Abstract

Distribution represent the part activity of marketing which point to get correct goods and correct plance with efficient expense. Therefore distribution role of vital importance in aim peripatetic company is distribution area. PT. Pertani (Persero) on Bengkulu is peripatetic company of distribution fertilizer. Before sold to market, product sent from factory to distributor warehouse beforehand, afterwards in allocation to some region exist in province Bengkulu according to requirement of each region to distributed as according to request of market. Method research is referensi study and discipline study, in field study consist of observation and interview. Used by analysis method is analisys qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative analisys used whit statistical approach used simple linear regression formula and correlation coefficient analysis with person product moment method (r) and also to prove do there is relation and influence between distribution channel to purchase volume in thypothesis test (t-hitung> t-tabel).Result of analysis Y = 68.615 + 0,446 X meaning that constanta equal to 68.615 expressing that if influence from expense of physical distribution purchase volume equal 68.615. and regresi coefficient equal to 0,446 expressing that each addition 1 unit of physical distribution boosted up from purchase volume. Correlation coefficient (r) = 0,612, value positif correlation with purchase volume and physical distribution boosted. Value coefficient determination equal 0,374 is 37,4 % variable indenpenden of  purchase and variable dependen of physical distribution boosted, value 62,6% other of variabel on variable physical distribution boosted.Keywords : cost, physical distribution , distribution boosted

Abstract

Wanita dalam rumah tangga memiliki potensi untuk memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi wanita penyadap karet terhadap pendapatan keluarga, yang dilihat dari alokasi waktu kerja, pendapatan, pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, lama bekerja dan umur wanita penyadap karet. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wanita penyadap karet di Desa Sawang Lebar Kec. Air Napal Kab Bengkulu Utarayaitu sebanyak 45 orang. Penentuan sampel ditentukan dengan metode sampling total. Penelitian dianalisis melalui analisis regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana antara alokasi waktu kerja wanita penyadap karet terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan keluarga, yaitu sebesar 59%, antara pendapatan wanita penyadap karet terhadap pendapatan keluarga berpengaruh sebesar 54%. Tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan keluarga, yaitu sebesar 50%. Jumlah tanggungan wanita penyadap karet terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan keluarga, yaitu sebesar 26%. Lama bekerja wanita penyadap karet tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Umur wanita penyadap karet tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda mengidentifikasi bahwa secara bersama-sama alokasi waktu kerja, pendapatan wanita penyadap, pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, lama bekerja dan umur berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependent yaitu pendapatan keluarga, sebesar sebesar 69%. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the existence of PT.Agrindo Indah Persada on the socio-economic conditions of the community and to determine the amount of community acceptance as an impact of the existence of PT. Agrindo Indah Persada in Tumbuan Village, Lubuk Sandi District, Seluma Regency. The research location was determined purposively at PT. Agrindo Indah Persada in Tumbuan Village, Lubuk Sandi District, Seluma Regency. The research method used is descriptive and acceptance analysis. The sample of research respondents was 91 people. The results showed the impact of the existence of PT. Agrindo Indah Persada regarding the socio-economic conditions of the community in Tumbuan Village, Lubuk Sandi District, Seluma Regency are (1) Increasing community education, (2) Land Change Function, (3) Environment or land becomes damaged, (4) Increasing Conflict in the Community (5) Reduced interaction between communities (6) Increased facilities and infrastructure (7) Community lifestyle becomes consumptive (8) Increase community livelihoods, (9) Increase income. The average community acceptance in Tumbuan Village, Lubuk Sandi District, Seluma Regency with the presence of PT. Agrindo Indah Persada Rp. 2,897,802.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of experiential marketing and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intermediate variable. Explanatory research was conducted by using questionnaires. The quistionnaires were distributed to the 250 respondent who had utilized smartphone OS Android more than 1 years. In the data analisys, the researcher used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS. The results show that the models were appropriate with the Goodness and Index Criteria Chisquare total = 469.122; and significance probability = 0,000; RMSEA = 0,071; CMN/DF = 1,938; TLI = 0,957; CFI = 0,896; GFI = 0,893 and AGFI = 0,947. According to the results, it can be concluded that the model was accepted. There are some implication from this study. Android. Inc., must create a point of differentiation to better involve consumers. Another implications is using WOM (word of Mouth), because that strategy are very useful to targetting adolescent consumers. Otherwise, Android. Inc,. should hold more events and sponsorship in order to close to their consumers. Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Price Customer Satisfaction And Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Price fluctuations are the rise and fall of prices, while the marketing channel is the track of the distribution of goods from producers to final consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the price fluctuations and marketing channels of shallots to shallot traders in the city of Bengkulu. The research method used to determine the price fluctuations of shallots is descriptive method to explain the development of shallot prices presented in the graph. To analyze the marketing channels of shallots, it is described descriptively with a tracing method from wholesaler level to retailer level. The samples of this study were wholesalers and retailers of shallots in the Panorama market and the Sunday market of Bengkulu City with a total sample of 30 traders. The highest price fluctuation in July 2020 reached Rp. 54,500/kg while the lowest price in October 2019 was Rp. 16,900/kg. The shallot marketing channel in Bengkulu City has two channels; the first, wholesalers to consumer scatter traders. Second, wholesalers to wholesalers to retailers to consumers. With a marketing margin of rp. 11,807/kg (48.65%) for retailers and rp. 4.750/kg (20%) for wholesalers. The dominant market share is Toko Ipung with a percentage of 60.89%. With farmer share received by producers 65.69%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk menganalisis total keuntungan bersih usahatani cabai kriting di Desa Hargo Binangun dan di Desa Air Keruh Kecamatan Seluma 2) Untuk menganalisis pendapatan usahatani cabai kriting di Desa Hargo Binangun dan di Desa Air Keruh Kecamatan Seluma. 3) Untuk Menganalisis Kelayakan usahatani cabai keriting ( ) di Desa Hargo Binangun dan di Desa Air Keruh Kecamatan Seluma.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Hargo Binangun dan Desa Air Keruh Kabupaten Seluma.Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2019 sampai dengan Maret 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Didapat hasil total keuntungan bersih usahatani cabai keriting di Desa Hargo Binangun dan di Desa Air Keruh sebesar Rp. 1.685.300,- untuk 75 orang responden. Didapatkan pendapatan usahatani cabai keriting di Desa Hargo Binangun dan di Desa Air Keruh sebesar Rp. 11.158.450,-. untuk 75 orang responden. Kelayakan usahatani cabai keriting menggunakan  .  dari hasil penelitian ini sebesar 1,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision to transfer the function of paddy fields to plantation crops and measure, calculate, and predict whether the conversion of agricultural land has an impact on the availability (production) of food, especially rice in the Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu Regency. . This research was carried out in Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu Regency from November to December 2021. The method used in this study was a survey method. The method of determining the sample used is simple random sampling. Meanwhile, the selection of village locations was done intentionally (purposive sampling). Data analysis was carried out with Logit Analysis. To test the significance of the parameters in the model, the Likelihood Ratio Test and P-test were used using the Minitab application. The results showed (1) The factors that significantly influenced the decision of farmers to switch the function of paddy fields to plantation crops were the level of formal education, land area, farmers' responses to market dynamics, accessibility of paddy fields to quarterly irrigation, and (2) Transfer of the function of rice fields to plantation crops will have an impact on the availability (production) of food, especially rice, especially in the Padang Jaya district, this can be seen from the rice production in 2008 which was a surplus of 659.19 tons, while in 2009 there was a shortage of 281.34 tons.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSesuai  dengan  judul  program  pengabdian  masyarakat  ini,  metode penerapan ipteks yang dilakukan adalah berbentuk pelatihan pengenalan microsoft office  word untuk  siswa  dan  guru  SD  Negeri  62  kota  Bengkulu..  Kegiatan pelatihan  keterampilan  ditunjang  dengan  ceramah,  tanya  jawab  dan  tentu  saja praktek  secara  langsung  di  ruangan  kelas  SD  Negeri  62  kota  bengkulu.  Modulpelatihan  akan  diberikan  kepada  peserta  sebagai  alat  bantu  dalam  kegiatan praktek. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan  keterampilan  Microsoft  Office  word bagi  siswa  dan  Guru   SD Negeri 62 kota bengkulu. Dari  hasil  evaluasi  serta  temuan-temuan  yang  kami  peroleh  selama pelaksanaan  kegiatan  P2M  ini,  dapat  kami  simpulkan  bahwa  program  P2M  ini telah  mampu  memberikan  manfaat  yang  sangat  besar  dan  tepat  sasaran  bagi khalayak siswa dan guru peserta pelatihan yang menjadi khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan  ini.  Bentuk  pelatihan  seperti ini  merupakan  bentuk  yang sangat  efektif untuk memberikan penyegaran dan tambahan wawasan serta pengetahuan baru di bidang teknologi informasi di luar proses pembelajaran yang diterima di sekolah .Kata Kunci:Microsoft  Office  word, Guru   SD Negeri 62 kota bengkulu

Abstract

Air Putih Village is a village that has just expanded from its main village on September 15 2011. Therefore Air Putih Village is still in the process of learning to become a more advanced and superior village in various sectors. The agricultural sector is very important in supporting the local, national and international economy. Of course, the agricultural sector is also expected to be able to become a supporting sector for Air Putih Village to become a village that is more independent in the economy and food. The problem that is often faced is the increase in the price of basic commodities which continues to soar, this of course contributes to the economic difficulties of the people who live in poverty, while vegetable crops support basic commodities. In order to meet the needs and convenience of food for the people of Air Putih Village, the Dehasen University Faculty of Agriculture Community Service team and partners agreed to hold a socialization for the use of yards. The yard of the house can be used as a planting medium for various vegetables to support people's daily food needs. This makes it easier for people to meet their needs for minerals and vitamins. Besides that, it can help the community's economy by reducing expenses for vegetable needs. So counseling and training was carried out on the use of home yards by planting various vegetables. The benefits of using yard land economically are able to reduce family expenses and even if it is occupied can provide additional family income.

Abstract

Manfaat tanaman kacang sacha inchi memiliki beberapa manfaat, salah satunya daunnya mengandung antioksidn dan dapat dimakan sebagai sayur ataupun diolah menjadi teh, biji buah/kacangnya memiliki kandungan asam lemak dan minyak hasil ekstraksi biji/kacang sacha inchi memiliki berbagai manfaat baik untuk kosmetik sebagai pelembab kulit. Selama ini permintaan pasar Indonesia akan sacha inchi sangat tinggi. Namun, suplai dari petani lokal terbilang minim. Bertujuan untuk Memberikan pelatihan pembuatan teh sachi kepada kelompok Wanita tani desa suka sari, jenis kegiatan yang digunakan adalah dengan metode tatap muka yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa/i dari kelompok 5 terdiri dari program studi agribisnis. Untuk menunjang kegiatan ini, maka rincian metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan yaitu: Pemaparan materi penyuluhan mengenai manfaat kacang sachi untuk kesehatan dan kecegahan satanting produk olahan kacang sachi menjadi snack bar cemilan tinggi protein. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian Masyarakat mahasiswa (PMM) dapat disimpulkan1Masyarakat memahami teori tentang dasar-dasar pembuatan teh ditandai dengan munculnya ide kreatif untuk memodifikasi alat dan bahan yang digunakan.2Masyarakat memahami proses pembuatan the dilihat dari trampil peserta pelatihan saat kegiatan PMM berlangsung3Teh sachi salah satu ide kreatif untuk masyarakat membuat minuman sehat.
