Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program pemerintah yaitu program percepatan hak milik tanah yang berguna bagi masyarakat atas hak kepemilikan tanah. Penulis memakai penelitian hukum empiris yaitu mengkaji dan meneliti gejala di lapangan untuk dianalisi menggunakan analisa hukum. Hasil dari penelitian meliputi pelaksanaan program pemerintah yang terdiri dari 7 tahapan yaitu tahap penyuluhan, pengumpulan data fisik, pengumpulan data yuridis, pemeriksaan tanah, pengumuman dan penetapan hak, pembukuan hak, penerbitan dan penyerahan sertifikat. Keseluruhan tahapan PTSL telah dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Abstract. This study aims to determine the government's program, namely the acceleration program for land ownership rights which is useful for the community for land ownership rights. The author uses empirical legal research, which is to examine and examine symptoms in the field to be analyzed using legal analysis. The results of the research include the implementation of government programs which consist of 7 stages, namely the counseling stage, physical data collection, juridical data collection, land inspection, announcement and determination of rights, bookkeeping of rights, issuance and delivery of certificates. All stages of PTSL have been carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Abstract

MI Muhammadiyah 6 Nglegok Jenangan Ponorogo is an educational institution under the auspices of the world's largest organization, Muhammadiyah. In their learning, MI Muhammadiyah 6 Nglegok Jenangan Ponorogo uses the Team Teaching method so that the teaching and learning process can run well and by the targets set by the madrasa. This study aims to describe the management of Team Teaching, the supporting and inhibiting factors of Team Teaching management at MI Muhammamdiyah 6 Nglegok Jenangan Ponorogo. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach directed to the field and uses a general system that does not require a theoretical study. In this research, the data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation methods to answer the management of Team Teaching at MI Muhammadiyah 6 Nglegok Jenangan Ponorogo. The results of this study were concluded as follows: (1) Management of the Teaching Team at MI Muhammadiyah 6 Nglegok Jenangan Ponorogo in one class led by two teachers, where one teacher focused on etiquette and general subjects, while the other teacher focused on al Qur'an or tahfidz and spiritual lessons; (2) Supporting factors in implementing the Team Teaching method in madrasas are the existence of a development team, Madrasa Heads, Teachers, Students and also adequate infrastructure, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of communication with parents so that there are still many parents who do not understand the program. Is in the Madrasa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and provide understanding to the general public about designs and methods in shaping morals in school children through the subject of Islamic Religious Education. This study uses qualitative methods, namely descriptive research. Data obtained through the processing of data from respondents with observations and interviews, detailed data analysis by coding the data, namely the process of processing data or information material into written segments before interpreting it. The results showed several ways that were used in shaping student morals at SMPN 1 Kauman, including; Teachers participate in religious activities held at schools, teachers participate in making rules and schedule each activity they do, habituation through PAI material which is usually described in class, Habitual prayer dzuhur in congregation, BTQ (read and write Al-Qur'an 'an), Tahfidz (memorizing Al-Qur'an) and Kultum Friday morning. In this way, students of SMPN 1 Kauman were successfully implanted.

Abstract

Our nation seems to have lost the local wisdom that has become the nation's cultural character since centuries ago. Some of the many cases that occur in Indonesia are the influence of association and morals and beliefs, which significantly affect the nature of students. The process of nurturing the independence and discipline of students is very influential in shaping the character of students who will become more mature and obedient to existing regulations. This study aims to determine how the role of caregivers in shaping the independent character and discipline of students at Al Mawaddah Islamic Boarding School Coper Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative approach. The formation of independent and disciplined character in the research location has been carried out starting from the beginning of the acceptance of new students. The rules that must be obeyed have been listed from the start. The consequences that are accepted if you violate the laws must also be understood by the students. Supporting factors in forming independent and disciplined characters, the presence of colleagues who can increase the students' enthusiasm in carrying out the activities carried out. While the inhibiting factors include students who do not feel at home in a boarding house, it is challenging to build their character because they are still adapting to a new atmosphere with a new life.

Abstract

The position of the insured credit life insurance in the bank that handles the insurance company as the insurer and the banking company as the policy holder, which provides credit and terms that require a balanced and direct relationship. This is important, because the different interests of this large industry are related to the insured. For this reason, the insured credit life insurance company needs legal protection with special arrangements, which are based on existing norms. Abstract

Keberadaan alumni dari sekolah menengah merupakan hal yang penting sebagai track record dari kesuksesan suatu sekolah dalam mendidik siswanya. Aplikasi pengolah data alumni sekolah yang berbasis web sangat diperlukan penggunaanya sebagai sebuah database penampung data dari alumni yang terstruktur dan mudah diakses. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi data alumni berbasis web dengan studi kasus SMAN 3 Ponorogo yang kedepannya dapat memudahkan para alumni maupun pihak sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu pengembangan system yaitu Flowchart, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) serta dengan memakai Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan HTML dan menggunakan database yaitu MySQL. Web ini dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam melakukan pendataan alumni dan para alumni masih tetap bisa mengetahui informasi mengenai sekolah mereka sehingga tetap bisa berinteraksi ketika diadakan reuni.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of teacher competence either individually or simultaneously on students' discipline attitudes. This research method is quantitative and descriptive. In measuring the research variables, the researcher tested the instrument first, namely the validity and reliability tests, while measuring the two variables' influence using a simple linear correlation and regression formula. To prove these problems, the authors conducted research at MI Al-Basyariyah Balong with the object of study being teachers and students in grades IV, V and VI, taking samples of 63 students and 25 educators. Based on the results of the analysis of research data from the two variables, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between teacher competence on student discipline at MI Al-Basyariyah Balong. This is evidenced by statistical calculation data with a correlation test that rcount is greater than rtable with a respondent's confidence level of 25 teachers and 63 students. The story of the influence of teacher competence on student discipline is 73.2%, and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
