<![CDATA[Student’s mathematical communication skills are low. Geogebra is a dynamic program with a variety of facilities that can be used as a medium of mathematics learning to visualize mathematical concepts and help to construct mathematical concepts. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of students’ matematical communication skills thorugh Geogebra. The research method use is quasi experiment. The sample used in this study was the second semester students of TA. 2018/2019. The reserach involved an experimental group and control group. The results showed that the value of sig. of 0,000 . The conclusion obtained is that the mathematical communication skills of student in the experimental class are better than increasing the mathematical communication skills of students in the control class.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa melalui Penerapan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Number Head Together (NHT). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek siswa kelas VIIIG SMP Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 pada materi kubus dan balok. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik pengamatan dan teknik tes. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar pengamatan guru dan siswa dan lembar tes kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan proses pembelajaran di kelas yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya aktivitas belajar siswa yang terlihat pada lembar observasi. Peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa dilihat dari skor dasar ke UH I, dari UH I ke UH II. Persentase kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa yang mencapai KKM pada skor dasar adalah 36,33%, pada UH I adalah 31.74% dan pada UH II adalah 40.65%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dapat memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa kelas VIIIG SMP Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku ajar Statistika Pendidikan I (Deskriptif) untuk mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam di Universitas Islam Riau. Dengan menyajikan bahan ajar modul dengan bahasa yang sederhana diharapkan dapat membuat mahasiswa termotivasi dalam belajar statistika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Pengembangan bahan ajar modul ini terdiri dari 5 tahap rancangan pengembangan. Tahap pertama adalah analisis kebutuhan, tahap kedua membuat rancangan/desain, tahap ketiga pengembangan bahan ajar modul statistika pendidikan I (Deskriptif) dengan memvalidasi media yang dikembangkan, tahap keempat adalah implementasi dengan mencobakan bahan ajar matematika yang dikembangkan, dan tahapan terakhir adalah evaluasi terhadap modul yang dikembangkan. Dalam penelitian ini tahapan yang akan dilakukan sampai tahap validasi modul dan mengambil respon mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian dan pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa lembar validasi ahli pembelajaran dan angket respon mahasiswa terhadap buku ajar Statistika Pendidikan 1 (Deskriptif) yang telah dikembangkan. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menganalisis lembar validasi ahli pembelajaran dan menganalisis respon mahasiswa terhadap buku ajar Statistika Pendidikan 1 (Deskriptif) yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi buku ajar Statistika Pendidikan 1 (Deskriptif) yaitu 78% dengan kriteria valid dan kualifikasi baik. Hasil respon mahasiswa menunjukkan respon positif dengan respon terhadap buku ajar ini. Respon yang diberikan dari 69 mahasiswa yaitu 39,7% menyatakan sangat setuju dan 60% setuju dengan adanya buku ajar Statistika Pendidikan 1 (Deskriptif).]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the level of students' mathematics anxiety and student learning outcomes after using the PMB IT module. The type of this research is Pre-Experiment with One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The instruments used are student mathematics anxiety questionnaire sheets and student response questionnaires, while student learning outcomes can be seen after the UAS exam. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. For data processing, the writer used SPSS 16 software and Microsoft Excel 2013. The students' mathematical anxiety data obtained were analyzed descriptively and student learning outcomes data were processed using Inferential Statistics One-Sample T-Test. The results showed that the level of students' mathematics anxiety after using the PMBIT module decreased by an average of 11.55. While the level of students' mathematics anxiety after using the module in the low, medium, and high categories, respectively, was 40.5%, 56.8%, and 2.7%. Furthermore, there is an increase in student mathematics learning outcomes using the PMBIT Module with sig. 0.029 and a mean of 81.59]]>

<![CDATA[The use of learning module aimed to help students study independently without or with the guidance of the lecturer. This module was made due to the lack of teaching materials as a learning guide that meets the needs of students in ICT-based Mathematics learning courses in the form of LKM, modules or textbooks. This study aimed to find out and examine more in students' responses to the use of ICT-based Mathematics learning modules. This type of research was case study research. The subject of the study was the 2018/2019 even semester students in ICT-based Mathematics learning courses with 23 students. The instrument used was in the form of a student response questionnaire, comment sheets and suggestions. Data collection techniques used Google Form. The data was processed using Microsoft Excel 2010. The results showed that students' responses to the ICT-based Mathematics learning module as a whole were positive with an average value in the material aspects, the module interest aspects and in the module aspects respectively by 92.43%, 87 % and 93.16%. It is expected that the teachers of Pekanbaru Fikri Middle School can improve their knowledge, abilities and interests in the Use of Formating Cells and Modifiying Cells in Microsoft Exel for both learning and school administration needs. This service was carried out at AL-Fikri Middle School, having its address at Jalan Merak No. 1 Tangkerang Tengah Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru in the odd semester of TP. 2018/2019. Service methods in the form of lectures, questions and answers and mentoring. <![CDATA[Bagi seorang guru, menciptakan pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran matematika adalah hal yang esensial. Sehingga, perludiadakan kegiatan kegiatan akademik seperti bimbingan teknis bagi guru-guru SMP/MTS dalam mendesain Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) yang Terintegrasi Nilai-nilai Karakter Positif pada Pembelajaran. Kegiatan ilmiah ini dikemas dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dari aplikasi Zoom dan melalui YouTube Pendidikan Matematika FKIP UIR pada hari Kamis, 3 Desember 2020. Metode dalam pengabdian ini yaitu penyampaian materi tentang cara mendesain LKPD, tanya jawab dan diskusi. Dalam hal ini pemateri membahas hal utama yang harus diperhatikan sebelum membuat LKPD yaitu tujuan dari pendidikan itu sendiri yang memuat muatan karakter didalam mendesain LKPD tersebut. Dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini maka guru-guru dapat mendesain dan membuat LKPD yang dikaitkan dengan pendidikan karakter positif yang diharapkan dapat tertanam dalam diri siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[The Development of technology that is increasingly advanced encourages the creation of innovation in learning. These forms of innovation that like learning media, one of that is mobile learning aplication. This aplication can used as a support in the learning procces. In this research aims to show at respon of students on used mobile learning aplication in mathematics learning on material of calculus II in mathematics education departement FKIP Islamic University of Riau. Forms of this research is descriptive research that doing on even semester on learning year 2017/2018. Instrument of this research is questionnaire sheet, with data collection technique used sheet of respon use mobile learning aplication. Analysis of data in this research was carried out by analysis descriptive of questionnaire given. Result of this research showed good respon because based of result of questionaire given obtained 75,10% give positive respon. This mobile learning aplication still needs more development based respon given of students.]]>

<![CDATA[. The purpose of this research is to give information to educators and students that the use of modules accompanied by IT can make learning more effective. Furthemore, the purpose of using the integral calculus module through mobile learning is to be able to change the way students learn, make it easier for students to understand integral concepts, be able to study anywhere and without lecturers, change the smartphone function from just playing social media to learning. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study through in-depth observation and interviews. The mathematics module is a reference that can facilitate students in learning. Integral calculus for one of the courses that require modules to make learning easier and more enjoyable. Moreover, the module is juxtaposed with mobile learning. Modules are designed by lecturers who teach based on their experience while teaching, so that the language, content, sentence modules that are paired by mobile learning are more favored by students and can follow the speed of their mathematics learning. Therefore, educators can use modules and mobile learning applications in learning mathematics.]]>

<![CDATA[Powtoon is a technology and information (IT)-based learning media, making it easier for students to accept material because of the various animation features and transition effects that make the material easier to understand. This study aims to produce learning media and determine the validity of the Powtoon learning media on the Pythagorean theorem material in class VIII SMP. This type of research is development research. This research goes through potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product improvement. The instruments used in this study were material expert assessment sheets and powtoon media. After the powtoon media is created, the powtoon is validated by experts. Validation was carried out by the validator with good scores. The data analysis technique used was validation analysis. From the results of the analysis that had been carried out on the material and media validation sheets, 79% were obtained, which were included in the valid category, namely good. This means that learning media using powtoon can be used]]>
