Abstract

The development of information technology has reached into various fields, such as education. The emergence of e-learning is one manifestation of information and communication technology (ICT) in education. Until recently, only a few universities (6%) have implemented e-learning in Indonesia. Those that have implemented e-learning are still not optimally utilized. Some experts have also warned all organizations that will adopt e-learning to be concerned with thorough preparation to avoid overruns in costs. There is a method that consists of factors to measure the level of readiness of tertiary institutions towards the implementation of e-learning. The level of readiness is obtained through the distribution of questionnaires using 5 Likert scales. This research proposed a framework that produces four factors from the university, which covers the lecturer’s characteristics, e-learning facilities, learning environment, learning management, and four factors from the student’s side, namely, self-learning, motivation, learner’s control, student’s characteristic. The measurement results show the level of readiness for e-learning implementation in tertiary institutions in Central Java Province reaches level 3 or ready but needs a few improvements. Improvements that must be made includes (1) Designing exciting learning content through interactive multimedia; (2) Increasing the frequency of e-workshops or e-training related to technological developments, especially to e-learning; (3) encouraging students to be more active in discussions and giving opinions; (4) Developing plans related to infrastructure such as servers related to their capacities; (5) strengthening the role of IT units in serving e-learning users.

Abstract

Abstract Indonesia is a country with a number of governmental areas where there are 416 districts, 98 cities, 7,094 sub-districts, 8,490 sub-districts, and 74,957 villages in Indonesia. website-based, but there are still problems with the satisfaction of the services used by users or the community. Basically, all website-based information services must be in tune with the needs of what users will do on the website, so from this problem the researcher proposes a solution to creating website-based information services according to user requests both in terms of user interface and user experience. In the existing problem, the researcher uses the system usability scale (SUS) method to find out the points that must be corrected for the convenience of using information services in Cilongok district. The SUS method is very suitable for measuring the satisfaction level of users of information-based services in Cilongok sub-district so that users feel satisfied, feel that the information is very clear and make the community more familiar with website-based information technology. Keywords: Website, Satisfaction Level and System Usability Scale (SUS)

Abstract

bstrakLayanan Teknologi Informasi (TI) merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang diberikan oleh suatu perusahaan atau instansi. Layanan Teknologi Informasi juga diberikan kepada pegawai sebagai pengguna (user) di Pengadilan Negeri Purbalingga. Dengan adanya layanan Teknologi Informasi diharapkan mampu membantu user dalam pekerjaannya. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner tingkat kepuasan pegawai terhadap layanan teknologi informasi, kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan Teknologi Informasi di Pengadilan Negeri Purbalingga berada diangka 3.31 dengan skala 1-5. Kondisi ini masih dinilai belum optimal untuk memenuhi layanan TI di Pengadilan Negeri Purbalingga sehingga perlu dilakukan pengukuran untuk mencapai target yang diinginkan yaitu 4. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut peneliti mengukur maturitas terhadap sistem untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3. ITIL dipilih karena telah digunakan secara terus-menerus untuk mengukur sebuah manajemen layanan teknologi informasi dan dapat mengembangkan, meningkatkan serta memperbaiki kualitas menajemen layanan teknologi informasi.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi kepada bagian Perencanaan,Teknologi Informasi, dan Pelaporan (PTIP) yang secara langsung mengelola layanan TI yang ada pada Pengadilan Negeri Purbalingga. Rekomendasi ini diberikan bertujuan agar dapat meningkatkan nilai kematangan dan memperbaiki menejemen layanan teknologi informasi yang di kelola oleh PTIP.Kata kunci— Manajemen Layanan Teknologi Informasi, ITIL V3, Maturitas. AbstractInformation Technology (IT) service is one of the facilities provided by a company or agency. Information Technology services are also provided to employees as users at the Purbalingga District Court. With the existence of Information Technology services, it is expected to be able to help users in their work. Based on the results of the questionnaire on the level of employee satisfaction with information technology services, user satisfaction with Information Technology services at the Purbalingga District Court is 3.31 on a scale of 1-5. This condition is still considered not optimal to fulfill IT services at the Purbalingga District Court so that measurements need to be taken to achieve the desired target, namely 4. With this problem, researchers measure the maturity of the system to determine the current maturity level. The method used in this research is the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 framework. ITIL was chosen because it has been used continuously to measure an information technology service management and can develop, improve and improve the quality of information technology service management. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations to the Planning, Information Technology, and Reporting (PTIP) section. directly managing the existing IT services at the Purbalingga District Court. This recommendation is given in order to increase the value of maturity and improve the management of information technology services managed by PTIP. Keywords— Information Technology Service Management, ITIL V3, Maturity.

Abstract

Identification of population welfare influenced by several factors. This identification is useful to assist the government in classifying the level of welfare population which is useful for providing subsidies to be targeted. Therefore this study aims to determine the level of welfare population based on the level of income per capita using decision tree method. The selection of the best model is based on the calculation value of accuracy, precision, and recall with k-fold cross validation method. Based on experiments that have been done, it can be concluded that the decision tree model produced has good performance with a tree shape model has 622 leaves with tree size 705 of nodes, the model has an accuracy of 86,97%, precision 0.897 and recall 0.917.

Abstract

Abstract The interest in the Internet of Things (IoT) field is getting more and more popular in the world of technology this recently. This can be seen from the number of researchers, students and students starting to study the Internet of Things (IoT). If viewed globally, then the notion of the Internet of Things (IoT) is that everything in the form of living or inanimate objects in this universe has a code/identity that can be recognized by a system. Many parties have begun to introduce and teach Internet of Things (IoT) technology to Generation Z children. The thought of the importance of Arduino technology learning media is that it can facilitate the learning process for students and students in recognizing and making Arduino devices. Arduino devices consist of CPU, ROM and RAM. Arduino power supply uses a dc voltage between 9-12 volts. In learning Arduino assembly so far, lecturers do not use supporting media other than direct practice and books and power point slide shows. students also have difficulty in absorbing Arduino assembly subject matter because students are faced with new material that has never been obtained before. In the Internet of Things (IoT) course, there is Arduino assembly material. Arduino assembly material cannot be separated from the practicum. Therefore, students need learning media that can package practical activities into a video that can be studied anywhere and anytime. By using learning video media, it is hoped that there will be an increase in student learning outcomes, especially in Arduino assembly materials. Therefore, in this study, a 3-dimensional animation video will be designed in learning Arduino assembly using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method.

Abstract

Pandemi dan New Normal merupakan dua hal baru yang berdampak pada sektor pendidikan salah satunya adalah di perguruan tinggi. Terlihat jelas dengan adanya perubahan sistem pembelajaran secara tatap muka beralih menjadi sistem daring. Pusat Bahasa Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto juga melakukan perombakan metode pengadaan tes TOEFL yaitu dengan melakukan pengembangan aplikasi English Competency Test (ECT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengukuran Quality of Service (QoS) terhadap jaringan selama proses tes daring dan menganalisis dengan parameter ukur berupa throughput, delay, dan packet loss. Objek penelitian mengambil kondisi jaringan user secara realtime dengan kendala pada umumnya seperti kurang stabilnya jaringan yang menyebabkan gangguan saat tes daring berlangsung. Tujuannya adalah agar kita mengetahui seberapa besar penggunaan bandwith, jumlah paket yang hilang dan waktu tunggu dalam proses pertukaran data di jaringan. Mahasiswa melakukan ujian dengan rentang waktu selama 115 menit dengan komposisi 3 bagian yang terdiri dari listening, structure dan reading. Pengambilan data mengambil kondisi jaringan yang digunakan oleh user di berbagai tempat secara langsung berjumlah 150 user dan 1 admin dalam implementasi aplikasi ECT. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa penggunaan performansi dari sisi user/mahasiswa lebih besar dibandingkan jika diukur dari sisi admin dengan bandwith terbesar sebesar throughput 7968 bps, delay sebesar 1665,5 ms, dan packet loss sebesar 7,3 %. Hasil semua sangat baik sesuai standar ITU-T G.1010 namun kategori sedang untuk throughput dari sisi user.

Abstract

The Motor Vehicle Testing Information System (SIMPKB) is an Information System (SI) for the implementation of periodic vehicle tests that are used to improve the quality of public transportation. The Brebes Regency Transportation Service has a vehicle periodical testing unit for the Pekalongan residency area. The implementation of the test focuses on providing services to the community by periodically testing the feasibility of motorized vehicles. The problem that occurs is that there are still obstacles in the use of the system and the lack of a document for evaluating the performance of system services whether the system is suitable for use from the organization and user perspective. This study aims to determine the extent to which the success rate of implementing SIMPKB services. This research method uses quantitative methods using the DeLone and McLean model of measurement. Data collection method by analyzing questionnaires from respondents using SmartPLS. The results of this study user satisfaction has a value of  0.765, it can be said that it is influenced by the construct of system quality, service quality and information quality by 76.5%. Meanwhile, having an  value of 0.745, it can be interpreted that the validity of the construct of Use (P) can be said to be influenced by the construct of system quality, service quality and information quality is 74.5%. From the 7 hypotheses, only system quality and service quality greatly affect user satisfaction and the use of the Motor Vehicle Testing Information System (SIMPKB) at the Brebes Regency Transportation Service

Abstract

Forecasting the demand for golang-galing products in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) industry “Pak Liman” in Kaliori Village, Banyumas District, Banyumas Regency is planning support in production control so as to maximize supply chain management of golang-galing products. Forecasting market demand is very necessary in order to predict market opportunities for future demand for a product. Demand forecasting aims to prevent the risk of sales prediction errors that cause waste such as sales predictions that are too large which can lead to swelling in production costs and vice versa if sales predictions are too small it will result in out of stock out, so consumers need to wait a long time for sales. get the desired product. Based on these problems, an analysis of demand forecasting for golang-galing products is carried out which aims to reduce waste and maximize value for all components in the supply chain. This study uses time series analysis with the moving average method to forecast the demand for golang-galing products for the next five months. The results of the study obtained forecasting in April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December 2022 in sequence, namely 3,254.6; 3,254; 3,256.6; 3,254, 6; 3,254.2; 3,253.9; 2,987.3; 3,162,9; 3,156.4. From the calculation of the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Mean Square Error (MSE) that has been carried out, it is obtained that the calculation for MAE is 3.44 and MSE is 20.144.

Abstract

Batik is a work of art that takes a long time to make. The steps of making batik start from the stage of pouring ideas, making sketches, the design process, drawing patterns, the canting process, coloring, melorod, and finally the finishing stage so that it becomes a batik cloth. One example of a batik company that exists, especially in Sokaraja, Banyumas Regency is Rumah Batik Anto Djamil. Rumah Batik Anto Djamil has obstacles in its business processes, the obstacles are Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT) that have not been used optimally and IS/IT that have not been integrated with each other. Efforts to overcome the obstacles that exist within the company, an IS/IT strategic plan is needed that is right on target, which is based on the current situation in the company. The purpose of making an IS/IT strategic plan itself is to integrate business operational objectives with IS/IT strategic objectives in the company. The ward and peppard method is used in IS/IT strategic planning to manage obstacles that can hinder the company's operations because ward and peppard focuses on business needs within the company and has clear and precise strategic steps. McFarlan Strategy Grid, Value Chain, PEST, and SWOT analysis are analyzes that will later be used for IS/IT strategic planning in this research. IS/IT strategic planning document is the result of this research. This research also produces a portfolio application for Rumah Batik Anto Djamil within the next five years which will facilitate the business and production processes at the Rumah Batik Anto Djamil

Abstract

Suatu rangkaian pendampingan pengembangan BUMDes Sawangan, Kecamatan Kebasen, Kabupaten Banyumas dilakukan oleh Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto. Program kerja di tahun 2022 secara khusus menghasilkan desain supply chain management primary activities terhadap produk unggulan dari Desa Sawangan yang rencananya akan didistribusikan kepada enduser di Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode dan prosedur pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pembahasan hasil penelitian ini berupa desain supply chain management yang berfokus kepada kelompok aktivitas-aktivitas utama yang terdiri dari: inbound logistics, operation, outbound logistics, marketing and sales, services.
