Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X SMAN 7 Mataram pada bidang studi matematika peminatan dengan materi Sistem Persamaan Linear dan Kuadrat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs). Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, dengan setiap siklusnya terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, evaluasi dan refleksi. Adapun indikator keberhasilan dari penelitian ini adalah jika terdapat peningkatan rata-rata skor aktivitas dan peningkatan persentase ketuntasan untuk setiap siklusnya. Hasil penelitian siklus 1 menunjukkan aktivitas belajar sebesar 7,38 dan siklus 2 sebesar 85,71. Begitu pula dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 70,25% pada siklus 1 dan  80,26% pada siklus 2. Jadi penerapan model pembelajaran CUPs dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X SMAN 7 Mataram.

Abstract

Abstrak. Berdasarkan pengalaman saat melaksanakan PPL di SMPN 18 Mataram, aktivitas belajar siswa sangat rendah dan berdampak pada rendahya prestasi belajar matematika. Hal ini dikarenakan pembelajaran di kelas berpusat pada guru dan siswa hanya menerima informasi saja. Siswa aktif bermain namun pasif dalam kegiatan belajar. Guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dicoba penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan pendekatan AIR (Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIIIA SMPN 18 Mataram yang berjumlah 26 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam 3 siklus. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian ini adalah aktivitas belajar siswa dikatakan meningkat apabila terjadi peningkatan skor aktivitas dari skor sebelumnya dan minimal berkategori tinggi, prestasi belajar dikatakan meningkat apabila terjadi peningkatan nilai rata – rata siswa dari nilai rata – rata sebelumnya dan minimal mencapai nilai 55. Hasil penelitian menunjukan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Skor aktivitas siswa untuk setiap pertemuan dari siklus I, II dan III berturut – turut yaitu 3,5; 6,2; 9,9; 8,0; 11,4; 12,6 dan pada siklus III aktivitas siswa berkategori sangat tinggi. Nilai rata – rata siswa pada siklus I, II, dan III berturut – turut yaitu 41,10; 54,42; 58,42. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan pendekatan AIR (Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition) pada materi pokok Fungsi dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIIIA SMPN 18 Mataram tahun ajaran 2010/2011. Kata kunci : model pembelajaran kooperatif, pendekatan AIR, aktivitas, prestasi.  Abstract. Mathematics learning achievement of SMPN 18 student is low caused a lack of student activities. These information obtained from observations at PPL activity in SMPN 18. Learning problem is learning centered teacher. Student was only received information from teacher. Auditory Intellectualy and repetition (AIR) opproach implemented to solve learning problem. This research pruposed to improve student achievement and learning activities of 26 students of 8th grater on SMPN 18. Teaching research was implemented in 3 cycles. Result indicators of teaching research implementation were improvement of student learning activities of student learning activities based on activity level, improvement of the average score, and minimum of result score is 55. Final research result is learning student has been improved. Student activities level is every cycle is 3,5; 6,2; 9,9; 8,0; 11,4; 12,6. The third cycle of student activities level is highest. Average score of learning result in cycles are 41,10; 54,42; 58,42. According to final research result, the AIR implementation improved student achievement and learning activities for 8th grater student of SMPN 18 in Function material. Those conditions were implemented on 2010/2011 session. Keyword: cooperative learning model, AIR approach, activity, achievement.

Abstract

Linear Programming is a course under the scope of algebra that must be mastered by mathematics education students. The low ability to solve linear programming problems can affect student performance when they become a teacher. This study aims to analyze the need for developing learning videos in Linear Programming courses for students of the Mathematics Education Study Program. The method used is development research which consists of Preliminary Analysis, Product Prototype, and Assessment. The research subjects were 30 students in the 7th semester of mathematics education and had attended online Linear Programming lectures in the previous semester. Data were collected by conducting written tests, questionnaires, and interviews and analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The results of the written test analysis showed that the students' ability to solve linear programming problems was low. Based on interviews, it is also known that students are not enough just to learn through modules and virtual meetings. Students tend to need learning videos/records to repeat explanations when studying the material independently. Therefore, there is a great need for learning videos that can optimize online learning of Linear Programming courses.

Abstract

The metric dimension is a concept that has many applications, such as robotic navigation. This concept will distinguish each vertex of a graph based on some vertices. The distinguishing vertices are called the basis of the graph. Let G be a connected graph, the metric dimension, dim(G), is the smallest cardinality of the basis of graph G. On this paper, we present the metric dimensions of the bridge graph of a homogeneous caterpillar graph Cm,n and a generalized flower pot graph $C_p-K_{(q_1, q_2,\cdos,q_p}$. This research was conducted by the approach of structure analysis by location of the bridge vertices, the edge of the bridge, and the order of the graph. The results show that the metric dimensions of the bridge graph are at least can be reduced at most 2, and the maximum values are the same as the value of $m(n-1)+ \sum_{i=1}^p q_i- 2p$.Keywords: Metric dimension, caterpillar, unicyclic, bridgeMSC2020: 05C12

Abstract

Vendor managed consignment inventory (VMCI) adalah suatu strategi kolaborasi yang terjalin diantara pihak-pihak yang terkait dalam supply chain, dimana vendor sebagai supplier mempunyai wewenang untuk memutuskan order quantity yang harus dikirimkan ke buyernya serta menjadi pemilik barang tersebut sampai barang tersebut terjual atau dipakai. Integrasi pada sistem supply chain ini terjadi karena adanya information sharing dan business process reengineering. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisa keuntungan dari strategi vendor managed consignment inventory (VMCI) pada vendor tunggal multi retail jika permintaan konsumen bervariasi ditinjau dari minimasi total biaya yang dihasilkan. Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan algoritma untuk menyelesaikan model matematis yang telah dibuat. Selain itu, pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan analisa sensitivitas untuk mengetahui parameter yang meliputi biaya pesan vendor, biaya simpan vendor, biaya storage retail, biaya opportunity retail yang ditanggung vendor, biaya pesan retail, service level retail dan standar deviasi permintaan retail. Pada penelitian ini juga membandingkan model persediaan consignment dengan model Vendor Managed Consignment Inventory (VMCI). Percobaan numerik dari model ini menyatakan bahwa model VMCI lebih menguntungkan dibandingkan dengan model persediaan consignment.Kata Kunci: Vendor Managed Inventory, Consignment, Permintaan Probabilistik

Abstract

Tujuan penyusunan standar kompetensi guru adalah untuk menentukan ukuran pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang harus dikuasai guru agar dapat merencanakan dan mengelola proses pembelajaran di sekolah secara profesional. Kemampuan guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui program on-the-job training. Salah satu kemampuan profesional guru adalah penguasaan materi dan penggunaan media pembelajaran. Agar materi matematika SD lebih menarik maka perlu digunakan media pembelajaran secara kreatif berupa alat peraga matematika. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pembinaan bagi para guru sekolah dasar dalam pembuatan dan penggunaan alat peraga matematika di Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan meliputi empat tahap, yaitu tahap pendahuluan, tahap sosialisasi dan audiens, tahap pelatihan dan tahap evaluasi. Setelah melaksanakan kegiatan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta diklat dapat lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya khususnya dalam pembuatan dan penggunaan alat peraga matematika sekolah dasar. The purpose of preparing teacher competency standards is to determine the size of the knowledge and skills that teachers must master in order to be able to plan and manage the learning process in schools in a professional manner. Teachers' abilities can be improved through on-the-job training programs. One of the professional abilities of teachers is mastery of material and the use of instructional media. In order for elementary mathematics material to be more attractive, it is necessary to use creative learning media in the form of mathematics teaching aids. Therefore, there is a need for guidance for elementary school teachers in the manufacture and use of mathematics teaching aids in Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. The training implementation method includes four stages, namely the preliminary stage, the socialization and audience stage, the training stage and the evaluation stage. After carrying out this activity, it can be concluded that the training participants can further improve their knowledge and skills, especially in the manufacture and use of elementary school mathematics teaching aids.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan secara lengkap kompetensi mahasiswa dalam memahami konsep matematis pada mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar dilihat dari gender dan gaya belajar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Mataram. Informasi yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan informasi sekunder. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah informan, khususnya mahasiswa, dan sumber tambahan adalah dokumentasi terkait pemahaman mahasiswa tentang konsep matematis. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes gaya belajar dan uji coba kemampuan memahami konsep matematis. Untuk mengetahui gaya belajar mahasiswa digunakan angket tes gaya belajar yang terdiri dari angket gaya belajar visual, gaya belajar auditorial dan angket gaya belajar kinestetik. Untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep matematis mahasiswa digunakan soal ujian semester. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah nilai rata-rata pemahaman konsep matematis mahasiswa ditinjau dari gender dan gaya belajar, secara spesifik: a) Visual (laki-laki 67,50 dan perempuan 80,55); b) Auditorial (laki-laki 72,50 dan perempuan 83,57); Kinestetik (Pria 72.50 dan Wanita 80.00); Auditorial-Kinestetik (wanita 80.00) Kata kunci: Konsep Matematis, Gender, Gaya Belajar Abstract:The purpose of this study was to describe completely the competence of students in understanding mathematical concepts of prospective elementary school teacher students in terms of gender and learning styles. The subjects of this study were students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Mataram University. The information collected in this study is primary data and secondary information. Primary data in this study were informants, especially students, and additional sources were documentation related to students' understanding of mathematical concepts. The instrument used was a learning style test and a test of the ability to understand mathematical concepts.To determine student learning styles, a learning style test questionnaire was used which consisted of a visual learning style questionnaire, an auditory learning style and a kinesthetic learning style questionnaire. To measure students' understanding of mathematical concepts, semester exam questions are used. The conclusion of this study is the average value of students' understanding of mathematical concepts in terms of gender and learning style, specifically: a) Visual (male 67.50 and female 80.55); b) Auditorial (male 72.50 and female 83.57); Kinesthetic (Male 72.50 and Female 80.00); Auditorial-Kinesthetic (female 80.00). Keywords: Mathematical Concepts, Gender, Learning Styles

This research belong to class action research was conducted in 2 cycle. Each cycle consisted of planning, Action, Observation, Evaluation,and reflection. Meanwhile the achievement indicators in this research was the increase of mean scores of activities and the increase of completion percentage in each cycle. The results of cycle 1 indicated learning activities which equal to 77,38 and cycle 2 was equal 85,71. In addition, the classical completion was 70,25 % in cycle 1 and 80,26% in cycle 2. Therefore, the application of CUPs learning model was able to increase the activities and learning achievements in mathematical of X grade students of SMAN 7 Mataram.      Key Words : CUPs Learning Model, Learning Activity, Learning Achievement
