Abstract

The research was conducted to find out the coordination of the government to cope with a wild racein District Tellulimpoe, Sinjai and to determine the factors that influence the local government coordination on the response to wild racein District Tellulimpoe, Sinjai. The research method that is the time the study was conducted over two months in the village of the District Massaile Tellulimpoe Sinjai, this research used a qualitative phenomenological research type, with 10 informan and using interviews, observation and documentation as a data source. The result showed the result was not maximal on the coordination process of the government apparatus in response to a wild race with some direct interviewing informants from the aspects of the deal, obedience and loyalty, cooperation, exchange of information, the mutual respect.Keyword: coordination Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui koordinasi pemerintah untuk menanggulangi balapan liar di Kecamatan Tellulimpoe Kabupaten Sinjai dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi koordinasi pemerintah daerah dalam penanggulangan balapan liar di Kecamatan Tellulimpoe Kabupaten Sinjai. Metode penelitian yaitu waktu penelitian dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan lamanya di Desa Massaile Kecamatan Tellulimpoe Kabupaten Sinjai, penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian fenomenologi kualitatif, dengan memiliki 10 infirman dan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai sumber data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil yang tidak maksimal dalam proses koordinasi aparatur pemerintah dalam penanggulangan balapan liar dengan mewawancarai langsung beberapa informan yang dilihat dari aspek kesepakatan, ketaatan dan loyalitas, kerjasama, tukar informasi, saling menghormati.Kata kunci: koordinasi

Abstract

Javanese culture and Islam are the two entities that are difficult to be separated. Both meet and create co-existence singkretik so that discussion of Javanese culture can hardly be separated from Islam, including in the political field. The works on Islamic Java continue to emerge, especially in the sociological-anthropological perspective. Since Geertz conduct a study on The Religion of Java, the study continues, either agree with him or who reject it. This paper intentionally taking the starting point of Geertz’s Studieswith concept of trikhotomi. Regardless of excess or weakness Geertz's conception, but it should be underlined that Geertz conception about the Islamic Java much a source of inspiration for the study of Javanese culture and even Indonesia. Even in its development, the conception was brought into the political arena into identity politics. Identity politics is political action to promote the interests of the members of a group have a similar identity or characteristics, whether based on race, ethnicity, gender, or religion. Identity politics is another formulation of political differences. The emergence of identity politics is a response to the implementation of human rights are often applied unfairly

Abstract

Leadership style is the behavior used by a leader when influencing others in doing a job to achieve certain goals. Leadership behavior displayed by a leader if it feels good and pleases employees, it will influence and have a better impact on employee morale. Likewise with the organizational culture which is very influential on the morale of employees in carrying out their work. Conversely, if the behavior displayed by a leader is something that is not in accordance with the expectations of employees, it will not be good for the morale of the employees themselves. The purpose of this study was to analyze how influential the role of leadership style and organizational culture in increasing employee morale at PT. Angkasa Pura Supports Head Office Kemayoran Central Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with in-depth and structured interviews. The informants taken were Key Informants from the Unit Head and 4 informants as employees of PT. Angkasa Pura Supports. The data collection technique uses a data credibility test from the results of interviews. the implementation of organizational culture is uneven, resulting in some employees not implementing it and still low employee morale, which is caused by a leadership style that influences employee performance.
