Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Wawo Kabupaten Bima secara parsial dan secara simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif, dengan sampel 30 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen peneitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, kusioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi berganda, korelasi berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t (parsial), dan uji F (simultan). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dibuktikan dengan nilai uji t sebesar 3,336 dan Sig 0,002. Sedangkan budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai uji t 2,076 dan Sig 0,048. Selanjutnya disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja secara simultan dengan nilai uji F sebesar 6,522 dan Sig 0,005.Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Bima. Tenik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan sample 49 responden PNS pada Dinas Tenaga kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Bima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja pegawai sebesar 61,2%.

Abstract

 Abstract. Raba village is one in Bima which is famous for its large turmeric yields in Wawo District. However, the processing carried out by the people of Raba Village is still very traditional, that is, they only sell their agricultural or plantation products without making other materials of economic value. STIE Bima KKN students gave one of their programs, namely empowering the Wawo village community by making turmeric in the manufacture of Wawo's typical sour turmeric herbal drink which is packaged well and has economic value in developing the community's economy. The methods used in Community Service (PKM) activities are preparation and observation, research and product formulation, and training and development. able to increase the knowledge, skills of the people of Raba Village and can add high economic value from the potential of existing turmeric. This can be seen from the changes in the economic pattern of the community, which initially only marketed and sold in traditional markets, with the presence of processed turmeric into healthy drinks, the community's economy can be improved, not only for the surrounding community, but also for the wider community. The results of this activity are highly appreciated by the Raba Village Government and the Wawo sub-district for having succeeded in forming entrepreneurial community groups as business partners and willing to process and develop turmeric as a basic ingredient of herbal medicine. Abstrak. Desa Raba merupakan salah satu di Bima yang terkenal  dengan hasil kunyit yang cukup besar di Kecamatan Wawo. Namun, pengolahan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Desa Raba masih sangat tradisional, yaitu hanya menjual hasil pertanian atau perkebunannya tersebut tanpa dibuat bahan lain yang bernilai ekonomis. Mahasiswa KKN STIE Bima memberikan salah satu programnya yaitu memberdayakan masyarakat desa wawo dengan menjadikan kunyit dalam pembuatan minuman jamu kunyit asam khas wawo yang dikemas dengan baik dan mempunyai nilai ekonomis dalam pengembangan perekonomian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yaitu persiapan dan observasi, riset dan formulsi produk , dan pelatihan dan pengembangan. mampu menambah pengetahuan, keterampilan masyarakat Desa Raba serta dapat menambah nilai ekonomis yang tinggi dari potensi kunyit yang ada. Hal tersebut terlihat dari adanya perubahan pola ekonomi masyarakat, yang semula hanya memasarkan dan menjual pada pasar tradisional, dengan adanya olahan kunyit menjadi minuman sehat, perekonomian masyarakat dapat ditingkatkan, bukan hanya pada masyarakat sekitar saja, namun pada khalayak masyarakat luas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini sangat di apresiasi oleh Pemerintah Desa Raba dan camat wawo karena telah berhasil membentuk kelompok masyarakat yang berwirausaha sebaga  mitra usaha dan mau mengolah serta mengembangkan kunyit sebagai bahan dasar jamu.

Abstract

Non-physical work environment is one aspect that must be considered in an agency because this will affect job satisfaction. A poor non-physical work environment is feared that it can reduce employee job satisfaction so that the work done will feel unpleasant to complete. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Bima Regency Cooperative and UMKM Office. This research is associative type. The population used was as many as 31 respondents using saturated sampling techniques so that the sample in this study was the entire population of 31 respondents. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire with data analysis techniques validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, simple correlation analysis, hypothesis testing (T test) and determination test. Based on the results of this study concluded that the non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima Regency Cooperative and UMKM Office. This is evidenced by the t test value of 14,829 and sig 0,000. The determinant test shows that job satisfaction is influenced by the non-physical work environment by 98%, while the remaining 8% is influenced by other factors not included in this study

Abstract

Melimpahnya hasil pertanian berupa ubi kayu didesa Raba belum dapat meningkatakan pendapatan para petani, selama ini hasil panen ubi kayu hanya dijadikan bahan makanan tambahan, dan beberapa olahan tradisional untuk di jual. Kondisi ini disebabkan masih kurang pamahaman dan keterampilan dari warga dalam pengolahan ubi kayu yang memiliki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi. Kondisi ini menjadi sadar dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dengan tujuan  memberdayakan masyarakat desa Raba dalam pengolahan ubi kayu sebagai bahan dasar pebuatan tepung singkong. Kegitan ini bermitra dengan kelompok usaha ruamahan olahan singkong di Desa Raba yang berjumlah dua kelompok. Metode dalam kegitan PkM ini adalah metode knowledge transfer dan Model Community development yaitu pendekatan yang melibatkan mitra secara langsung sebagai obyek dan subyek dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Adapun tahapan-tahapan dalam kegitan PkM ini adalah persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegitan pemberdayaan antara lain 1) meningkatkan pemahaman mitra dalam pengolahan ubi kayu, 2) terbentuknya keterampilan mitra dalam pengolahan ubi kayu menjadi tepung singkong, 3) produk berupa tepung singkong dalam bentuk kemasan, dan 4) terbentuknya unit usaha baru dalam pengelolaan dan pengolahan singkong berbasis ruamh tangga. Kegitan masih perlu dilakukan pendampingan secara kontinu agar mitra benar-benar dapat mandiri dalam pengelolaan dan pengolahan ubi kayu menjadi priduk tepung yang higienis memiliki sertifikat halal. Community Empowerment Through Training in Processing Cassava into Cassava Flour  The abundance of agricultural products in the form of cassava in Raba village has not been able to increase the income of farmers, so far the cassava harvest has only been used as additional food ingredients, and some traditional preparations are for sale. This condition is due to the lack of understanding and skills of the residents in processing cassava which has a higher selling value. This condition became aware that Community Service (PkM) activities were carried out with the aim of empowering the Raba village community in processing cassava as a basic ingredient for making cassava flour. This activity is in partnership with two groups of cassava processed domestic businesses in Raba Village. The methods in this PkM activity are the knowledge transfer method and the Community development model, namely an approach that involves partners directly as objects and subjects in the implementation of community service activities. The stages in this PkM activity are preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the empowerment activities include 1) increasing the understanding of partners in processing cassava, 2) forming partner skills in processing cassava into cassava flour, 3) products in the form of cassava flour in the form of packaging, and 4) the formation of a new business unit in the management and processing of cassava. household-based. Activities still need continuous assistance so that partners can truly be independent in the management and processing of cassava into hygienic flour products that have a halal certificate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Kopetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Sicepat Ekspres Bima. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 30 orang dengan sampel karywan tetap sejumlah 30 orang. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji T, dan uji F dengan diolah menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kopentensi sumber daya manusia (SDM)(X1) dan komunikasi (X2) secara bersamaan (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan Sicepat Ekspres Bima.

Abstract

Garbage is a problem that is quite difficult to handle in Indonesia, converting used goods into reusable goods can help reduce environmental pollution. Creativity in the use of used goods into handicrafts is a good enough solution to turn waste into useful items again, and even have a selling value. The purpose of this service is to provide training to the community, especially teenagers, to be creative in one of the new economic concepts that intensifies information and creativity and Human Resources (HR) as the most important production factor. Products produced from the creative economy are products that have characteristics, are unique, and are different from others. This community service activity is included in one of the work programs for Real Work Lectures (KKN) located in the Sarae village, Rasanae Barat sub-district, Bima City in 2020. The stages in this training activity are Program Socialization, Creative Class, Utilization of handicrafts and Evaluation. The result of this training activity is that the community, especially teenagers, develop their creativity and utilize that creativity to support the family economy and the environmental impact can be overcome.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training related to the manufacture of various flavored fried onions for the community, especially housewives in Donggobolo Village, Woha District, Bima Regency and to find out the response of housewives in Donggobolo Village to training in making packaged fried onions. The method of this community service activity uses the lecture method, demonstration, question and answer method and exercises in the manufacture and processing of fried onions. This training involved members of the Real Work Lecture students who were accompanied by assistant lecturers from the Management Study Program and housewives in Donggobolo Village. There are results from training on making fried onions of various flavors conducted by housewives in Donggobolo Village, namely (1) the results of the evaluation of processed fried onions made by training participants are generally in the good category with an average success of 75%, (2) The response from housewives to the implementation of the training on making fried onions was very enthusiastic, seen from the attendance reaching 90% and participating in the activity from beginning to end.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and the environment on turnover attention of employees of Oppo Kota Bima. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study conclude that the workload has an influence on the work environment of the Bima City oppo employees, where the t value of 8.325 is greater than the t table value of 2.036 (8.325 2.036) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 ( 0,000,0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of company employees at partners PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Bima. This research was conducted at Partners PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Bima. This research was conducted using associative research. The population used in this research is 46 employees of the contract at partners of PT. PLN (Persero) Ulp. Bima City are 46 employees. With a research sample of 34 permanent employees, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used, 1, observation, 2 documentation, 3, questionnaire 4, literature study. The data analysis technique used is, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis test (t test and F test). The results of this study indicate that Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously influence the Company's Employee Organizational Commitment at Partners PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Bima.
