Abstract

The purposes of this research (1) to find out the Implementation of Nationalism and Religious Strengthening Character Education in learning social studies; (2) identify the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Implementation of Nationalism and Religious Strengthening Character Education in learning social studies at Junior High School of Nasima Semarang. The research method used was qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Mile and Huberman Interactive Analysis.The data validity checking technique was using source triangulation. The results showed that: (1) the Implementation of Character buildings in learning social studies was carried out in all learning processes, including learning plan, learning implementation, and learning avaluation. (2) The barriers faced by social science’s teachers of Junior High School of Nasima Semarang were related to the efforts of consistency and continuity in internalizing the value of Character buildings,especially nationalism and religion character.The supporting factors for the mplementation of Nationalism and Religious Character buildings in learning social studies at Junior High School of Nasima Semarang were qualified teachers, and the complete facilities and infrastructure. Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) mengetahui implementasi PPK nasionalisme dan religius dalam pembelajaran IPS; (2) mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi PPK nasionalisme dan religius dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMP Nasima Semarang.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu analisis interaktif. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Implementasi PPK Nasionalisme dan Religius dalam pembelajaran IPS dilakukan dalam semua proses pembelajaran, meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, serta evaluasi pencapaian belajar; (2) Hambatan yang dihadapi guru IPS di SMP Nasima terkait dengan upaya konsistensi dan kontinuitas dalam menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) Nasionalisme dan Religius dalam diri siswa. Adapun faktor pendukung Implementasi PPK Nasionalisme dan Religius dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMP Nasima Semarang meliputi guru yang berkualitas, serta sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap.

Abstract

Abstract              This research aimed to determine the relationship between hardiness personality and self acceptance among Yogyakarta earthquakes survivor who phisically disabled. The hypothesis is a positive relationship between hardiness personality with the disability self acceptance. The Subjects of this research were 60 people. The data collection tools of this research used The Hardiness Personality Scale and The Self Acceptance Scale. Analysis of the statistical method of product moment correlation statistical methods usingSPSS17 for windows. The results of research showed significant positive relationship between personality hardiness with disabilities to self-acceptance r = 0.802 with a chance of error (p) = 0.000 (p <0.01). The research means the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. Personality hardiness contribute to self-acceptance 64.4%, while 35.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this research. Abstract

ABSTRAK Perilaku bullying pada anak di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Beberapa faktor yang diduga merupakan penyebab dari perilaku bullying salah satunya adalah verbal abuse orang tua. Menurut data yang dikeluarkan oleh Lembaga Perlindungan Anak Jawa Tengah melaporkan pada tahun 2008 jumlah kasus terbanyak yaitu kekerasan seksual sejumlah 170 kasus dengan 262 korban. Kasus korban kekerasan pada anak di Jawa Tengah terus meningkat, yaitu mencapai 2,478 kasus. Survei pendahuluan yang dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner diperoleh hasil dari 10 orang anak, 7 orang anak (70%) pernah melakukan perilaku bullying dan 3 orang anak (30%) tidak melakukan perilaku bullying. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku verbal abuse orang tua dengan perilaku bullying pada anak usia sekolah. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif (deskriptif korelasional) dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua dan anak usia sekolah di Desa Jatiharjo Kecamatan Pulokulon Kabupaten Grobogan yang berjumlah 88 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini  berjumlah 47 orang dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Ada hubungan perilaku verbal abuse orang tua dengan perilaku bullying pada anak usia sekolah di Desa Jatiharjo Kecamatan Pulokulon Kabupaten Grobogan. Orang tua di Desa Jatiharjo Kecamatan Pulokulon Kabupaten Grobogan yang melakukan verbal abuse membuat semakin memperberat perilaku bullying pada anak usia sekolah.   Kata kunci : Verbal abuse, perilaku bullying, anak usia sekolah.   THE CORRELATION BETWEEN VERBAL BEHAVIOR OF PARENTS AND BULLYING BEHAVIOR ON SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN   ABSTRACT Bullying behavior in children in Indonesia has increased significantly. Several factors are suspected to be the cause of bullying behavior one of them is verbal abuse of parents. According to data released by the Central Java Child Protection Agency reported in 2008 the highest number of cases of sexual violence amounted to 170 cases with 262 victims. The number of victims of child abuse in Central Java has increased, reaching 2,478 cases. Preliminary survey conducted using questionnaire obtained results from 10 children, 7 children (70%) had done bullying behavior and 3 children (30%) did not do bullying behavior. The study aimed to find out the correlation between verbal behavior of parents and bullying behavior on school-aged children. The type of research in this study is quantitative research (descriptive correlational) with cross sectional approach. The population in this study are parents and school-age children in Jatiharjo Village Pulokulon District Grobogan District which amounted to 88 people. The sample in this study amounted to 47 people using simple random sampling technique. There is a relationship of verbal behavior abuse parents with bullying behavior in school-age children in Jatiharjo Village Pulokulon District Grobogan District. Parents in Jatiharjo Village, Pulokulon Sub-district, Grobogan District, who conducted verbal abuse, further aggravated bullying behavior in school-aged children.   Keywords: Verbal abuse, behavior of bullying, school age children.

Abstract

The low level of community and cultural knowledge that assumes the taboo of sexuality education in children at an early age is one of the originators of sexual abuse in children. Sexuality education that is aligned with the capacity and thinking patterns of children will help a child to protect himself from the perpetrators of abuse. The puppet show method, which uses puppets as a tool, offers a more appealing method for children. This study aims to test the effectiveness of puppet show as a method to improve early childhood knowledge about sexuality, using a pre-post test with control group design. The subjects of this study were 34 children in PAUD Tiara Hati, Tembalang District, Semarang selected by purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaire, Puppet Show module and storyteller, then analyzed using T-Test. The results show that Puppet Show can improve early childhood knowledge about sexuality.

Abstract

 The purpose of this reseach to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction, the effect of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty and the effect of product quality on consumer loyalty and the effect of product quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this research  were all consumers who bought products from Rifa Culinary in Kendal from November 2017 to January 2018. The sample used was 90 people using non random sampling.  The sampling  technique uses quota sampling, purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis with intervening ( Path analysis ). The results of the research  show that there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction, there is an influence of consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty and there is an influence of product quality on loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.Key words : Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer  Loyalty

Abstract

Mudharabah is a special kind of partnership between two parties, where one partner providers the capital executed (shahibul mal) and the other supplying the labor and skill as agent or manager (mudharib), for investing in a pre-determined activity, which grants each party a share of the earnings as determined at the time of the investment. On this Implementation while the risk in financing mudharabah, especially on this the financing application, high relatively, among other side streaming, negligence and misconduct willful, concealment of profits by customers when customers are not honest. The amount of financing risk is shown in the ratio of non-performing finance. The high of non-performing finance indicates the large number of borrowers who can’t repay their finance in accordance with the initial agreement that has been agreed between the bank and the customer, so financing becomes problematic. Funding problems can be caused by the bank itself, the customers or external parties. KSPPS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Mijen Kudus has been anticipating the event of a dispute banking, especially in the provision of financing problems. On this theory of completion financing problems, be done with several measures including the rescue action by intensive bill, rescheduling, re-requirements and realignment. Rescue actions made by bank on this condition that the customer is still considered to have good faith to settle the payment.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Pengasuhan orang tua memberikan dampak  yang  cukup  serius  dalam  menentukan  kepribadian  seorang  anak  salah satunya kemampuan bersosialisasi. Terdapat empat  faktor  yang mempengaruhi  sosialisasi pada anak, yaitu pola pengasuhan orang tua, pengaruh teman sebaya, penerimaan diri   dan   lingkungan. Perkembangan sosialisasi pada anak usia sekolah terpenting dipengaruhi oleh faktor keluarga yang merupakan agen sosialisasi dan lingkungan dimana anak itu tumbuh dan berkembang. Keberhasilan orang tua dalam membentuk karakter anak sering kali dikaitkan dengan kemampuan orang tua dalam memahami karakter anak sebagai individu yang unik. Metode: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola asuh  yang diterapkan orang tua dan kemampuan sosialisasi anak, serta menganalisis hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan kemampuan sosialisasi anak usia sekolah.  Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain  penelitian  cross  sectional. Jumlah sampel 79 responden dengan  tehnik total sampling. Analisa bivariat dengan uji statistic Chi Squrae Hasil: ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan kemampuan sosialisasi anak pada siswa Kelas 1 dan 2 (P value=0,000). Diskusi: Diharapkan orangtua untuk dapat menerapkan pola asuh yang mendorong peningkatan kemampuan sosialisasi anak.   Kata kunci: Pola Asuh orangtua, Kemampuan Sosialisasi, Anak Usia Sekolah   ABSTRACT Introduction: Parenting parenting gives a serious enough impact in determining the personality of a child one of social ability. There are four factors that influence the socialization in children, the parenting pattern, the influence of peers, self-acceptance and the environment. The development of socialization in the most important school-aged children is influenced by family factors that are the socialization agents and the environment in which the child grows and develops. The success of parents in shaping the character of children is often associated with the ability of parents to understand the character of the child as a unique individual. Methods: This study aims to identify parenting patterns applied by parents and socialization skills of children, as well as to analyze the relationship of parenting parents with the ability to socialize school age children. Quantitative descriptive research type with cross sectional research design. Total sample was 79 respondents with total sampling technique. Bivariate analysis with Chi Squrae statistic test. Results: there is a significant correlation between parenting parenting with children socialization ability in Grade 1 and 2 students (P value = 0,000). Discussion: It is expected that parents should be able to adopt parenting patterns that encourage the improvement of children's socialization skills. Keywords: Parenting Parenting, Socialization Ability, School-Age Children

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini (PTK) adalah tentang penggunaan Audio Visual Media untuk meningkatkan hasil prestasi belajar siswa. Penggunaan media Audio Visual ditujukan untuk mendapatkan perhatian siswa dan untuk merangsang otak siswa melalui mendengarkan dan melihat. Berdasarkan refleksi dari pelajaran sebelumnya, karena kekurangan alat bantu, pelajaran tentang "Narrative Text" hanya ditunjukkan melalui cerita. Dalam membuat perhatian siswa dan prestasi belajar menjadi rendah (tingkat kelas adalah 69, sedangkan KKM adalah 75). Penyebab utama kegagalannya adalah proses belajar mengajar tidak menarik dan monoton,. Oleh karena itu, penulis telah melakukan penelitian menggunakan media Audio Visual. Para subjects dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 siswa kelas IX3 SMP Negeri 3 Pasir Penyu pada tahun akademik 2016/2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dari prestasi siswa pada siklus 1 dari 69,9 (sebelum penelitian) menjadi 74,4 dan 77,42% siswa dapat memperoleh skor KKM adalah 83,00 dan 96, 77% para siswa dapat menguasai pelajaran tanpa sesi perbaikan. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media Audio Visual dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa

Abstract

Background: The issue of violent behavior is a mental health problem that is often encountered. In 2013 in a psychiatric hospital Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Central Java province on the total number of mental patients as many as 3914 patients, 39.2% (1534 patients) entered with an indication of violent behavior problems and this number was ranked second largest in the nursing problems experienced by patients. One strategy is being performed on patients curbing violent behavior that includes a crisis management action, binding (restrain) and restriction of movement. Restrain actions impact and varied experience in the client's violent behavior. Objective: To explore patient’s perception to ward mechanical restraint actions to reduce violent behavior, length restraint that experienced by patients, side effects are felt by the patient, restraint effectiveness in reducing violent behavior and security measures restrain the patient. Methods: Qualitative research with phenomenological approach that reveal the depth of experience in action restrain patients. Data were collected by in dept, then the data were analysed and validated using data source triangulation. Result: Mechanical restraint that conducted by the nurses is by binding using rope in wrist and leg’s patients. That length instalation of mechanical restraint are vary depend on the patient’s conditions. Mechanical restraint actions can cause unpleasant side effects, in terms of physical and psychological effects for patients. Mechanical restraints can reduce the violent behavior that is done by the patients. Beside that, the security of mechanical restraints by the patients violent behavior should be done with the proper technique and based on the standard operasional procedures (SOP) in hospital.
