agreed to create an assessment instrument to test this skill. The importance of non-cognitive instrument development is evident from the preceding discussion.

Guru memiliki peran yang strategis dalam bidang pendidikan, yaitu sebagai ujung tombak dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas dan mutu pendidikan.Pentingnya peran guru dalam meningkatankualitas pendidikan merupakan faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan bangsa. Gurudituntut untuk dapat memiliki kompetensi-kompetensi yang dapat menjadikan mereka sebagai guruyang profesional. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan makalah ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaransecara mendalam tentang kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru IPA yang profesional.Dari hasil kajian diketahui bahwa seorang guru yang efektif adalah guru yang terus menerusdalam proses belajar seumur hidupnya.Kualitas dari seorang guru yang efektif diantaranya yaitu acalling for the program, professional knowledge, personal qualities, instructional effectiveness,good communicator, bersedia bekerja ekstra, danbelajar seumur hidup.Kompetensi profesionalpada guru IPA sangat terkait dengan keempat kompetensi yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensikepribadian, kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi sosial.Pengetahuan yang dimiliki olehseorang guru tentu merupakan komponen profesionalisme guru, namun kompetensi profesionalmelibatkan lebih dari sekedar pengetahuan. Skills, attitudes, dan motivasi juga berkontribusiterhadap penguasaan pengajaran dan pembelajaran.Berbagai upaya untuk untuk meningkatkanprofesionalisme guru telah banyak dilakukan, salah satunya adalah melalui sertifikasi guru.Tujuansertifikasi guru adalah untuk meningkat kualitas guru (kompetensi), mengangkat harkat danmartabat guru sehingga guru lebih dihargai dan juga untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Covid-19 pandemic which has been going on for approximately the last two years and has had a major impact on the Indonesian people and economy. Indonesia's economic activity is getting weaker and lowering people's purchasing power. One of the prevention strategies implemented by the government is by limiting community mobility through work from home and also study from home for the community. Since the enactment of this policy, people have more free time at home. Therefore, this PKM activity aims to introduce business opportunities that can be utilized by the community. This free handicraft training hopes that the participants will maximize the training to make handicrafts from hemp/jute rope and earn additional income during the pandemic. The target of this activity is the community in Lamteuba Droe Village, Seulimum, Aceh Besar District. Based on the results of the work made by the participants, this PKM activity can be said to be successful in the first experiment because they can create and produce their work well in each group. The handicrafts made have also met the expectations of the PKM team and can be said to be worthy of sale.

Environmental literacy is a prominent 21st century learning theme that students need to master. However, data in the field shows the low environmental literacy of students in one of the schools in one city in Indonesia which is supported by several studies. Environmental literacy can be improved by applying the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model integrated with the STEAM approach. The research focuses on developing online learning tools with the PjBL-STEAM model on environmental materials to improve environmental literacy. The type of research used is Research and Development (RnD) research with the ADDIE development model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The devices developed include lesson plans, LKPD, and assessment instruments. From the results of the study, valid, practical, and effective learning devices were obtained.

Ecotourism improvement has been a challenge in developing the community’s welfare. This study investigated the potential role of Panglima Laôt as traditional wisdom for the sustainable development of marine ecotourism. Its role was responsible for a sustainable environment and preservation of culture through a traditional approach. Teupin Layeu Iboih beach has potential and fantastic scenery on the coast and under seawater that attracts many tourists. These merits should provide many benefits for the residents in the tourist spot. In this sense, the contributions of the Panglima Laôt have appeared to improve the marine resources and the quality of the landscape in Teupin Layeu Iboih, Sabang city. The Panglima Laôt has formulated and promulgated strict regulations to encourage a sustainable coastal and marine environment. The local wisdom would increase the welfare of the people living in the coastal area, and the harmonization between humans and the biosphere can be achieved.

Cot Puklat merupakan suatu Desa di Mukim Meulayo Kabupaten Aceh Besar, yang mayoritas masyarakatnya berprofesi sebagai petani padi. Saat proses penggilingan padi, kulit padi akan terkupas dan terpisah dari beras, sehingga sekam padi ini menjadi limbah dari proses penggilingan padi yang selanjutnya disebut sekam padi. Di desa ini, saat masa panen, banyak limbah sekam padi yang menumpuk dan umumnya kurang dimanfaatkan. Sampai saat ini, limbah sekam padi hanya ditumpuk atau dijadikan bahan untuk abu gosok. Adanya potensi limbah sekam di desa dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi bioadsorben dan menjadi peluang masyarakat desa dalam meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pembekalan materi kepada masyarakat agar dapat mengolah limbah sekam padi menjadi bioadsorben. Produk bioadsorben ini sangat bermanfaat bagi kehidupan, diantaranya dapat berfungsi sebagai bioadsorben penyerap limbah logam berat juga dapat dijual kepada pabrik/industri yang membutuhkan bioadsorben untuk menangani limbah usahanya. Dengan telah terlaksananya program Pemberdayaan kemitraan masyarakat ini, masyarakat Desa Cot Puklat sudah memiliki pengetahuan dalam pemanfaatan limbah sekam padi menjadi bioadsorben.
