Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of variable financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction simultaneously and partially. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 36 employees and the research sample used was a saturated sample of 36 employees at PT. Kawi brilliant Bima. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study simultaneously show that financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Sig value. The F which is obtained is 0,000. The results of the study partially show that financial compensation has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig value. t of -283. The result of the research is partially known that non-financial compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig.t value of 5,563

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap pengembangan potensi dan kinerja pegawai di BPMDES Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian ini berjenis asosiatif, penelitian dilakukan melalui pengisian pertanyaan oleh pegawai KPP di BPMDES Kabupaten Bima. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh pegawai yang bekerja di BPMDES Kabupaten Bima yang berjumlah 71 orang terdiri dari 15 orang Honorer daerah, 12 orang sukarela dan 44 orang ASN. Teknik sampling yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tehnik nonprobability sampling, tehnik sampling ini memberi peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk di pilih menjadi sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yang digunakan yaitu observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka, teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linera sederhana, koefisien korelasi sederhana, uji determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan teknologi informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan potensi dan kinerja pegawai di BPMDES Kabupaten Bima dengan tingkat hubungan teknologi informasi terhadap pengembangan potensi pegawai di BPMDES Kabupaten Bima adalah kuat, sedangkan tingkat hubungan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPMDES Kabupaten Bima adalah rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee interpersonal communication skills on achievement motivation at KSP Mandiri Utama Raba branch, Kota Bima. This type of research is associative, the research instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this study were 32 employees at KSP Mandiri Utama Raba Branch, Bima City. The sample in this study were all employees at KSP Mandiri Utama Raba Branch, Bima City as many as 32 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation, determination test and t test. The results showed that there was an influence between interpersonal communication on achievement motivation at KSP Mandiri Utama Raba Branch of Bima City with t value greater than t table (9.999 2.042) and the form of the effect was significant.

Abstract

 Abstract. Raba village is one in Bima which is famous for its large turmeric yields in Wawo District. However, the processing carried out by the people of Raba Village is still very traditional, that is, they only sell their agricultural or plantation products without making other materials of economic value. STIE Bima KKN students gave one of their programs, namely empowering the Wawo village community by making turmeric in the manufacture of Wawo's typical sour turmeric herbal drink which is packaged well and has economic value in developing the community's economy. The methods used in Community Service (PKM) activities are preparation and observation, research and product formulation, and training and development. able to increase the knowledge, skills of the people of Raba Village and can add high economic value from the potential of existing turmeric. This can be seen from the changes in the economic pattern of the community, which initially only marketed and sold in traditional markets, with the presence of processed turmeric into healthy drinks, the community's economy can be improved, not only for the surrounding community, but also for the wider community. The results of this activity are highly appreciated by the Raba Village Government and the Wawo sub-district for having succeeded in forming entrepreneurial community groups as business partners and willing to process and develop turmeric as a basic ingredient of herbal medicine. Abstrak. Desa Raba merupakan salah satu di Bima yang terkenal  dengan hasil kunyit yang cukup besar di Kecamatan Wawo. Namun, pengolahan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Desa Raba masih sangat tradisional, yaitu hanya menjual hasil pertanian atau perkebunannya tersebut tanpa dibuat bahan lain yang bernilai ekonomis. Mahasiswa KKN STIE Bima memberikan salah satu programnya yaitu memberdayakan masyarakat desa wawo dengan menjadikan kunyit dalam pembuatan minuman jamu kunyit asam khas wawo yang dikemas dengan baik dan mempunyai nilai ekonomis dalam pengembangan perekonomian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yaitu persiapan dan observasi, riset dan formulsi produk , dan pelatihan dan pengembangan. mampu menambah pengetahuan, keterampilan masyarakat Desa Raba serta dapat menambah nilai ekonomis yang tinggi dari potensi kunyit yang ada. Hal tersebut terlihat dari adanya perubahan pola ekonomi masyarakat, yang semula hanya memasarkan dan menjual pada pasar tradisional, dengan adanya olahan kunyit menjadi minuman sehat, perekonomian masyarakat dapat ditingkatkan, bukan hanya pada masyarakat sekitar saja, namun pada khalayak masyarakat luas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini sangat di apresiasi oleh Pemerintah Desa Raba dan camat wawo karena telah berhasil membentuk kelompok masyarakat yang berwirausaha sebaga  mitra usaha dan mau mengolah serta mengembangkan kunyit sebagai bahan dasar jamu.

GENERATING ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT FOR STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN CAMPUS LIFE INTRODUCTION FOR NEW STUDENTS (PKKMB) OF SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU EKONOMI BIMA. Higher education is a place to continue higher education, so adaptive, creative and innovative breakthroughs are needed to attract fresh gradations for the development of science to fulfill the study of prospective new students in the transition phase to become more mature and self-sufficient and accelerate the process of adapting students to the environment. new students and provisions for the success of studying at STIE Bima so that an Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) is needed with the aim of forming and realizing the character of superior, independent and responsible students. Therefore, tertiary institutions have an important role in producing quality graduates that can be used by stakeholders, the initial stimulus carried out by the Bima College of Economics (STIE) in producing complete human resources, namely by entrepreneurial exploration in PKKMB STIE Bima activities. fostering an entrepreneurial spirit for new students who do not yet have soft skills, knowledge and business skills. Participatory activity approach with the method of transferring knowledge from lecturers through the provision of PKKMB materials, observation and interviews with several informants during the entrepreneurship bazaar. The results showed that PKKMB participants were aware of business opportunities, were communicative and were confident when promoting their products during the bazaar.

Abstract

Work performance due to a mere coincidence, many influencing factors, work performance will be achieved if the work plans are carried out in accordance with the assigned tasks. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of compensation on employee performance at the Bima City Social Service office. To find out the significant effect on employee performance at the Bima City Social Service, and to determine the significant effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at the Bima City Social Service. The type of research used in this research is by using associative research. In this study, the instrument used in the operationalization variable is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. In this study, the sample that will be used by the author is 32 ASN with a sampling technique using (Purposive Sampling). Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded by observing the t test and f test, the conclusions are as follows, There is no significant effect between compensation on work performance at the Bima City Social Service, there is a significant influence between motivation on work performance at the Bima City Social Service and there is a significant influence of compensation and motivation on work performance at the Social Service of Bima City.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi.Potensi sumber daya manusia pada hakekatnya adalah salah satu modal yang memegang suatu peranan penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan alat penelitian adalah kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 orang dan sampel 36 orang dengan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan, Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara insentif dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Social Service Office. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. For sampling, a technique (purposive sampling) was used by determining the sample as respondents were all 32 state civil servants (ASN) at the Bima City Social Service office. employee job satisfaction at the Social Service Office with a tcount of -63.985, so the decision was taken that Ha was accepted, while the significance level was 0.000 which stated that Ho was rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work stress on employee productivity at CV Surya Superior Sentosa (SUS) Bima City. This type of research is associative with the research tool is a questionnaire. The population in this study were 40 employees and the sampling technique using a saturated sample was all employees at CV. Surya Abadi Sentosa excelled as many as 40 people with the sample. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a partially significant effect of motivation on employee work productivity, there is a partially significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance, there is a simultaneous influence of motivation and work stress on employee productivity.
