Abstract

As the third largest city in Indonesia, Medan has become one of the cities visited by many tourists, so many hotels have sprung up, from just guest houses to star hotels with various facilities provided. In the selection of hotels to stay, Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making is expected to provide the best solution in these problems. So that when tourists come to Medan, they can choose the best hotel that suits their needs. The output of this study, the collection of relevant references to the formulation of the problem. The aim is to strengthen the problem and as a theoretical basis for conducting the study and also become the basis for designing decision support systems

Abstract

Abstract

Peran sistem pendukung keputusan akan membantu pihak kepegawaian untuk mencapai tujuan dari penilaian kinerja karyawan seperti kenaikan golongan tanpa mengesampingkan parameter-parameter yang sudah ditentukan oleh pihak instansi terkait. Metode composite performance index (CPI) adalah indicator gabungan yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan suatu penilaian atau peringkat dari berbagai alternatif (i) dengan berdasarkan beberapa kriteria (j). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan nilai alternatif dan tabel index gabungan memperoleh hasil alternatif B3 memiliki nilai tertinggi dan mendapat ranking pertama serta mendapatkan kenaikan golongan paling tinggi yaitu dari 1A/4 menjadi 1B/0 pada periode 2019 dengan nilai 108,78.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Composite Performance Index (CPI), Kenaikan Golongan

Abstract

Cocoa production in North Sumatera Province from 2007 to 2018 tends to decline. The low cocoa production in North Sumatera Province is below optimal conditions which impact on the economic sector, so forecasting is necessary in order to support the development of the upcoming cocoa industry in North Sumatera Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of cocoa production in 2021 in North Sumatera Province using the double exponential smoothing brown method. With parameter values  and values  obtaining the form of the equation for forecasting the level of cocoa production in 2021 in North Sumatera Province using double exponential smoothing brown is . Form the research result, the amount of cocoa production in 2021 in North Sumatera Province obtained tons.

Abstract

During the payment of a single tuition fee (UKT) every semester, students are always faced with the problem of outstanding students but unable to pay tuition fees. Therefore, the university provides a solution to give zakat obtained from lecturers to outstanding and underprivileged students through the selection process. So far, the student selection process is still done manually, not using a system or program. So that the distribution of educational aid recipients (zakat) is considered not on target. This will certainly be a continuous problem of injustice, especially now that we have entered the digital era 4.0, all processes use a digital system. The provision of educational fund assistance in the form of zakat must be based on established rules, in this case the rules are in the form of established criteria, namely student IP, parental income, number of siblings, number of dependents of parents, semester, and others. The purpose of this study is to test whether the Promethee method is a method that can solve these problems. In addition, this research also forms a flow chart for selecting recipients of educational assistance using the Promethee method. The results of this study indicate that the problem of determining recipients of zakat assistance by students can be solved using the PROMETHEE method. Promethee (Preference Ranking Organization for Enrichment Evaluation), This method is appropriate for determining recipients of zakat assistance.

Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan ancaman bagi berbagai sektor kehidupan. Selain kesehatan, Covid-19 turut mengancam kehidupan sosial, ekonomi, pendidikan, dan politik di berbagai Negara. Pada sektor pendidikan, model pembelajaran harus dilakukan jarak jauh secara daring. Hal ini mengakibatkan terjadinya persaingan dunia kerja yang sangat ketat, untuk itu lembaga pendidikan khususnya Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan (SMK) harus mampu menyiapkan peserta didiknya untuk dapat bersaing dalam dunia kerja. Dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan Guru-Guru dalam pengelolaan data statistik dan menunjang era new normal serta era revolusi industri 4.0 yang telah dilaksanakan pemerintah maka kami berusaha untuk merealisasikan kebutuhan tersebut dengan melaksanakan kegiatan PKM yang didanai oleh Dana Internal Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al Washliyah. Target luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini secara umum adalah guru-guru dan siswa di SMK Swasta Al Washliyah 3 Medan mahir menggunakan media SPSS (Statistical Product for Service Solutions) sebagai media mengolah data. Secara khusus, target luaran kegiatan adalah sebagai berikut: (1). Guru dan siswa mampu menggunakan data sesuai dengan desain penelitian yang telah ditentukan dengan tepat, benar dan jujur; (2). mampu mengolah data sesuai dengan desain penelitian yang telah ditentukan dengan tepat, benar dan jujur; (3). dapat mengolah data penelitian dengan waktu yang cepat dan benar.

Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan ancaman bagi berbagai sektor kehidupan. Selain berdampak pada kesehatan, Covid-19 juga mengancam dunia pendidikan di berbagai Negara termasuk Indonesia. Untuk itu sebagai lembaga pendidikan kita harus dapat menyiapkan lulusa untuk mampu bersaing nantinya dalam dunia kerja. Evaluasi pembelajaran dalam masa pandemi saat ini sebaiknya dilakukan berbasis Computer Based Test (CBT). Hal ini seiring dengan Fenomena pemanfaatan ICT dalam pembelajaran di sekolah semakin bergaung dan sejalan dengan revolusi industri 4.0 yang lagi dijalankan oleh pemerintah dan kondisi pandemic Covid-19. Secara konseptual evaluasi CBT ini bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan mutu, dan fleksibilitas, serta untuk evaluasi. Pelaksanaan ujian juga dapat dilakukan bergiliran; dan dapat memperlancar proses evaluasi karena tidak harus dicetak; serta memberikan hasil yang lebih cepat dan detail kepada siswa, orang tua, dan sekolah. Kesiapan guru dan siswa dalam evaluasi pembelajaran merupakan faktor yang harus dikembangkan pada setiap sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam membuat soal berbasis CBT dengan menggunakan media Wondershare Quiz Creator dimana media ini berguna untuk membiasakan siswa dalam menjawab soal-soal ujian yang berbasis computer. Sebagai mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Yayasan Pendidikan Al Islamic Amalia, Kota Tebing Tinggi, Sumatera Utara. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah guru mahir membuat soal berbasis CBT dengan Menggunakan Wondershare Quiz Creator.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the number of online shoppers has continued to increase in recent years. Online purchasing activities in 2016 were only 9.6%, 2017 to 10.7%, while it is estimated that in 2018 it will be 11.9%. This growth has resulted in a high level of competition for goods or package distribution services. The high interest of online shoppers certainly makes the distribution service company of objects or packages very busy in serving online shops and online shoppers, resulting in queues of objects or packages at distribution service warehouses. The FIFO method is one of the queuing algorithms for processing queued goods in the warehouse and coupled with the Dijkstra method which functions to search for graphics that solve the problem of the path or shortest route from the courier to the address of the intended online shopper. Its application is expected to be able to optimize the performance of the distribution of objects or packages to online shoppers so that they can compete and increase profits. Keywords: online shop, packages, fifo, dijkstra, vb.net
