Abstract

Program omah entrepreneurship melibatkan tiga puluh peserta yang berasal dari Desa Kesamben Wetan. Tujuan dari program omah entrepreneurship agar masyarakat mampu menciptakan bisnis untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Program omah entrepreneurship terdiri dari delapan tahapan dianatanya: observasi, entreprenurship introduction, pemetaan potensi, benchmarking, penyusunan business plan, produksi prototype, market test, marketing. Empat tahapan pertama dapat dilalui peserta tanpa hambatan namun tahapan kelima hingga kedelapan berhasil dilalui setelah melewati hambatan dalam menciptakan bisnis. Peserta berhasil menciptakan 30 bisnis baru selama mengikuti program omah entrepreneurship dan mendapatkan tambahan pendapatan dari kegiatan bisnis yang dibuka.

Abstract

Program entrepreneur enabler diberikan kepada karyawan KPSP Setia Kawan Nongkojajar di Kabupaten Pasuruan memakai metode participatory action learning system (PALS). Jumlah karyawan yang mengikuti pelatihan sebanyak 300 orang. Tujuan kegiatan ini meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan dan menciptakan pendapatan tambahan melalui bisnis yang diciptakan oleh karyawan. Program ini menerapkan metode PALS melalui empat tahapan yang yaitu: capaciting, komunikasi, soft skill dan entrepreneur enabler. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan ditandai dengan: upgrade kapasitas dari masing-masing karyawan, peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi dan lahirnya 30 karyawan sekaligus berperan sebagai entrepreneur enabler yang berhasil menciptakan bisnis diluar jam kerja. Bisnis yang dijalankan entrepreneur enabler mampu menghasilkan pendapatan tambahan diluar gaji.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pelatihan entrepreneurship bagi peternak milenial Koperasi KPSP Setia Kawan Nongkojajar untuk mengembangkan bisnis susu organik. Peserta pelatihan entrepreneurship merupakan anggota Koperasi KPSP Setia Kawan dengan kisaran usia 18-30 tahun (peternak milenial). Koperasi KPSP Setia Kawan mengembangkan unit bisnis baru berupa susu organik yang akan dikelola oleh peternak milenial. Permasalahan yang dihadapi peternak milenial ketika ingin mengembangkan bisnis susu organik diantaranya: 1) kurangnya pemahaman konsep entrepreneurship untuk mengelola bisnis susu organik, 2) ketidakmampuan peternak milenial membuat analisis bisnis (mind map dan analisis SWOT) bisnis susu organik, 3) peternak milenial belum menggunakan analisis bisnis (mind map dan SWOT) pada bisnis susu organik. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan entrepreneurship untuk memberikan pengetahuan entrepreneurship dan kemampuan analisis bisnis kepada peternak milenial sehingga mampu mengembangkan unit bisnis susu organik. Metode training/pelatihan diterapkan pada kegiatan pelatihan entrepreneurship oleh dosen sebagai pemateri. Hasil pelatihan entrepreneurship diantaranya: 1) Meningkatkan pemahaman peternak milenial pada konsep entrepreneurship sehingga mampu mengelola bisnis susu organik, 2) peternak milenial mampu menyusun analisis bisnis berbentuk mind map dan analisis SWOT dari bisnis susu organik, 3) Peternak milenial menggunkan mind map dan analisis SWOT sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan pada bisnis susu organik yang dijalankan.

Abstract

A business start up is identical to a new business run by an entrepeneur to gain profit. The research is to analyze the function of the entrepreneurship training given by Universitas Ciputra Surabaya to the villagers in Desa Mojowarno.  The objectives of the research are: 1) to learn the proper innovation technique to increase the self efficacy of the entrepreneur/participant, 2) to understand the impact of the increased self-efficacy towards the business continuity managed by the entrepreneur/participant. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with the subject of the research are entrepreneurs (ten training participants) who managed banana trunk chips in Mojowarno. The validation technique used in this research is triangulation data method with participative observation, in depth interview and documentation (photo and video of the participants’ capability). The result of the research: 1) Innovation realization (5+1 concept) succeeded in increasing the self efficacy of the participants (ten training participants); 2) The self-efficacy increase provides a positive impact (business increase) so that the entrepreneur has an additional income. It is suggested that the entrepreneur must keep on innovating innovated to increase their self-efficacy so that the business can improve the continuity.Keywords: descriptive qualitative, innovation, self-efficacy, business entrepreneur start up, trainingABSTRAKStart-up bisnis identik dengan usaha baru yang dijalankan oleh seorang entrepreneur untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran pelatihan kewirausahaan yang diberikan Universitas Ciputra Surabaya kepada masyarakat Desa Mojowarno. Tujuan penelitian ini terdiri dari: 1) mengetahui teknik yang tepat untuk berinovasi guna meningkatkan self-efficacy dari entrepreneur/peseta yang mengikuti pelatihan, 2) Mengetahui dampak dari peningkatan self-efficacy terhadap keberlangsungan bisnis yang dijalankan oleh entrepreneur/peserta pelatihan kewirausahaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian adalah entrepreneur(sepuluh orang peserta pelatihan kewirausahaan) yang menjalankan bisnis keripik bonggol pisang di Mojowarno. Teknik validasi dalam penelitian menggunakan metode triangglasi data dengan observasi parisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi (foto dan video kemampuan peserta). Hasil penelitian: 1) Realisasi inovasi(konsep 5+1) berhasil mendorong peningkatan self-efficacy dari entrepreneur(sepuluh peserta pelatihan), 2) Peningkatan self-eficacy memberikan dampak positif(peningkatan bisnis) sehingga entrepreneur(peserta pelatihan) sudah memiliki pendapatan tambahan. Saran bagi entrepreneur harus terus berinovasi untuk peningkatan self-efficacy sehingga peningkatan bisnis terus berlangsung. Abstract

Business Competition encourages entrepreneurs to have competence in managing the business. Start-up businesses will grow if it is able to manage the internal factors and external factors well. This study focuses on internal factors from the perspective of companies consisting of four components, namely marketing, human resources, finance, and operations. The second focus of this study is the external factor of a business seen from the approach five forces Porter lists five essential components of the external factors, namely: barriers to entry in the industry, threat from substitute products, threat from suppliers bargaining power, threat from buyers bargaining power, Among existing industry and rival firms. The object of this study is a start-up business in the city of Surabaya. This study used descriptive qualitative method with the aim of optimizing the management view of internal and external factors in the success of a start-up business seen from the perspective of the company. Validation of the results using triangulation techniques using: parisipatif observation, interview, and documentation (photos and interviews) to the informant (object) research. The results showed the management of internal factors (marketing, human resources, finance, and operational) and external (barriers to entry in the industry, threat from substitute products, threat from suppliers bargaining power, threat from buyers bargaining power, and rival Among existing industry firms ) is an important component that must be optimized in order to support the success of start-up businesses.

Abstract

Start-up businesses in Surabaya has developed quite rapidly. The majority of Surabaya city's economy is driven by the industrial sector and the business sector. The successful start-up business in Surabaya is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors from the standpoint of companies can be divided into four groups: marketing, human resources, finance, and operations. The object of this study is a start-up business that is / operating in the city of Surabaya. Total sample of 80 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods in the processing of data and information. The aim of research to determine the effect the management of internal factors in the success of a start-up business seen from the perspective of companies. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed the management of internal factors (marketing, human resources, finance, and operational) at the same time have a positive influence on the success of start-up businesses Surabaya. This study contributes to the entrepreneur in order to optimize the management of internal factors to the success of start-up businesses.

Abstract

This research attempts to examine the impact of the coffee shop characteristics towards the consumers experience when they visit the coffee shop. The coffee shop characteristics including functional, atmosphere, design, and social characteristics. The population of this study are all Surabaya productive age residents, and the sample of this study was determined using Quota Sampling and the Isaac and Michael formula with the respondents requirements are those who had been visiting and/or consuming products directly at Starbucks Surabaya on maximum of 2 -3 months before filling out the questionnaire, with total of 384 respondents needed to be obtained. The questionnaire was distributed online and offline, with total 369 questionnaires are used in this study. This research uses SEM analysis. This research found that only the functional and social characteristics of the coffee shop have significant effect on the experience gained by its consumers; while the atmosphere and design characteristics have no significant effect, as the design characteristics have negative effect on the consumers experience. The practical contribution of research for the coffee shop owner are to maintains functional and social aspects as well as, improving aspects of design characteristics and atmosphere so that consumers gain experience when visiting.

Abstract

Business start-up is the term used for the many new efforts applied when business growth is fairly rapid. The success of start-up businesses can be measured by financial and non-financial factors. Financial factors are reflected in the magnitude of profits obtained by start-up business. Non-financial factors are measured from the attitudes of young entrepreneurs: self-efficacy and risk taking propensity. The business start-up community can have difficulty growing due to the lack of knowledge about measuring business success based on financial and non-financial factors. The purpose of this research is to help entrepreneurs measure the success of the start-up businesses they run. The object of the research is a start-up business that produces chips of banana at Mojowarno. This research uses a quantitative approach to process data and information research. The results of the research presents that financial and non-financial achievements affect simultaneously results.

Abstract

Peran pemerintah dalam perekonominan dapat dilihat melalui kebijakan fiskal dan kebijakan moneter. Kebijakan pemerintah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemerintah melalui kebijakan fiskal dan kebihakan moneter terhadap keberhasilan UMKM di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitative dengan analisis SEM-PLS. UMKM kota Surabaya merupakan objek penelitian yang menggunakan 100 sampel UMKM. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pengaruh kebijakan moneter secara terhadap kesuksesan UMKM Kota Surabaya nilaianya lebih kecil dibandingkan pengaruh kebijakan moneter yang menggunakan kebijakan fiskal memediasi kesuksesan UMKM Kota Surabaya. Abstract

assistance is carried out by lecturers at the Faculty of Business Management and lecturers at the Faculty of Architecture, Ciputra University, Surabaya. Assistance was given to all managers of the Mugibangkit BUMDES. Assistance is provided through five stages, namely: a) observation of the condition of the Mugibangkit BUMDES, b) potential exploration, c). socialization of the concept of entrepreneurship, d), execution of integrated tourism development, e) evaluation of integrated tourism development. Assistance to BUMDES managers provides benefits from educational and economic aspects. The benefits of education are in the form of increased entrepreneurial knowledge and the ability to create business units. Benefits from the economic aspect include the successful development of a new business unit (Integrated Tourism) as one of the business units in the Mugibangkit BUMDES.Pendampingan ABSTRAK:pengembangan wista terpadu berbasis entrepreneurship dilakukan dosen Fakultas Manajemen Bisnis dan dosen Fakultas Arsitektur Universitas Ciputra Surabaya.  Pendampingan diberikan kepada seluruh pengelola BUMDES Mugibangkit. Pendampingan diberikan melalui lima tahapan yaitu:  a) observasi kondisi BUMDES Mugibangkit, b) penggalian potensi, c). sosialisasi konsep entrepreneurship, d), eksekusi pengembangan wisata terpadu, e) evaluasi pengembangan wisata terpadu. Pendampingan kepada pengelola BUMDES memberikan manfaaat dari aspek pendidikan dan ekonomi. Manfaat pendidikan berupa peningkatkan pengetahuan entrepreneurship dan kemampuan dalam menciptakan unit bisnis. Manfaat dari aspek ekonomi berupa keberhasilan pengembangan unit bisnis baru (Wisata Terpadu) sebagai salah satu unit bisnis pada BUMDES Mugibangkit.
