Abstract

Evaluation is carried out by the teacher to find out the the level of students capabilities to absorb a lesson convey by the teacher. By evaluating the teacher can take next step in order to that learning can be done optimally. The problem arises when the pandemic requires learning to be done from home and via the internet. Evaluation must be done online too. Writing this article aims to provide an overview of how evaluation activities were carried out during the Covid 19 pandemic, especially evaluating Arabic Learning by using the Edmodo application. The research location is on Mts Negeri 1 Pasuruan. This study used qualitative exploratory research with descriptive research methods. The main data sources in this study were students of Mts Negeri 1 Pasuruan with a total of 120 respondents. Evaluation using edmodo is one solution for Arabic Teachers in evaluating Arabic learning using digital technology, especially during the COVID-1 pandemic. The results of this study explain that evaluation using Edmodo makes it easier for teachers to monitor the learning outcomes received by students in learning Arabic. Abstract

 Gerakan penerjemahan telah tumbuh dan berkembang pesat sejak masa Abbasiyah. Dibuktikan dengan adanya penerjemahan buku-buku berbahasa Yunani, Persia dan Romawi ke dalam bahasa Arab. Sehingga terjemah memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan peradaban Islam.Dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab untuk non Arab, terjemah telah menjadi salah satu metode tertua, yakni metode gramatikal dan terjemah dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di Indonesia. Metode ini banyak digunakan di pondok pesantren, madrasah maupun perguruan tinggi.Pembelajaran terjemah di perguruan tinggi, sebagai contoh di jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Arab UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang ini memiliki model serta tahapan tersendiri yang tergambar dalam Satuan Ajar Perkuliahan (SAP). Selain hal tersebut, beragam permasalahan di bidang terjemah juga sering dihadapi mahasiswa,  antara lain disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman yang baik dari bahasa sumber untuk diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa sasaran.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Learning to read cannot be separated in a series of metacognitive, cognitive and social mediation strategies. These three types of strategies have contributed to the implementation of learning to read Arabic texts especially for non-Arabic independent learners. This study aims to identify the problems that emerge when reading Arabic texts, what strategies students use and how the strategies can help them read Arabic texts. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach to students of Arabic Language and Literature departement in five and seven semester. Data collection is conducted by observation, interviews and documents, and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study explained that: 1) The problems faced by students in reading Arabic texts are lack of understanding of new vocabulary / mufrodat, contextual understanding of texts when vocabulary / mufrodat is in a sentence and reading Arabic texts according to the rules of nahwiyah and shorfiyah; 2) Strategies used in reading Arabic texts are metacognitive, cognitive and social mediation strategies; 3) Strategies in the classroom consist of: opening dictionaries, searching for new vocabulary and summarizing the essence of the text. While the strategy outside the class consists of: discussing with friends, reading Arabic texts / writings through magazines, newspapers, books, and the internet, forming study groups with the application of peer tutors, repeating the material that has been studied, and learning to read texts before entering the class. Abstract

In supporting the achievement of educational goals, it is necessary to provide educational facilities at home to support learning activities. Economic conditions including the level of income and burden of dependents in the family have a role in supporting learning achievement and the need for children's educational facilities at home. The research objective was to determine the effect of income levels and family burden on the provision of educational facilities at home. The sample of this study is the community or parents who have school children in Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency with a total of 450 households as respondents. This study uses 2 types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly by means of surveys and interviews with the community. While secondary data was obtained through literature studies in several journals, articles, and through government data that is in accordance with this research. The method in this study is a quantitative study using ordinal logistic regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of variable X1 (income) has a significance value (0.624 > 0.05) meaning that partially the income variable does not affect educational facilities. Likewise, the X2 variable (Depends) has a significance value (0.231 > 0.05) meaning that partially the dependent variable does not affect educational facilities.

Abstract

يناقش هذا البحث عن الاختلافات خلفية الطلاب في القسم اللغة العربية و أدابها قبل مواصلة دراستهم في التعليم العالي، لأن ذلك يشكل عائقاً أمامهم أثناء عملية التدريس والتعلم في مقرر مهارة القراءة. خاصة أولئك الذين لا أساس لهم في النحو و الصرف، وهم مطالبون باتباع هذا الدرس. تبحث هذه الدراسة في المشكلات التي تحدث لدى طلاب جامعة في جامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج، وتحديداً في كلية العلوم الإنسانية، في القسم اللغة العربية وآدابها. هذا البحث وصفي نوعي. وطرق جمع البيانات باستخدام المقابلات والملاحظة والتوثيق. مصدر بيانات هذا البحث من طلاب قسم اللغة العربية وآدابها. وأظهرت النتائج أن إجمالي 22 طالبًا في القسم اللغة و وآدابها ، وكان هناك (73٪) من متخرج المعهد، و (18٪) من متخرج المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية، و (9٪) من متخرجة المدرسة الثانوية الحكومية. من بيانات تعرض الباحثين ، تعد الخلفية التعليمية عاملاً يؤثر بشكل كبير على الدافع لتعلم اللغات الأجنبية، خاصة هنا في مهارة القرعة.  هناك خمس مشاكل تنشأ بسبب الاختلافات في الخلفيات التعليمية ، وثلاث خطوات يتخذها الطلاب في اللحاق بالمعرفة ومهارات اللغة العربية في مهارة القراءة.الكلمات المفتاحية: المشكلات، خلفية تعليمية، الدافع لتعلم اللغة العربية
