Abstract

This research aims to describe the implantation of academic supervision of supervisors in the development of Islamic Religious education teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Falah of Bulukumba Regency. This research is a qualitative research with the phenomenology approach. The subject of this study is the supervisors, head of Madrasah, teachers, and students at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Falah. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Processing techniques and data analysis through data reduction, data display, and verification or withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of academic supervision of supervisors at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Falah of Bulukumba Regency from the planning aspect, monitoring program has been included either because the supervisor has done the planning before conducting supervision activities by making agreement with the madrasah personnel to be supervised so as to prepare. However, the teacher's aspect of coaching has not been well-running so much of the assessment aspect. Thus, the results of the implementation of the academic supervision of supervisors in the development of Islamic Religious education teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Falah of Bulukumba Regency is not optimal so it still needs to be improved, especially on the aspect of development and judgment.

Abstract

This study describes how the Workforce management evaluation at Adinda Parinring Makassar kindergarten is specifically the implementation of the management of the teaching staff. To obtain answers to these problems, the authors use three methods of data collection; Observations, interviews and documentation. In field research the author uses observation and interview instruments. Qualitative data processing and data analysis techniques that I use are; Data reduction, data discovery and data verification. The samples in this study were all educators in Adinda Parinring Makassar kindergarten. The results of the study show that the evaluation and follow-up of educators in Adinda Parinring Kindergarten are conducted regularly, ie every week and at the end of each semester.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe the functionalization of religious service apparatuses at the Ministry of Religion Office in Makassar City. This type of research uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The research location was carried out at the Ministry of Religion of Makassar City. Data sources use primary data through in-depth interviews with various informants, namely: Head of the Makassar City Ministry of Religion, KUA, Religious Extension, da'wah da'wah, and religious leaders, people who are considered representative, those who are active and involved both directly and indirect in handling religious services. While secondary data document data from the Ministry of Religion office, the government is relevant to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive technique using an interactive phenomenological model by looking at the processes associated with the appropriation of the apparatus. The results of the study show that the re-functionalization of the apparatus in religious services is not maximized by the community. This can be seen from four things, such as: 1) Redesign of the Main Functions of Religious Servants, 2) Changes to the Paradigm of Religious Services, 3) Changes to Main Tasks and Functions of Religious Servants, and 4) Changes in Operational Standards for Religious Servants.

Abstract

The research aims to Effect of Principal Supervision on Teacher Pedagogic Competencies at Public Elementary School 237 Aletellue in Soppeng Regency.This research use quantitative methodology with correlational ex post facto design to explain the research questions. To understand the issue, this research use methodological approach (quantitative-positivistic) and scientific approach (pedagogic and psychological). The participants of this reseach are 13 teachers at Publich Elementary School 237 Aletellue. The data were gathered using survey and dokumentasi, and then analysed through descriptive statistic with hypothesis testing using correlation and linear regression coefficient. The research reveals some key findings. The first finding shows that the supervision of principals shows a comparison of the competence of pedagogic teachers. This, seen from every activity of the teacher who is able to be effective in improving the competencies possessed. Helps develop science with innovation and creativity.

Abstract

This research strive to present relationship of leadership style of headmaster with madrasah climate. This research aims to: 1) describe the reality of leadership style of headmaster; 2) describe the reality madrasah climate; and 3) examine the correlation between leadership style of headmaster and madrasah climate at MA PP Al-Ikhlas Ujung Bone. This research is a quantitative by ex post facto method. Instrument used is a questionarre than analyzed by using product moment correlation. This research indicate that: 1) leadership style of headmaster including the good category with percentage of 82,25%; 2) madrasah climate including the high category with percentage of 80,5%; and 3) the correlation between leadership style of headmaster and madrasah climate indicate a positive correlation with correlation coefficient value at 0,643.

Abstract

This research article examines the significance of the influence of leadership managerial abilities on the quality of administrative services at the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar, while the objectives of this research article are: first, to analyze the reality of the managerial abilities of the postgraduate leadership of Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar; second, analyzing the reality of the administrative service quality of the Postgraduate Administration at the State Islamic University alauddin Makassar; third, to analyze the significance of the influence of the managerial ability of postgraduate leadership on the quality of administrative services at the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar. The type of research used is survey research through a quantitative approach with the data collection tool used is a questionnaire, while the analysis used is the product moment analysis and correlation analysis. The indications for the results of this study are that: first, the reality of the managerial ability of the postgraduate leadership of Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar is in the good category (71.4%); second, the reality of the quality of administrative services at the Postgraduate Program at Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar is in the medium category (65.8%); third, the managerial ability of the postgraduate leadership of the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar has a significant effect (16.5%) on the quality of administrative services at the Postgraduate Program at the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar.

Abstract

This study attempts to describe supervision competence and managerial competence of the heads schools, to describe educational quality of Islamic Junior High Schools (MTS), and then to analyze the influence of the supervision competence and managerial competence toward educational quality of MTS both partially and simultaneously in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. This study is ex-post facto. The population is all the teachers of all private MTS with accredited A. It is analyzed all the teachers as the sample with 54 people of all. Method of data collection is through questionnaires about supervision competence, also using data analysis, and multiple regressions. The results of the study obtained that the supervision competence and the managerial competence of the head is in the medium category. The supervision competence of the head schools significantly influences the quality of education. The managerial competence of the head schools significantly influences the quality of education. Both supervision competence and managerial competence of the heads of schools have the significantly influencer toward educational quality of MTS, in Gantarang district, Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to: Describe the implementation of idealized influence of headmaster in SMA Negeri 1 Barru, Barru Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. With a phenomological approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction methods, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Testing the validity of the data through the credibility test, namely by using triangulation techniques (source, technique, and time) and member check. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of idealized influence of headmaster in SMA Negeri 1 Barru, Barru Regency, namely the involvement of teachers and staff in the field of meeting administration, giving ideas / opinions, forming a team of vision and mission formulation although not optimal teacher self-development because of the large number of teachers, optimal steps. Quality improvement through participatory and policy dissemination and the formation of activity implementers.
