Abstract

Development of web-based monitoring and evaluation systems is required to overcome the obstacles and shortcomings in monitoring and evaluation of the academic and non-academic Bidik Misi students so that tasks and responsibilities of university that manages Bidik Misi become more optimal. In this research, the development of system is done using agile method with DSDM model with case study at  Sriwijaya University. Stages of agile method includes planning, risk analysis, engineering and evaluation, while the model DSDM performed on the stages of engineering and evaluation, which includes a DSDM model activity i.e. Backlog, Sprint, DSDM Meeting and Demo. The result is a monitoring system application of academic and non-academic Bidik Misi students which includes features of students management, management of students academic and non-academic as well as monitoring students academic and non-academic to be proposed in a case study Keywords: agile method, DSDM model, monitoring system, system development

Abstract

Abstract This research emphasizes on the application of Fuzzy Sugeno method in Decision Support System for Determining Concentration of Students Civil Engineering at Case Study of Civil Engineering Department of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. The fuzzy sugeno method is done by defining input and output stages, fuzzy set formation and completion using fuzzy sugeno method. The result is fuzzy sugeno methodcan solve problem in Determining Concentration of Students Civil Engineering at Case Study. In addition, Computer Based Decision Support System for Determination of Civil Engineering Student Concentration using Fuzzy Sugeno resulted in the percentage of eligibility of each concentration of civil engineering department and give the most appropriate concentration recommendation for the students. Keywords: Decision Support System, FuzzySugeno Abstrak Penelitian ini menekankan pada penerapan Metode Fuzzy Sugeno dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil pada tempat studi kasus Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya.Penerapan metode fuzzy sugeno dilakukan dengan tahap pendefinisian input dan output, pembentukan himpunan fuzzy dan penyelesaian dengan metode fuzzy sugeno. Hasilnya adalah metode fuzzy sugeno dapat membantu mengatasi masalah Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil di tempat studi kasus. Selain itu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Berbasis Komputer untuk Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil menggunakan Fuzzy Sugeno menghasilkan persentase kelayakan masing-masing konsentrasi jurusan teknik sipil dan memberikan rekomendasi konsentrasi yang paling layak bagi mahasiswa. Abstract

Knowledge management and knowledge sharing activities in management of infak and sedekah need to be developed using a knowledge management system and utilize the technology and equity knowledge of managers as well as proper solution retrieval for cases in the field. In this research, Case Based Reasoning (CBR) with Nearest Neighbor algorithm is implemented to support problem and knowledge solution management based on retrieve, reuse, revise and retain approach to solution of infak and sedekah management problem. The result found that CBR application on knowledge management system based on web based infak and sedekah can support problem solution management based on retrieve, reuse, revise and retain approach to knowledge data, problems and solutions that exist in knowledge base for web based management of infak and sedekah. Abstract

Pengembangan perangkat lunak adalah tugas kompleks dan membutuhkan adaptasi untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan pengguna. Untuk membuat konsep dan perubahan perangkat lunak, dalam pemeliharaan, sekarang telah dikembangkan lebih mudah dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, pola model-view-controller, yang merupakan arsitektur yang dapat membantu memfasilitasi dalam pengembangan dan pemeliharaan perangkat luna. Hal ini, karena dalam arsitektur model tiga-lapis, yaitu: tampilan dan pengontrolan dalam pembangunan dilakukan secara independen, sehingga dapat memberikan dahan dalam pengembangan dan pemeliharaan. Selain itu, arsitektur ini juga dapat melihat hal-hal yang sederhana dan menarik bagi pengguna. Software sistem on-line test adalah perangkat lunak yang memerlukan interaksi dengan pengguna, dan pemeliharaan perangkat adaptif. Karena sistem ujian on-line memerlukan pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan ini berkembang dengan cepat. Makalah ini untuk menganalisis Model-View-Controller dan mencoba pembangunan, untuk menerapkannya dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak sistem pengujian on-line.

Abstract

Risk management for ERP postimplementation is required to achieve ERP success. In this paper, risk management for ERP postimplementation is designed using COBIT 5 for Risk on APO12 processes. The design of a risk management framework begins with assessment of ERP postimplementation success adopting two approaches, namely the framework of ERP post-implementation success and Critical Success Factor of ERP post-implementation as an input to the risk identification adopted from COBIT 5 for Risk. The study was conducted at the company that has been entered the ERP post-implementation stage. The results of research on the case study company are ERP post-implementation success assessment by only 55.6% and there is a fairly high percentage of unsuccessful at 44.4% which indicates a risk that must be managed. Risks that need to be managed as many as 26 ERP post- implementation risks that are grouped into nine categories of risk. With the option of risk response is one risk are transfered, 21 are mitigated and four are accepted.

Abstract

This study emphasizes on development of information systems that can help students in learning TOEFL using Knowledge Management (KM) in case study location, namely the Language Institute of Sriwijaya University based on the results of system analysis and design from previous paper. Information systems development to support Toefl learning have been successfully carried out by adapting the 10-step knowledge management roadmap especially on the third phase that includes the stages of knowledge management interface and knowledge management testing and implementation Results of development of information systems in the form of a draft user interface and display the results of KM system includes three entities a team of experts, lecturers and learners interact with the system in the form of personal page panel user, the management of knowledge, inputting of new knowledge, discovery of knowledge and the problem solving management.

Abstract

Abstract— Kegiatan Pelatihan Pengelolaan Dan Pembuatan Webblog Desa Pelabuhan Dalam Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Dengan Wordpress ini bertujuan untuk melatih pengurus desa dari berbagai RT yang ada di desa pelabuhan dalam. Peserta yang ikut pada pelatihan tersebut adalah sekitar 20 orang. Dari hasil kegiatan dan evaluasi maka 90 % peserta berhasil dengan baik. Sehingga desa tersebut memiliki weblog sendiri.Sedangkan 10 % nya peserta masih melihat modul untuk membuat bahan ajar tersebut.Keywords: TIK, WEBBLOG, WordPress

Abstract

Aplikasi Kahoot! merupakan aplikasi media evaluasi belajar yang membuat siswa yang mengikutinya lebih termotivasi. Sementara kemampuan guru SMA untuk mengadakan kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran interaktif khususnya melakukan evaluasi secara online dirasakan masih belumbanyak dikenal dan belum dilakukan dalam proses pendidikan di sekolah. Pelatihan ini diadakan dengan pre tes dan post tes sebagai bahan evaluasi apakah pelatihan dapat di terima dengan baik oleh guru yang mengikuti pelatihan ini. Hasil post test menunjukan nilai presentase yang signifikan bahwa peserta pelatihan mampu menerima dan mengaplikasikan hasil pelatihan dengan baik saat mengajar di kelas.

Abstract

This paper discusses about effort to improve teacher ability of making media-based teaching using training activity. Participants of this training are fifteen Islamic religious teachers who are members of the KKG PAI Palembang region. Training method is mentoring and guidance in making media-based teaching in form of animations. In addition, participants receive module or tutorial to help them practicing the material while they get back to each school.The results of training is ninety percent trainees successfully create media-based teaching animation using movie maker program that can be implemented in their school.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SISDM) secara umum mencakup fungsi-fungsi SDM reguler (urusan karyawan, seleksi, staf, pelatihan dan pengembangan penilaian kinerja serta analisis pekerjaan) untuk proses pengambilan keputusan dengan cara mengumpulkan, menyimpan, dan memvalidasi data-data yang ada menjadi suatu kebutuhan bagi sebuah organisasi. Termasuk pengambilan keputusan dalam melakukan suatu perencanaan sumber daya manusia. Salah satu perencanaan SDM yang dapat dilakukan yakni dengan adanya suatu analisis beban kerja (workload) pegawai menggunakan pendekatan work sampling. Dalam paper ini akan dibahas mengenai SISDM berbasis work sampling untuk mendapatkan gambaran terkait perhitungan berbasis komputer untuk pengalokasian waktu terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan seseorang berdasarkan beban kerja yang ada yang nantinya akan memberikan sebuah rekomendasi berapa jumlah kebutuhan pegawai yang diperlukan. Studi kasus yang dipilih adalah di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Sriwijaya
