Abstract

This study aims to develop multimedia-based teaching materials in the lectures of Civil Law/Trade. This research uses ADDIE Model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation Model) and the data is analyzed quantitatively. The subjects of the study are students who taking the Civil/Trade Law Coursework in odd semester 2017-2018. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the multimedia-based teaching materials that developed this valid, practical and potential effect in improving students' understanding of the subject of civil law / trade law with the assessment of 82.5% of media expert validation.

Abstract

Pancasila and Civic Education Study Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sriwijaya University is one of the social science study programs which courses contain many theories or concepts. One of them is constitutional theory and law course. In conveying the material, a lecturer as the advisor should prepare a textbook containing content which is able to facilitate the students to understand the material so that the learning becomes more meaningful. Therefore, the researcher, as the advisor of constitutional theory and law course, compiled a contextual-based textbook. This research was aimed to produce textbook of constitutional theory and law course based on context to improve students’ understanding. This research was a type of research and development referring to R & D Cycle Borg and Gall and was aligned with the established research objectives. The steps in this research were conducting a preliminary study to find out things that students need during the learning as well as developing and testing the product of constitutional theory and law textbook. Furthermore, the techniques for collecting the data were documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The result of this research showed that the development of contextual-based textbook is able to improve the understanding of the material in constitutional theory and law course.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSebagaimana telah ditentukan oleh pembentukan negara bahwa tujuan utama dirumuskannya Pancasila adalah sebagai dasar negara republik Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, fungsi pokok Pancasila sebagai dasar negara didasarkan pada Ketetapan MPRS No.XX/MPRS/1966 (jo Ketetapan MPR No.V/MPR/1973, jo Ketetapan MPR No.IX/MPR/1978) yang menjelaskan bahwa Pancasila sebagai sumber dari segala sumber hukum atau sumber tertib hukum Indonesia yang pada hakikatnya adalah merupakan suatu pandangan hidup, kesadaran dan cita-cita hukum serta cita-cita moral yang meliputi suasana kebatinan serta watak dari bangsa Indonesia. Kemudian mengenai Pancasila sebagai sumber dari segala sumber hukum ini dijelaskan kembali dalam Ketetapan MPR No.III/MPR/2000 tentang sumber hukum dan tata urutan peraturan perundang-undangan pada Pasal 1 ayat (3) yang menyatakan bahwa ”sumber hukum dasar nasional adalah Pancasila. Dengan terbentuknya UU No.10 tahun 2004 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan, sebagaimana yang termuat dalam Pasal 2 UU No.10 tahun 2004 yang menyatakan bahwa ”Pancasila merupakan sumber dari segala sumber hukum negara”, dengan tegas menyebutkan Pancasila sebagai sumber dari segala sumber hukum sebagai berikut: ”Penempatan Pancasila sebagai sumber dari segala sumber hukum negara adalah sesuai dengan Pembukaan UUD 1945 yang menempatkan Pancasila sebagai dasar ideologi negara serta sekaligus dasar filosofis bangsa dan negara, sehingga setiap materi muatan peraturan perundang-undangan tidak boleh bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila”.Kata kunci: Pancasila, Sumber Hukum Indonesia
