Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan frontliner PT. BCA Tbk. Data penelitian merupakan data primer untuk periode obervasi tahun 2018. Teknik pengumpulan data primer dengan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Dari populasi 170 karyawan frontliner yang memenuhi kriteria menjadi sampel, dengan rumus slovin didapatkan 169 responden sebagai sampel. Penelitian yang dilakukan dilengkapi dengan pembahasan dari hasil-hasil penelitiannya. Metode analisis yang diginakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan frontliner PT. BCA Tbk. Secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan korelasi sedang. Promosi merupakan variabel yang lebih besar pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of this study were to examine the differences in the productivity of employees who join and not to join a union, and to study the effect of union instrumentality on the productivity of employees who joined the union in the retail sector in Jakarta. This study used survey method, the design of the study using descriptive, comparative and causality analysis. Using convenience sampling as a method of data collection, the study used as many as 243 data respondents. The resultsof a comparative analysis using Independent Sample T-Test concluded that the productivity of employees who join and not to join a union was not significantly different. The results of causality analysis using simple regression analysis concluded that there was a positive and significant impact of union instrumentality on the productivity of employees in the retail sector. Correlation between union instrumentality with productivity showed a very weak correlation. Union instrumentality variable affecting productivity variable very low.Keywords: productivity, retail, unions, comparative, instrumentality, affecting

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis aims is to determine the factors of academic service quality and analyze the relationship between academic service quality to student satisfaction and loyalty at Bina Bangsa University. This is explanatory research with the population of the students of Bina Bangsa University odd semester, academic year 2018/2019. The research sample uses purposive sampling with a total of 200 respondents. Data were analyzed with the Equation Model Structure (SEM) consisting of measurement models and structural models. It can be concluded that improving the quality of the system will be able to influence student satisfaction but not necessarily be able to increase student loyalty directly. Indirectly through student satisfaction, student loyalty can be increased through the quality of the system. Improving the quality of information both directly and indirectly can affect student satisfaction and loyalty. Quality of service at a tertiary institution becomes very important in increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Keywords: Satisfaction; Loyalty; Quality of academic services.

Abstract

Competitive advantage is one of the important aspects that must be owned by companies in a competitive market. Human resource management is one of the important things in the development of the company. The research focuses on human resource management based on environmental management, namely green HRM to create competitive advantage through employee behavior voluntarily to care for the environment or what can be called Organization Citizenship Behavior for Environment (OCBE). Literature study is used to see the relationship of each variable, the results of the analysis of previous research that examines green HRM, OCBE and competitive advantage. Research shows that environmental care behavior of employees voluntarily towards the environment is influenced by environmental-based HR management in the company and this affects the company's competitive advantage.
