Abstract

Mimi Kurnia Nengsih, Yesi Indian Ariska; This study aims to classify visitors to Bengkulu long beach tourism. This research was conducted through direct observation, interviews and questionnaires with 30 respondents. The analysis used is cluster analysis. The results obtained are Bengkulu Long Beach tourist attractions in the group based on Gender, Education, Age, Place of Origin and Income. Based on the F value in the Anova analysis it is known that the difference in visitors based on education has increasingly smaller differences in the clusters formed. In this study it appears that visitors are dominated by high school education. Other variables that form the basis of grouping visitors such as Gender, Age, Place of Origin and Income there are large differences in cluster formation. Keywords: Long Beach, Tourism, Cluster

Abstract

Online Shop is one of the ways people today make sales and purchases transactions to meet the needs of the community. Online shopping is not a taboo subject for today's society, especially people in Indonesia, with a population of 170 million active users of the internet or social media. For data management in this study, researchers will use primary data taken directly through the distribution of the AHP questionnaire. The questionnaire will be distributed to 10 respondents as representatives of the population. The sampling technique used in this research is theTechnique in Purposive Sampling which the distribution of the questionnaire to the respondents has been selected or determined with a specific purpose. Respondents in this study are people who live in Griya Rawa Makmur Bengkulu Housing who have used or have made online purchases on the three applications being studied. This is because to determine the level of value comparison between the quality of online shopping services from three applications, namely: Tokopedia, Shoppe and Lazada. Based on the results of calculating the priority weight value for online shop services, the priority weight value for the reliability element is 46.87%, the Responsiveness element is 21.10, the assurance element is 8.58, the empathy element is 14.31%, while for the tangible element it is 9.14%. Based on the results of calculating the total weight value for shope online services, shopee online services are the highest services in demand, this can be seen from the weight value reaching 0.5186 or 51.86%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the impact caused by the "Free Shipping" Tagline and FlashSale Program on the Shoppe Marketplace in order to encourage Impulsive Buying online for housewives in Muara Bangkahulu District, Bengkulu City. The format of research conducted by researchers in this study is quantitative research using an association approach. In this study, the sample used was taken using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. As for the method of analysis, the researcher used the method of testing validity, reliability testing, and testing the hypothesis and using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the data processing, the results showed that the Tagline did not significantly influence the impulsive buying decision, while the Flash Sale Program had a significant effect on the online impulsive buying decision. Meanwhile, the regression test shows that the Tagline variable "free shipping" and Flashsale simultaneously or together can have an impact on impulsive buying for housewives in Muara Bangkahulu District. The coefficient of determination test performed shows a fairly close relationship between Tagline and Flash sale, this can be seen from the R value of 0.5650. From the R-Squared Adj value, it can be seen that the tagline and flash sale variables contributed 30. 60%, this proves that these variables can affect Implusive Buying, while the remaining 69.40% is influenced by other variables not discussed by the researchers in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource planning and organizational culture on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Seluma Regency. The sample in this study as many as 48 employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Seluma Regency who have become ASN and honorary. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 0.868 + 0.547X1 + 0.448 X2+e, this describes a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (HR planning) and X2 (organizational culture) on performance (Y). It means that if the variables of HR planning and organizational culture increase, it will increase performance. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.602. This means that X1 (HR planning) and X2 (organizational culture) affect performance (Y) by 60.2% while the remaining 39.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. HR planning has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Seluma Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Seluma Regency because the significant value of 0.010 is smaller than 0.05. The results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the variables of HR planning and organizational culture have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Seluma Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of civil servant recruitment on improving the performance of Bengkulu Province civil servant employees. The method used in this study is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. Data acquisition techniques were conducted by interviewing, observing, and recording documents related to the civil servant recruitment process carried out by Bengkulu local civil servants. The data acquired will be investigated and qualitatively analyzed for all the data collected, and an interview with Duncan's theoretical approach to stress, whose effectiveness can be seen in three indicators: goal achievement, integration, and adaptation Supported by the results of. The results of the field survey came to the correct conclusion as the implementation of labor recruitment carried out by local civil servants in the Bengkulu Province is more transparent and responsible.

Abstract

The results of the regression equation are Y = 13,962 + 0,257X1 + 0,263X2+3,937, Based on this value, it can be said that work ability and work motivation have a positive influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency. This illustrates that if the variables of work ability and work motivation increase, the performance of employees will also increase. The result of the determination test area 0.334 or (33.4%). This shows that work ability and work motivation affect employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency by 33.4%, while the rest (100 - 33.4% = 66.6%) are influenced by other variables not examined. Work ability and motivation to work together have an influence on the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency which can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. It can be seen that there is an increase in work ability and work motivation of employees so that the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency will also increase. Work ability has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency, it can be seen from the significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. Where the work ability of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency can improve employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency, it can be seen from the significant value of 0.003 which is smaller than 0.05. Where the work motivation of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency can improve employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tujuan  adalah untuk menentukan dan menganalisa faktor-faktor internal dan ekstenal apakah yang mendukung dan menghambat pengembangan Pantai Pandan Wangi Kabupaten  Muko-Muko dan  menentukan bagaimana strategi Pantai Pandan Wangi Kabupaten Muko-Muko pengembangan Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode studi pustaka dan kuesioner dengan menyebarkan daftar kepada responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel lebih kurang 40 (Empat Puluh) orang . Metode Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats).  Adapun hasilnya diketahui bahwa skor total faktor internal sebesar 2,05 dan berada pada kategori sedang dimana skor kekuatan 2,18 dan skor kelemahan 1,92. Sementara skor total faktor eksternal sebesar 1,89 berada pada skala rendah dimanas kor peluang 1,97 dan skor ancaman 1,81 . Dengan strategi yang dapat digunakan adalah Membangun infrastruktur wisata dan Mengelola kawasan wisata dengan baik sehingga memberi kontribusi pada peningkatan PAD.

Abstract

The background that is taken into consideration in this research is that the organizational needs that are absolutely needed are the continued development of its human resources. Job performance or good work results by an employee in performing a task in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him will affect the success of an organization. The sampling method used in this study was the Census, where the entire population became respondents, namely 126 employees of the Bengkulu City Education Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work organizational culture, work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Bengkulu City Education Office. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational culture on the performance of the Bengkulu City Education Office employees with the t test result of 0.324 (Sig. 0.01 <0.05) and there was an effect of work motivation on the performance of the Bengkulu City Education Office employee of 16.729 (Sig. 0, 04 <0.05). The simultas test results (together) prove that there is an influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of the Benkulu City Education Office employees with an F test value of 139,958 (Sig. 0,000 <0.05). The coefficient of determination R2 is 0.695. A positive R2 value indicates that any increase in organizational culture and work motivation will have an impact on the performance of Bengkulu City Education Office employees. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. By looking at the results of the multiple coefficients, the influence given by the organizational culture variable, work motivation variable has a very positive and significant effect.

Analysis method which [is] used in this research is method analyse SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunity, threats). obtained datas of research hasail will be analysed by strength, its weakness, its opportunity, and its threat to applying of strategy marketing of Maisonette Eat Ayiak Nelengau. Pursuant to result of analysis of SWOT above obtained that in Internal matrix show strength factor and weakness have totally of score 2,50. This matter of indication that effort from Maisonette of ayiak nelengau reside in internal on course which so strength. Hereinafter, in matrix of ekternal indicate that opportunity factor and threat have totally of score 3,98. This matter of indication that effort from Maisonette of ayiak nelengau earn existing opportunity merespon by remarkable and avoid threat residing in his industrial market. As for strategy able to be recommended by at maisonette of ayiak nelengau is to improve marketing strategy through media social by following progress of technology and also major the quality of product seen purchasing power and also request of consumer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on employees’ performance at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of Seluma Regency. The sample in this study was 52 employees at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of Seluma Regency. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple regressions show that the equation Y = 6.045 + 0.419 X1 + 0.458 X2. The result of regression direction is positive, meaning that the higher emotional intelligence and organizational commitment variables, the higher the employees’ performance will also be. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.595. This means that X1 (emotional intelligence) and X2 (organizational commitment) have a contribution to performance (Y) of 59.5% while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Overall, the results t test has a significant value is less than 0.05, so it can be interpreted that X1 (emotional intelligence) and X2 (organizational commitment) have a significant influence on performance (Y) partially or individually. The results of the F test have a significant value of 0.000 < 0 ,05. Because the level of significance below 0.05 indicates that X1 (emotional intelligence) and X2 (organizational commitment) have a significant influence on performance (Y).
