Abstract

Sekolah Menengah  Atas Negeri 1 Tapung Hulu adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang berada di Desa Kasikan Kecamatan Tapung Hulu Kabupaten Kampar. Sekolah Menengah  Atas Negeri 1 Tapung adalah suatu lembaga pendidikan yang ikut serta mengembangkan pendidikan guna mencerdaskan anak bangsa. Proses pendataan alumni pada saat ini dilakukan  dengan cara menghubungi kontak alumni. Sangat sulit bagi sekolah dalam melakukan pendataan dikarenakan para alumni tidak lagi menggunakan nomor telepon yang dimiliki oleh sekolah. Tujuan dibangunnya sistem informasi pendataan alumni diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan proses pendataan alumni dan dengan adanya notifikasi via email dapat menjadi pengingat alumni memperbaharui data. Sistem yang dibangun berbasis web dan menggunakan model perancangan dengan Unified Modelling Languange (UML) yang merupakan model dari metode perancangan berbasis objek yaitu Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dari sistem Blackbox Testing dan UAT menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi pendataan alumni Sekolah Menegah Atas Negeri 1 Tapung Hulu yang dibuat dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan pada rancangan yang dibuat sebelumnya. Sistem informasi pendataan alumni berbasis web ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja petugas dalam melakukan pengolahan data alumni dan memudahkan alumni berkontribusi untuk menigkatkan kemajuan  sekolah

Abstract

The purpose of the research to analysis forest management level activity at Desa Labbo intens to Production, Distribution and Local Institution with the comparison of achievement program in the establishment formal document RKHD (Rencana Kerja Hutan Desa),RTHD (Rencana Tahunan Hutan Desa), village regulation 02 of 2010 and guideline of 01/BMDS-GT/LB/KTB/II/2010 based on the reality, and to determine forest management Desa Labbo Categorized by active management or hollow management to known stakeholder/actor get benefit or harmed by the hollow management system. Research will be held on Januari 2017 at Desa Labbo Kecamatan Tompobolu,Kabupaten Bantaeng of South Sulawesi. This Research use the snowball sampling system(triangulasy system). Snowball sampling like as snowball was rolling in the end was bigger, like as collect information the research. Interview at the respondent to get accuracy information and verify to get validity data. Research Object are Formal Document Establishment of Implementation Planning in the Document with comparison the real condition. Result research showing forest management system Desa Labbo Categorized active management will be realization 25,19%, not realization 41,20%, that counting can not to compare with high and low, important or not with the unsure (production,distribution,institution), because the unsure of research will be get the same research. About the actor will be get benefit at the hollow management status at forest village Labbo is head of village but the Actor will be get Hermed by active management system is balang institute.

Abstract

Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh varietas dan dosis pupuk organik granul terhadap keberhasilan okulasi pada tanaman jeruk telah dilaksanakan bulan Maret-Juli 2010. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah varietas jeruk yang terdiri dari 2 macam yaitu varietas Keprok So E dan varietas Keprok Tejakula. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk organik granul yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu: tanpa pupuk organik granul, pupuk organik granul 200 g, pupuk organik granul 400 g, dan pupuk organik granul 600 g, sehingga diperoleh 8 kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang tiga kali dan total percobaan adalah 24 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas Keprok So E memberikan waktu mencapai 50% tumbuh tunas yang lebih baik. Pupuk organik granul dosis 200 g memberikan waktu mencapai 50% tumbuh tunas, persentase okulasi jadi, persentase bibit mati, panjang tunas, jumlah daun pada tunas, dan diameter tunas yang lebih baik dibanding dengan dosis lainnya. Terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan varietas dan takaran pupuk organik granul terhadap panjang tunas, jumlah daun pada tunas, dan diameter tunas okulasi 12 MSO. Key words: Okulasi, Keprok So E, Keprok Tejakula, Pupuk Organik.

Abstract

Research in experimental design was carried out to determine the proper storage period and packing material for maintaining the viability and vigour of sugar palm seedlings. This experiment used Split Plot in Completely Randomized Design. There were two factors were tested. The first factor was storage periods as the main plot, consisted of 7, 14 and 21 days. The second factor was packing materials as subplot, consisted of plastic bag, rice paper and rice paper+plastic bag. Each treatment used three replications. Data was analysed by using Analyses of Variance and differences between treatments were determined by HSD 5% test. Storage periods at 7, 14 and 21 days had an insignificant difference on the viability and vigour of sugar palm seedlings. Packing material from rice paper+plastic bag had a better water content, length of roots, germination rate and dry weight if compared to other packing materials. Packing material from plastic bag is more suitable for 7 days storage, rice paper for 7 and 14 days storage, and rice paper+plastic bag for 7, 14 and 21 days storage on the length of plumula. Key words: Palm, viability, vigour, storage, and packing material.

Abstract

Research on the effectivenes of the test biokompos ’’ Trichosubur Protect’’on the growth of the cacao plant seeds have been conducted from November 2015 through march 2016 at the cacao gardens hortus Botanicus ( Botanical Garden ) department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Tadulako University, Palu- Central Sulawesi. The objective is to determine the dose biokompos “ Trichosubur Protect “ which is effective against the growth of cacao seedlings. The study was designed in a compososition of the treament as fllows : P0 ( Basal medium without “ Trichosubur Protect “),P1 ( Basic medium + ’’ Trichosubur Protect “ 10 g), P2 ( basic medium + “ Trichosubur Protect “ 20 g), P3 ( Basic medium + “ Trichosubur Protect “ 30 g), P4 ( Basic medium + “ Trichosubur Protect” 40 g), P5 ( medium Ground + NPK 2 g). Basic media used in the form of a mixture of soil 19 kg + 1 kg of rice husk, put in a polybag 25 x 30 cm 13 kg as the planting of cacao. Parameters include observavation every week; seedling height (cm), number of leaves ( leaf),the girth (mm).observation at harvest inculude: Biomassa (g),leaf weight (g),the weight rod (g), root weight(g),and root dry weight (g). The result shwed that treament P4 ( basic + “ Trichosubur Protect “ 40 g) the treatment is more efeective when seen from the results of last observatoins covering, the everage 29,07 cm plant height, leaf number 40 strands, stem diameter 3,73 cm, weight of leaves at harvest time 12,03 g ( Moisture in the leaves 44,30 g ),weight at harvest stalks of 7,62 g( moisture in the trunk 56,30 g), root weight at harvest 5,93g ( Moisture at the root of 92,80 g), the weight of biomassa when harvested 27,22 g, 4,42 g dry weight of leaf, stem dry weight of 1,98 g, 8,06 g dry weight biomassa.

Abstract

The topic of community service activities is the Household Electrical Installation Training for Youth in Manggala District Makassar as an Effort to Create New Jobs. The method of activity is household electrical installation training with two approaches, theory and practice. The training was evaluated using the questionnaire method with closed questions. In general, the implementation of the training was considered to be going well. This is reflected in the responses of respondents in the training participant questionnaire Respondents who answered well were 28.6% and those who answered very well were 71.4%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan, kelangsungan hidup, efisiensi pakan dan retensi protein kepiting bakau (Scylla serrata) yang diberi pakan komersial dengan substitusi tepung mikroalga C. vulgaris (TMCv). Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 perlakuan yaitu substitusi pakan komersil dengan 0, 25, 50, 75, dan 100% TMCv. Kepiting bakau dengan berat awal berkisar pada 70-90 gram dipelihara selama 45 hari dengan kepadatan 1 ekor/ruang. Parameter yang diukur adalah tingkat kelangsungan hidup, laju pertumbuhan spesifik, pertumbuhan mutlak, rasio konversi pakan, efisiensi pakan, dan kualitas air. Tingkat kelangsungan hidup kepiting bakau adalah 100% pada semua perlakuan.  Laju pertumbuhan spesifik, pertumbuhan mutlak, rasio konversi pakan, dan  efisiensi pakan kepiting bakau menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik pada perlakuan pakan 100% TMCv dibandingkan dengan pakan 0, 25, 50, 75% TMCv. Perlakuan 0% TMCv atau pakan komersil 100% mendapatkan nilai terendah dari seluruh parameter yang diamati. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemberian pakan 100% TMCv sangat efisien dibandingkan dengan menggunakan pakan komersial atau pakan substitusi TMCv untuk pertumbuhan kepiting bakau. Kata kunci: Chlorella vulgaris, kepiting bakau, pertumbuhan

Abstract

October 12th, 2002 terrorism attack in Bali became the starting point of counter-terrorism movement, especially against those who are strongly indicated as being affiliated with Al-Qaeda, which is Jemaah Islamiyah (JI). The 2002 Bali bombing, followed by the 2005 Bali bombing, has put Indonesia on a reality that she has not only become the bases of terrorism movement, but also the victim of such movement. In order to comprehensively stop the terror activities and terrorist, the Government of Indonesia prefers the rule of law, in which the legal officials—including the police force and prosecution institution—stand in the front line. Therefore, this writing aims to study the policies and efforts in countering terrorism at the ‘action’ phase involving legal instruments. Then, this article also aims to analyze on how ‘disengagement’ method and ‘enhanced criminal justice model’ are able to overcome terrorism acts. The results show that since the period of President Soekarno’s administration until President Yudhono’s administration, the effort has evoluted. Indonesia has implemented the hard—military—approach which is lasted until 2003. Under President Yudhoyono, there’s new formulation of the hard approach which prefers non-military legal upholding which is Enhance Criminal Justice Model. The government has sets the police force—Densus 1988 AT—as the front line.

Abstract

The aim of this research are to know phenotype and genotype diversity between population of ebony on the forest in Sulawesi specially from Central Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. The study was conducted from January to April 2014, extraction of  DNA has been done in laboratory of  Biotechnology, faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, Tadulako University and DNA analysis in Kyoto Perfectural University, Japan. PCR-RAPD technique was employed in this study with 4 RAPD primers. Sample from 9 population in natural forest and plant forest in Central Sulawesi and West Sulawesi and all leaf sample taken show different. There were 2 primary that resulting the best amplifying quality in genotype diversity analysis that was TCH05 and AS9870. There is unique bands on DNA fragment from Lende area, has band size 2500-3000bp while from ebony individu sample from other area locus cannot be found. Based on dendogram analysis on distance matrix revealed the 10 genotypes were grouped into two main groups. The first group population from Lende. The second group was further divided into two sub group (2A and 2B). Subgroup 2A consisted of Diospyros kaki. Subgroup 2B included population from Ako, Tibo, Bale, Tompe, Maleali, and Kasimbar.

Abstract

This research aimed to findout efficient sterilization method and MS media to germinate dragonfruit seeds in vitro, conducting at Biotechnology Laboratory, Agriculture Faculty, Tadulako University, using factorial completely randomized design. The first factor was sterilization technique (S), i.e: S1 (The sliced fruit was washed with sterile distilled water three times, then rinsed in Bayclin (household bleach containing 5.25% NaOCl) 5% for 15 minutes, followed by washing in sterile distilled water three times. S2 (The seeds were taken from the fruit meat, then rinsed in 5% Bayclin for 15 minutes, then washed with sterile distilled water three times. S3 (The seeds were taken from the fruit meat, then rinsed in 15% Bayclin for 15 minutes, then washed with sterile distilled water three times. The second factor was the strength of MS media (M), i.e full strength MS (M1) and half strength MS for macro and micro nutrients (M2). Each treatment combination consisted of 35 seeds, and was replicated three times. Germination responses were observed as time to germinate, germination percentage and percentage of opened cotyledone seedlings. All datas were subjected to Analysis of Variance and the mean differences among the treatments were analyzed using Honest Significant Difference (HSD) at the level of 1%. The results showed that removing seed pulp, prior to rinsing the seeds in 15% Bayclin for 15 minutes followed by washing in sterile aquadest three times, and cultured in half MS produce the fastest and highest seed germination of 99.05% with 92.38% opened cotyledon seedlings after 2 weeks in culture.   Key Words: Dragonfruit, germination, in vitro, MS strength, sterilization.
