Abstract

Lung disease has a very serious impact on the respiratory system and can be dangerous if not treated immediately. At this time, lung diseases that are often encountered by the public include pneumonia and 2019 coronavirus. Many people mistake the disorder that occurs to him because the symptoms of Covid-19 and pneumonia are very similar. Thus, it is very important to know the difference between the two diseases so that early treatment can be carried out. Based on the problems that have been described, the author will propose a study entitled "Classification of X-ray Images of Normal Lungs, Pneumonia, and Covid-19 Using the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) Algorithm". The aim of this study is to assist in classifying normal, pneumonia, and Covid-19 lungs. The reason for choosing this algorithm is that this algorithm has advantages in grouping cluster centers which are more optimal than other methods.

Abstract

Puskesmas Cigugur Tengah dalam setiap harinya melayani pasien sekitar 150 orang dari berbagai wilayah didaerah Cigugur Tengah. Dengan bertambahnya jumlah pasien tersebut, maka bertambah pula data pasien setiap harinya, sehingga sejumlah data tidak dapat dipelajari lebih lanjut dan data tersebut hanya digunakan sebagai arsip saja. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka penulis ingin mengolah data tersebut untuk mengelompokan penyakit pasien berdasarkan penyakit akut dan penyakit tidak akut menggunakan teknik data mining dengan metode clustering dengan algoritma k-means dan algoritma k-medoids sebagai pembanding. Sehingga nantinya dapat membantu pihak Puskesmas Cigugur Tengah untuk mengetahui penyakit apa yang paling banyak diderita pasien, kemudian dapat membantu pihak pemerintah khususnya Dinas Kesehatan dalam pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan kepada masyarakat sekitar. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dari algoritma k-means dan algoritma k-medoids, didapat cluster model untuk algoritma k-means sebanyak 241 items pada cluster_0 atau penyakit akut sebesar 96% dan 9 items pada cluster­_1 atau penyakit tidak akut sebesar 4% dari 250 data, sedangkan untuk algoritma k-medoids sebanyak 224 items pada cluster_0 atau penyakit akut sebesar 90% dan 26 items pada cluster­_1 atau penyakit tidak akut sebesar 10% dari 250 data, maka penyakit yang paling banyak diderita pasien pada Puskesmas Cigugur Tengah adalah penyakit akut sebesar 93%, dengan nilai Davies Bouldin untuk algoritma k-means sebesar -0.453 dan algoritma k-medoids sebesar -1.276. Dari hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa algoritma yang menghasilkan nilai Davies Bouldin terkecil dianggap sebagai algoritma yang lebih baik, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma k-means lebih baik dari algoritma k-medoids yang menghasilkan nilai rata – rata Davies Bouldin sebesar -1.276.

Abstract

Ruang penyimpanan mempunyai risiko yang dapat mengancam kesehatan dan keselamatan para petugas penyimpanan. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan di Rumah Sakit TK II Dustira Cimahi pada masa pandemi Covid19 ditemukan beberapa petugas yang tidak menggunakan masker dan hazmat, serta banyak kardus yang berserakan di lantai yang berisikan berkas rekam medis yang tebal. Kardus tersebut dapat menghalangi para petugas saat bekerja karena menghalangi jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberi gambaran umum tentang kondisi tata ruang penyimpanan rekam medis dan dampak apa yang ditimbulkan oleh ruang yang tidak memenuhi aspek kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan metode observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa ruang penyimpanan berkas rekam medis sudah berada ditempat yang mudah dijangkau oleh rawat jalan, rawat inap dan IGD. Namun adanya ketidaksesuaian ruangan dari segi K3 yaitu ventilasi, suhu, rak penyimpanan dan sarana prasarana masih tidak sesuai standar. Oleh karena itu berdampak kepada ketidaknyamanan dan keselamatan petugas saat bekerja

Abstract

Based on preliminary studies conducted from February 3, 2019 to February 8, 2019, with the use of the family folder medical record file, there is still a lack of service. There were 30 families who were treated in two poles together. Then a sample of 30 patients was taken with a presentation (100%). This results in other family members having to wait for other family members to be checked with an average of 40 minutes 02 seconds. Where patients should not be left waiting for a long time to get services because the services provided must be immediately carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of family folder medical record file at the Cibodas Health Center. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques are by observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The research instrument used a research table, interview guidelines, questionnaire, stopwatch, stationery and calculator. The results of the examination waiting time became longer because of the added examination time in the first poly with an average time of 32 minutes 10 seconds and not yet available SOPs for the service of two family members in an simultaneously using the family folder medical record file. Advice that can be given is to immediately make an SOP for examination of two patients together in one family, pay more attention to waiting time and use of the family folder medical record file for the future so that patient satisfaction is met as a whole and monitor also periodic evaluations for the better filing of medical records.

Abstract

A room or space ergonomic and equipped with adequate facilities and infrastructure will create a sense of security and comfort to improve the quality of medical services in hospitals Cibabat Cimahi. As for the problems that researchers found in a field that is of a room the ergonomic, yet the distance between the officers too close thus limiting the space motion of the officers, as well as the facilities and infrastructure are not yet adequate such as the lack of number of seats currently available with the number of as many as 30 seats and a patient waiting room area that is less extensive given the large number of patients coming in each day approximately 380 patients.The research method used is descriptive research methods with quantitative approach that is a bunch of objects aims to see the description of the phenomena that occur in a specific population dealing with numbers and analysis using statistics.From the results it can be concluded that the registration counters BPJS 1 outpatient in hospital Cibabat Cimahi in ergonomic yet with broad the children are 42.38 m2, it is clearly visible from a distance of between attendant adjacent to the average distance such as 21.2 cm, room temperature range 320C aircraft as well as the facilities and infrastructure are not yet sufficient to become supporters in the improved quality of service for the hospital.Suggestions from the author : petition for filing, smoothing files patients claim BPJS piled, sorting clerk, the addition of facilities and infrastructure, as well as the efficiency of the use of the room.

Abstract

Based on the results of a preliminary study, the authors found several factors that hindered referrals in the Cimahi Utara Public Health Center. The referral system procedure at Cimahi Utara Public Health Center did not work as it should because there were obstacles.The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.Research results obtained by the author namelyfactors that hinder the BPJS referral system include lack of communication between referrals and referral purposes, socio-cultural conditions of the community that can slow down the referral process are: culture of negotiation, fear of being referred and treated and the process carried out with the help of a shaman, most people tend to access the nearest health care or perhaps the cheapest without regard to the competence of institutions or operators that provide services, the problem experienced by the puskesmas in serving public health inside the building or outside the building is the lack of energy, distance constraints are geographical factors. Suggestions to overcome the problem of the referral system procedure is that it is better for the referral officer to communicate more with the patient so that the patient knows the importance of the referral and the officer should also tell the referral flow to the patient so that the patient is not confused.

Abstract

Based on preliminary observations, in February 2020 the writer found the problems that were closely related to the outpatient services, especially at the Puskesmas Pasirlangu as follows; (1) Lack of ergonomics in each room there are still spaces that are still narrow resulting in a lack of effectiveness; (2) There are still leaks and humidity in the room, causing mold; (3) improper layout. The purpose of this study was to determine the layout of outpatient services based on the concept of ergonomics in order to support the effectiveness of work in the Pasirlangu Community Health Center. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative analysis approach. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The research instrument used was stationery and interview guidelines. Spatial research results are still not in accordance with the concept of ergonomics because of each room there are shortcomings ranging from lighting, ventilation, room temperature, room humidity and layout that are not yet neat and the effectiveness of work there is not yet fully effective work effectiveness.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien dapat mempengaruhi mutu suatu Rumah Sakit. Kepuasan pasien merupakan tanggapan pelanggan terhadap kesesuaian tingkat kepentingan atau harapan pelanggan sebelum mereka menerima jasa pelayanan dengan sesudah pelayanan yang mereka terima. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan pelayanan di bagian pendaftaran rawat jalan RS TNI AU Dr. M. Salamun Bandung, menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien sebesar 57.5 %. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS pada pelayanan pendaftaran rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit TNI AU Dr. M. Salamun Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasional dengan pendekatan deksriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien BPJS Rawat Jalan pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 55.047. Sampel diambil menggunakan rumus slovin dengan taraf kesalahan sebesar 5% dengan hasil sebanyak 40 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data diambil menggunakan 3 cara yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan angket/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pendaftaran di bagian pelayanan pendaftaran rawat jalan RS TNI AU Dr. M. Salamun Bandung sebesar 63.43% dengan kualifikasi sudah cukup baik namun belum optimal. Dalam hal tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa hasil terendah ada pada dimensi Empathy dari hasil dimensi lainnya dengan persentase 58.93%. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tingkat kepuasan peserta BPJS yang rendah pada waktu tunggu dan penerapan petugas dalam 3 S (Senyum, Sapa dan Salam). Penulis menyarankan adanya sosialisasi penerapan alur pendaftaran sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku, serta meningkatkan penerapan 3 S dan diadakannya survey kepuasan di pelayanan pendaftaran rawat jalan 3 bulan sekali

Abstract

Completeness of filling medical record summary sheets primarily in and out is one of the indicators of medical record quality. This research aims to know the description of the completeness of the summary sheet in and outpatient medical record inpatient internal medicine to support the quality of the medical record in a general hospital area RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. The research method used is descriptive research method. Research on data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation and library studies. The results showed that the completeness of the summary sheet in and out conducted by the authors obtained the percentage of completeness of charging for the months of January and February Year 2019 with a total 228 medical record file is 175 (77%) and for the incompleteness of filling of 53 (23%). The authors suggest to the hospital that: (1) Carry out the completion of the incoming and outgoing hospital outpatient submission sheets must be in accordance with the operational standards of the established procedure. (2) Increased coordination to all room officers of physicians and nurses or personnel concerned about the importance of completeness and filling in medical records. (3) Creating incomplete data on filling in incoming and outgoing summary sheets to be presented to the relevant physician.

Abstract

The huge impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has made many people express their opinions on Twitter social media. There are various responses given by the community that are negative and positive. The dataset comes from kaggle with more than 750 tweets of data. Classification designed by the Naive Bayes method. Implementation through preprocessing, case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, TF-IDF, and cross validation has been able to produce quite high accuracy. After classification, validation will be carried out with Cross Fold Validation. The best value is on cv5 where accuracy = 0.847, precision = 0.855, recall = 0.83, and f1 score = 0.842.
