Abstract

ABSTRAKPembelajaran praktik kolaboratif berbasis Lesson study di SMA untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang memperhatikan hak belajar setiap peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendekrispsikan kegiatan lesson study dengan praktik kolaboratif di SMAN I Sumberpucung kabupaten  Malang. Penelitian ini untuk memecahkan masalah yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran yang berbasis Lesson study produk biologi berupa media pembelajaran dengan praktik kolaboratif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif.Responden yang digunakan guru dan siswa SMAN I Sumberpucung. Langkah yang dilakukan, yaitu: workshop LS,perencanaan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis LS dilakukan 4 siklus, pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis LS dilakukan 4 siklus, refleksi pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis LS dilakukan 4 siklus, respon siswa tentang kolaboratif, komunikatif, kreatif dan berpikir kritis setelah pembelajaran berbasis LS dengan praktik kolaboratif.  Hasil dari praktik kolaboratif berbasis Lesson study materi Reproduksi di SMAN I Sumberpucung 100% terbentuk Chapterdesign I, II, III,dan IV;Lesson design I, II, III dan IV, Ada perbedaan lesson design antara siklus I dengan siklus II, III dan IV. Pada siklus I metode yang digunakan problem base learning, siklus II, III, dan IV menggunakan metode project base learning. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran siswa berkolaborasi, berkreasi, berkomunikasi dan berpikir kritis dalam pembuatan media.Data respon siswa praktik kolaboratif tentang materi reproduksi 99% siswa sangat suka dengan pembelajaran  berbasis LS. Kata Kunci: Kolaboratif, Reproduksi, Lesson study ABSTRACTLesson study collaborative lessons learned in high school to improve the quality of learning that takes into account the learning rights of each learner. The purpose of research to decrypt the lesson study activities with collaborative practices in SMAN I Sumberpucung Malang. This research is to solve the problems related to learning based on Lesson study of biological products in the form of learning media with collaborative practice. The research method used is descriptive. Respondents used by teachers and students of SMAN I Sumberpucung. The steps taken were: LS workshop, LS-based learning tool planning 4 cycles, LS-based learning implementation 4 cycles, reflection of LS-based learning implementation 4 cycles, student responses about collaborative, communicative, creative and critical thinking after LS-based learning with collaborative practice. The results of collaborative practice based on Lesson study of Reproduction materials at SMAN I Sumberpucung 100% formed Chapter design I, II, III, and IV; Lesson design I, II, III and IV, There is a difference of lesson design between cycle I with cycle II, III and IV. In the first cycle method used problem base learning, cycle II, III, and IV using the method of project base learning. In the implementation of student learning collaborate, be creative, communicate and think critically in making media. Student response data collaborative practice on reproduction materials 99% of students are particularly fond of LS-based learning. Keyword: Colaboratif, Reproduction, Lesson study

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa melalui kegiatan lesson study  serta menemukan Best Practices pembelajaran melalui pelaksanaan lesson study. Metode penelitian ini adalah diskriptif dengan menerapkan  lesson study dengan langkah Plan-Do-See (4 Siklus). Lesson Study dilakukan oleh kelompok dosen Prodi Pendidikan Biologi UMM, pada matakuliah Mikrotehnik dan Embriologi dengan menerapkan pembelajaran proyek dan Two Stay Three Stray pada mahasiswa Semester VI Angkatan 2011. Subyek penelitian mahasiswa program studi pendidikan biologi sem  VI yang berjumlah 30 orang pada tahun ajaran 2013-2014 yang menempuh matakuliah mikroteknik dan embriologi. Parameter kemampuan berfikir kritis meliputi:kejelasan (clarity), tingkat akurasi (accuracy) presisi (precision), relevansi (relevance), logika berpikir yang digunakan (logic), keluasan sudut pandang (breadth) kedalaman berpikir (depth), kejujuran (honesty)tetap, kelengkapan informasi information) dan bagaimana implikasi dari solusi yang dikemukakan (implication).Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan pembelajaran proyek pada matakuliah Mikroteknik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis sebesar 18,5%. Sedangkan penerapan pembelajaran Two Stay Three Stray pada matakuliah Embriologi dapat meningkatkan berfikir kritis sebesar 15%. Best practices Kegiatan Lesson Study di Prodi Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang adalah adanya kekompakan dan semangat kerja tim dosen dan mahasiswa dalam pemecahan masalah pada matakuliah Mikroteknik dan Embriologi, serta adanya perubahan paradigma pada diri dosen dari teaching menjadi learning. Kata kunci: Lesson study, Kemampuan berfikir kritis, Pembelajaran inovatif  (Pembelajaran Proyek, Two Stay-Two Stray)

Abstract

Pembelajaran biologi belum memperhatikan bagaimana peserta didik berpikir kritis. Tujuan implementasi Lesson study ini, yaitu mendekripsikan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada matapelajaran Biologi dengan pokok bahasan ekosisitem kelas X di SMAN I Sumberpucung. Metode yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, untuk memecahkan masalah yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran yang berbasis Lesson study Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis LS dilakukan 3 siklus, (tahpan LS: plan, do, see), plan merupakan perancangan perencanaan pembelajaran, do merupakan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, see merupakan refleksi pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis LS. Kemampuan berpikir kritis yang diamati dengan parameter menentukan komponen abiotik dan biotic, membuat rantai makanan, membuat jarring-jaring makanan, membuat piramida makanan. Data kemmapuan berpikir kritis dianalisis secara desktiptif kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan pada saat do dilakukan pengamatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa setelah pembelajaran berbasis LS dengan data rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada matapelajaran biologi pada siklus I 72,5; siklus II 77,13 dan siklus III 78,5. Peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II 4,63; siklus II  ke siklus III 1,37.

Abstract

PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF BERBASIS ICT (INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY) DALAM MATERI VERTEBRATA PADA SISWA MA MUHAMMADIYAH 1 MALANG   Nurisma Afifatun Nisa1, Roimil Latifa1, Moch. Hopefully little by little the teacher start to accustomed to used ICT based learning to adapt with the mushroom growth of time mowdays. Interactive learning media based on ICT hopefully be able to help students in comprehend the difficult materials which complicates to be mastered by the students especially in vertebrate material. In this interactive learing media development research at vertebrate material serve the purpose of learning media for student and teacher to facilitate teacher in deliver the material, also the researcher be able to know the usage of interactive learning media based on ICT in the effectiveness of student learning. This research codunsted at 10 March 2013 until 19 Octobeer 2013 in MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. The result of this development is produce interactive learning media product based on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) that have been made.which is had pass through testing process and revised based on suggestion and input from material expert and media expert also comment from the trial run student. Student learning activity getting off the ground from dependent class to independent class. The effectiveness of learning result and process in interactive learning media development based on ICT to increasing student achievement grade X student of  MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang getting off the ground based the data that have been obtained.   Kata kunci: Vertebrate, Interactive Learning Media, ICT (Information and Communication Technology)

Abstract

Recently, the necessity of foods has been fulfilled by using various methods without considering hygiene level and sanitation during its processing. One of food processing which is assumed as unhygienic cuisine is fish-paste. Fish-paste is commonly made from side product of boiling fish or shrimp. It has a thick viscosity with salty-sweet or sweet-spicy taste and can be used as food seasoning. The study is descriptive qualitative and aimed identify the content of Salmonella sp. and Escherichia coli in fish-paste in Klampis market of Bangkalan Madura; moreover, to assess if the paste is safe to consume and fulfilling the requirement of food-safety-standard based on SNI. The results research were used to compose biology learning resource as practical guidance. This research employed spread-plate method. As many as 7 samples were assessed by three multiplications. The results were compared to Indonesia National Standard 2009 of maximum level of microbe contamination on fish and fish-product including Mollusca, Crustaceae, Echinodermata which were processed. The research results showed that there were no finding neither Salmonella sp nor Escherichia coli on the paste tested. These results were utilized as biology learning resource.

Abstract

Fostering teacher’s creativity can be facilitated by conducting Lesson Study (LS) which implementing Project-Based Learning (PjBL) using designing learning resources. This descriptive qualitative research was using a model teacher who did three open classes on ‘human reproduction system’ material and targeting the twelfth grade of senior high school students in Sumberpucung Malang as the research subject. The observers comprised three teachers and three lecturers. As for reflection in every open class, four students involved as the informants. The implementation of the model was considered very effective to improve the students’ learning activities, due to several reasons, namely: (a) almost all of the students were actively get involved in the learning process; (b) there was an improvement in the number of active students; (c) the instruction was positive to uplift the quality of classroom management; (d) the students were stimulated in formulating questions and giving opinions; (e) joyful learning was created; (f) most of the students had gained prior knowledge and comprehension of the given problems and concepts before they were presenting it.

Abstract

Abstract -The participation ofmeninfamily planningis oftendifficult to understand, andmeansmoreplanning clinicservicesaimed atwomen, while according tothe history ofcoitus interruptusmethodinvolvingthe fullparticipation ofmenisthe oldestmethod offamily planning. The role ofmeninfamily planningis veryimportantbecausethe husbandis usuallymoredominantinpolicy makerskeluarga.Daunguava containsactive substancessuch asalkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, essential oils, avikullarin, acidandbeta-sitosterololeanolikthat areantifertilitas.Alkaloids can affect the secretion of reproductive hormones necessary for the process of spermatogenesis, essential oils work on the process of spermatogenesis but not in sperm transport, tannins can agglomerate resulting in lower sperm motility and viability of sperm (Wien.W. & Dian S. 1997).The purpose of this study was to identify a range of doses dekok red guava leaves on rat sperm quality.The kind of this research is true research.Parameter experiments used were morphology (abnormality) and mortality of spermatozoa. The population in this study is a white male rats. The samples used were 12 heads, divided into 4 treatments each consisting of 3 replicates, using completely randomized design (CRD) , a data analysis technique with one factor ANOVA and LSD continued 1 %.The results showed no significant effect of several doses dekok red guava leaves against a white rat sperm quality. Effective doses decrease sperm quality is 7 g/hr. The result of research can be used as learning resource for students of biology for animal reproduction course. Keywords: spermatozoa quality, red guava leaves, white male rats
