Abstract

Modifikasi zeolit alam dengan bahan semikonduktor WO3 yang digunakan sebagai katalis untuk reaksi fotokatalisis zat warna metilen biru telah dilakukan. Tahapan penelitian meliputi preparasi zeolit, aktivasi zeolit dengan HCl, modifikasi zeolit dengan WO3 menggunakan metode impregnasi dan uji fotokatalisis menggunakan variasi berat katalis Zeolit-WO3. Zeolit-WO3 dikarakterisasi dengan menggunakan XRD. Pola difraksi XRD menunjukkan bahwa pada sudut 2q = 26,84o dan 28,17o merupakan puncak dari WO3. Diperoleh persen degradasi metilen biru dengan konsentrasi 100 ppm, berat katalis 0,35 gram dan waktu kontak 75 menit adalah sebesar 99,66%. Kata kunci: Zeolit, WO3, Impregnasi, Fotokatalisis, Metilen Biru.

Abstract

This research has objective to know deviation and compliance of language politeness principle in class discussion activity, Indonesian language subjects, in terms of word selection, and polite way of discussion to students of class VIII E SMPN 2 Kota Bengkulu and the implication in learning Indonesian language. Type of research used by the researcher is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are students of class VIII SMPN 2 Kota Bengkulu, on the subjects of Indonesian language. The results of this study indicate that the data of deviation of language politeness principle consists of four maxims, including maxim of wisdom, appreciation, generosity, and simplicity. The deviation of the principle of politeness consists of the deviation of one maxim and two different maxims at once in one speech. The deviation of the principle of modality of two maxims consists of deviations of the principle of generosity of maxim of generosity and of appreciation, wisdom and generosity, and wisdom and reward. Furthermore, the data on the compliance of the principle of linguistic politeness consists of six maxims, including maxim of wisdom, reward, generosity, simplicity, consensus, and conclusions. Adherence to the principle of politeness in the form of one maxim, two maxims, and three different maxims at once in one speech. The adherence to the principle of modality of two maxims consists of adhering to the principle of maximized politeness of wisdom and generosity, wisdom and simplicity, respect and wisdom, respect and consent, and appreciation and simplicity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the variation of spoken language in the column Mela Bengkulu People's newspaper commentary and language variations in the column Mela Bengkulu People's newspaper comments in terms of formality. This research uses descriptive research design and  using documentation technique as data collection tool. For data analysis, the following steps are used: (1) read carefully, (2) code every data obtained, (3) tabulate data used to describe language usage, (4) analyze data of spoken language in terms of level (5) classify the results of data analysis, (6) synthesize the results of classification, (7) conclude. From the result of the research, it is found that the variation of language in Mela Comments column used standard oral language and non standard oral language. Language variations seen in terms of formality are used diverse casual and familiar variety. The marker of standard oral spoken language is seen in the use of Indonesian vocabulary and diction and no regional language elements. Markers of oral spoken language use are not seen in non-standard word usage, regional/foreign language usage, slang usage and presence of expression statements. Markers of casual usage are seen in the use of regional/foreign languages, the use of non-standard words, the use of slang and expressions. The use of familiar varieties is seen in the use of the word hello, the use of regional/foreign languages and typical terms. Conclusion; Language variations in the October 26 to 24 November 2016 edition of Mela Comments column of 26 topics with 265 speeches, can be summarized by 38 speeches using standard oral language and 227 using non-standard spoken language. Language variations are viewed in terms of its formality using a variety of casual and diverse. Keywords: language variation, mela komentar column, Rakyat Bengkulu newspaper
