Abstract

Buy and sell on a building, along with its land, in Batam, by using a Notarial deed is commonly done by foreign citizens since residence, usually constructed by developers, is based on management rights. Governmental Regulation No. 41/1996 requires foreign citizens who have residence to register their building rights as the right of use. Lack of their legal knowledge of the right and obligation in owning residence in Indonesia becomes one of the factors which cause them to lose their right of use on their residence; in this case, they have not registered the right of use in one year since the transact was done. This case can be seen in the Ruling of the Supreme Court No. 673K/pdt/2010. Every individual has the right to get legal protection and so do foreign citizens who own residence in Indonesia.  Legal protection should be in accordance with the responsibility. In general, foreign citizens consider that sale contract signed by a Notary can become evidence of full ownership of building. Actually, it has to be followed up by making sale contract before PPAT (official empowered to draw up land deeds) as the legal basis for registering the right of use. A Notarial deed is authentic evidence which is used as an analysis when there is a problem with sale contract owned by foreign citizens and with supporting document which will be used by them as evidence when they have transferred the building and its land to the other parties. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tanggapan siswa terhadap penggunaan model pembelajaran POE2WE dalam pembelajaran fisika pada materi metode ilmiah. Responden penelitian adalah 15 siswa dari salah satu sekolah menengah atas di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan kuesioner (angket) dan tes hasil belajar siswa (postest). Kuesioner merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi seperangkat pertanyaan atau pernyataan tertulis kepada responden untuk menjawabnya. Setelah pembelajaran berakhir angket respon diberikan kepada responden. Angket tersebut berupa angket respon siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran model POE2WE. Hasil analisa respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan model POE2WE menunjukkan persentase rata-rata secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Fisika dengan model POE2WE mendapat respon positif dari siswa. Proses pembelajaran menggunakan model ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam keterampilan proses Fisika, meningkatkan keberanian siswa dalam mengungkapkan pendapat, ide, dan gagasan serta meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to connect the concept of stress formulas in everyday life as a reinforcement of character education in students. This study uses a qualitative approach in the form of descriptive theoretical data with library study techniques. This study also uses the POE2WE model (Prediction, Observation, Explanation, Elaboration, Write, Evaluation). As a method of learning to strengthen character education, it places more emphasis on elaboration to strengthen the character education of student. The results of this study indicate that the concept of stress in physics can be used as a reinforcement of character education for students.

Abstract

This research stems from using learning materials that still consist mainly of textbooks and occasionally printed modules, resulting in low levels of students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to investigate the influence of an e-module based on the guided inquiry learning model on students' critical thinking skills on the topic of work and energy. The research method is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study comprises all tenth-grade science students at SMA Negeri 3 Kota Tasikmalaya, and the sample was selected using cluster random sampling technique, with Class X MIPA 7 as the experimental group and Class X MIPA 8 as the control group. The data analysis technique includes prerequisite testing, hypothesis testing, and N-Gain analysis. Based on the hypothesis test results using the t-test, it was found that , specifically, 3.75 > 1.67, leading to the rejection of . Therefore, it can be concluded that using an e-module based on the guided inquiry learning model influences students' critical thinking skills on work and energy. The improvement in students' critical thinking skills was assessed using the N-Gain test, which yielded an average N-Gain score of 0.41, indicating moderate improvement.

Abstract

Grapes are a popular fruit and can be easily found almost anywhere in the world. Many will be amazed by the sweet and delicious taste of this grape. Grapes not only brings extraordinary delicacy to our taste buds but also bring special benefits to human health. Therefore, the researchers tried to make a grape image recognition program that uses Data Augmentation and Convolutional Neural Network algorithms. It is a convolutional activity that combines some preparatory processing with several components moving together through a biological sensor system. The grapes used are Champagne, Concord, Cotton Candy, Chris Monceedless, Gewürztraminer, Grenora, Kyoho, Moondrops, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Sultana, Sweet Jubilee and Valiant. Classification optimization was carried out on grape images using two test models, namely the sequential model and the on-top VGG16 model, which operate on the Google Collaboratory Website application and Keras. The test data for this observation on training data are 2400 images and test data as many as 480 images that create a value for the sequential model with an accuracy of 98.54% and a loss of 0.027%, for the on top model VGG16 the accuracy value is 99.37% and a loss value is 0.029%

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist chemistry teachers in the Banjar Regency Chemistry Teachers Working Group (MGMP) in developing learning evaluation materials. This training aims to improve the quality of learning in the Independent Curriculum for chemistry teachers in creating learning evaluations using Wordwall. Based on the questionnaire results filled out by MGMP chemistry teachers in the Banjar Regency, it was found that 50% of teachers stated that they were skilled enough in using technology in preparing learning evaluation materials. The methods in this activity are divided into three stages: pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. Considering this condition, the community service team needs to address the problems teachers face by conducting training on preparing IT-based teaching materials held at SMAN 1 Martapura with two offline meetings attended by 21 teachers. Based on the training results, there was an improvement in teachers' understanding of creating interactive evaluation materials using Wordwall, and teachers' responses to the activity showed a good category. The interactive evaluation products produced can be used to assist the chemistry learning process.
