Abstract

Hukum Islam di bidang kepidanaan dapat didiskusikan dan dijalin dalam hukum pidana Indonesia, sepanjang sesuai dengan dasar filosofis Pancasila. Penggunaan istilah pidana itu sendiri diartikan sebagai sanksi pidana. Untuk pengertian yang sama, sering juga digunakan istilah-istilah yang lain, yaitu hukuman, penghukuman, pemidanaan, penjatuhan hukuman, pemberian pidana, dan hukuman pidana. Dalam hukum Islam, hukuman mati dikenal istilah jinayat yang berkenaan hukuman mati dimana para imam mazhab sepakat bahwa seorang yang membunuh orang Islam yang sama-sama merdeka, dan yang dibunuh itu bukan anaknya, dengan cara sengaja, maka ia wajib menerima balasan bunuh pula. Pemberian hukuman mati adalah untuk menjaga jiwa dan kelangsungan hidup

Abstract

The main task of a lecturer is to carry out the There Pillars of Higher Education which includes teaching, research and community service. Ideally, while carrying out these three pillars, lecturers should have qualified educational background to be recognized as a competent lecturer. The existence of competencies in accordance with the scientific field in carrying out the Three Pillars of Higher Education will indirectly provide an identity, distinctiveness and brand for a lecturer. The purpose of this study is to explain and describe how the implementation of the Thee Pillars including teaching, research and community service by a lecturer in terms of building uniqueness and identity through personal branding. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach using interview and observation techniques to several lecturers at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Parepare. The results of this research show that in terms of teaching, there are still lecturers who carry out teaching functions that are not in accordance with their knowledge for various reasons, which have a huge impact on the level of effort to build uniqueness (personal branding). The same thing is also found in the research function, but in this section there are several lecturers who feel that they do research not based on science but according to their passion. Not much different from teaching and research, in the function of community service, the same thing is also found. Another finding is that a lecturer conducts community service by lecturing or preaching. This phenomenon happens because of the reason that they come from an Islamic campus so they are required to do service by means of preaching.

Abstract

Economic growth does not only occur in developing countries, but also in developed countries as it is today. In achieving economic progress, there emerged one of the new innovations managed by the Office of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, Trade and Industry of Probolinggo City (DKUPP). This innovation is a Smart E-UMKM Smart program for the needs of entrepreneurs who can promote or sell their products online. There are still a number of traders who do not have an E-UMKM card. Probolinggo City needs a database of entrepreneurs because this data is used as the basis for MSME business development, especially in Probolinggo City. This study uses qualitative research methods using literature in the form of behavior, data processing in news, magazines and newspapers according to the topic of discussion. The collection of qualitative data is presented in sentences organized with relevant information. Many entrepreneurs still don't have an E-UMKM card, because even if they don't, their business will still run. So, this innovation process is not running effectively because the resources of SMEs include human resources, relational skills and lack of modern technology. The implementation of the smart E-UMKM card program really requires the cooperation of all parties. The government records every success or failure of the implemented program so that it can be evaluated to the end in the evaluation process that will promote MSME products.
