Abstract

Pisang (Musa sp) merupakan buah yang banyak manfaat. Beragam jenis pisang tersebar di Indonesia. Pengembangan pisang local menjadi bahan kultivar unggul tidak hanya dilihat dari sifat morfologinya saja, hal yang penting juga harus dilahat respon masyarakat terhadap suka atau tidak pisang local tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaan masyarakat terhadap pisang local Apuy sebagai bahan kultivar unggul Majalengka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Diambil 22 responden dari berbagai latar belakang pendidikan, jenis kelamin, dan usia. Analisis data menggunakan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf 5%. Terdapat 3 jenis pisang yang diuji yaitu Pisang Raja Sereh, Pisang Apuy, dan Pisang Raja Dengkel. Karakter yang  diuji adalah penampilan luar, Rasa, Aroma dan Tekstur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kesukaan responden terhadap pisang Apuy adalah 1,7 untuk penampilan luar, 2,6 untuk Aroma, 2,8 untuk rasa dan 2,8 untuk tekstur. Kata Kunci: Uji Hedonik, Pisang Lokal, Kultivar Lokal

Abstract

Baking soda memiliki sifat alkali yang dapat menetralkan pH rongga mulut sehingga dapat menghambat proses metabolisme bakteri yang menghasilkan asam. Selain itu memiliki kemampuan mempengaruhi tekanan osmotik. Sifat hipertonik dari baking soda menyebabkan hipotonik sel bakteri kehilangan air, sehingga sel akan dehidrasi dan akhirnya dapat membunuh sel bakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya hambat larutan baking soda konsentrasi 70% terhadap bakteri Streptococcus mutans (In vitro, merupakan penelitian eksperimental murni kelompok perlakuan dan control group design. Pembuatan larutan baking soda 70% dan bakteri Streptococcus mutans diperoleh di Research Center Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Airlangga. Paper disk yang berisi baking soda 70% dimasukkan oven sampai kering, control(+) Chlorhexedine 0,2% dan control(-) Aquades diinkubasi 37˚C selama 24 jam, zona yang terbentuk disekeliling paper disk diukur diameternya dalam mm. Data dikumpulkan dilakukan uji normalitas dan di cari rata-rata serta SD, dianalisa menggunakan uji T independen. Hasil penelitian terlihat rata-rata diameter zona bening menunjukkan daya hambatnya masih belum melebihi kelompok kontrol positif dimana rata-rata kelompok perlakuan 14,21mm sedang kelompok kontrol angka rata-rata 19,42mm. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan ada perbedaan daya hambat yang terbentuk pada lempeng agar perbenihan streptococcus mutans. Diharapkan bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan antibakteri untuk mencegah karies gigi dengan pemakaian baking soda yang murah,mudah didapatkan oleh masyarakat, baik berupa kumur-kumur dan diolesan ke permukaan gigi, maupun sebagai bahan tambahan dalam pasta gigi. Abstract

Language is a communication tool used by humans to express ideas or ideas. The use of language in communication must pay attention to politeness so that there is no dispute with the speech partner. Education as the key to the formation of knowledge and personality is a solution to build politeness in students' language competence. Solutions that can be built to improve students' language politeness through the learning process. This research was conducted to improve students' language politeness by linking negotiation text learning materials to X grade high school students. The resulting product is digital teaching materials with the orientation of student-speaking etiquette. Researchers create digital teaching materials with the Heyzine Flipbooks digital application Research stages 1) Data analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation of the results of teaching materials products. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing the data on the need for digital teaching materials and analyzing the negotiating text that would be included in the teaching materials. The design of digital teaching materials is oriented towards spoken etiquette which is validated by material and media experts. Experiment with educators and students in the process of learning activities. The results of the research implementation show that the digital negotiating text teaching materials are valid and feasible to use. Evaluation of the results of the product of digital teaching materials for negotiating texts is able to improve students' speaking manners because they have aspects of language politeness.

Abstract

The research focus contains the role of business ethics in increasing profits at PD. Surya Medal Sumedang. The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of business ethics and to find out how the role of business ethics in increasing profits in PD. Surya Medal Sumedang. This research is motivated by the important role of business ethics in increasing company profits. Not only seen from the achievement of profits, but also seen from the role of business ethics during the company's activities. Which is an important foundation for the company to continue to grow and be able to face competitors. With the implementation of business ethics, which is seen from business ethics according to economics and business ethics according to special regulations that apply. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative with two variables, namely business ethics and increasing profits. Data collection techniques used are observations, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Using data analysis Miles and Huberman (1984) namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. As for the results and discussion, namely business ethics according to economics, the company has run it well, so the company can maintain its service quality, product quality to get a good image from many parties. And business ethics according to the special regulations that apply greatly affect the existence of the company if it complies with all the rules that have been previously agreed upon. The achievement of an increase in profits felt by the company, this is realized through the implementation of business ethics which is the main guideline or it can be said as the foundation for the business to be able to maintain its image, existence, product development, and reach a wider distribution system to various regions in Indonesia.
