Abstract

As this far Indonesia which well-known as agrarian country is still undertaking massive import of rice considering the undeniable disaster; therefore, the farmer exchanging value in Indonesia is experiencing a sharp decrease where many farmers gain financial loss. The aim to optimize is to determine the grained-rice price (win-win solution) in which it is the fair solution for both sides by eliminating the price difference that occurs form not linier programme optimizing method by Fibonacci technique. The agreement of grained-rice price on December 2001 (s=1%) is Rp 1540,00/kg ; (s=5%) is Rp 1490,00/kg and on (s=10%) is Rp 1420,00/kg. on January 2002 (s=1%) is Rp 1610,00/kg ; (s=5%) is Rp 1550,00/kg and on (s=10%) is Rp 1480,00/kg; on March 2002 (s=1%) is Rp 1900,00/kg; (s=5%) is Rp 1850,00/kg and on (s=10%) is Rp 1770,00/kg.

Abstract

This research aims to know the level of employees satisfaction, influence of compensation variables and which variable that may influence the level of employees satisfactory, also to know the position of each compensation variable toward level of employees satisfaction in Kopi Banyuatis Company. One of method that’s applied in this research was survey method. Data of this research were collected by spreading the questionnaire to 48 chosen respondents. The test which is done in this research, there are validity test, reliability test, index of satisfaction test, F test, and importance performance analysis. Result of the research shows that the level of employees satisfactory is as high as 82,43 percent toward variable of company compensation. The twelve chosen variables are very significantly influenced toward the level of employees satisfactory. Position of each variable which included in quadrant I are: the variable of company policy, responsibility of manager toward their task, chance for employees to pray, variable of comfortable working environment, comfortable working area, amount of salary, amount of employees social security, amount of holiday allowances, working uniform, rights leave fulfillment, and dispensation for illness, and self training & developing for employees.

Abstract

Policy of product increase of national rice requires the development of adequate post harvest handling to improve efficiency, decreasing of losing crop, improving rendemen, added value, and competitiveness. This was done in order to improve earnings and prosperity of farmer in is the rural areas. Efforts to improve side of offfarm paddy especially its postharvest nowadays become attention to be handled seriously.Activity of this training aims at: (1) forming paddy crop group as development of business unit; ( 2) empowering of beginner paddy crop group so that they can apply postharvest technology and manage its agribusiness well; ( 3) training farmers to apply power thresher to minimize losing paddy crop. Participant target in this activity is group member of Subak Desa of Gianyar Regency.The result of this community services activity are as follows ( 1) Socialization of postharvest paddy have improved the understanding of beginner group member of paddy harvest so that they can contribute in lessening the lose paddy crop; ( 2) Forming crop group as the institution for empowering member of subak for developing of business unit; and ( 3) Applied training of power thresher can improve skillful harvest group members to minimize the lose of paddy crop in threshing.

Abstract

Expected objective in this IbM is an increase in the production capacity of 400-500 bottles / month to 1000 bottles / month and the improvement of the quality of processing of grapes. Increasing knowledge and skills of farmers in post-harvest handling of the grapes. Empowerment of farmers' management of business management grapes. The products can be sold with appropriate packaging labeling requirements. Longer shelf life of the product with a broader marketing reach. The movement of the economy of rural communities, community activities increased, the growth of farmers invitation partnership business unit and ultimately increased revenue and reduced poverty. Grape juice product has been tested against a component of vitamin C and Anthocyanin content in juice. Dodol products also performed testing of vitamin C and contains antosianinnya. The test results indicate that grape juice contains vitamin C as much as 5.456 mg per 100 g of material and anthocyanin content 8025 mg per 100 g of material, while lunkhead grapes contain vitamin C and anthocyanin content of each is 8.828 mg per 100 g of material and 82.760 mg per 100 g of material. Grape juice products and dodol already marketed. Market segment has been up stalls and outlets in the city of Singaraja and Denpasar. Both of these products have also been promoted within the campus of the University of Udayana during the workshop on Biodiversity of Agriculture on May 15, 2015. This product is highly preferred by consumers proved a number of 150 bottles at a price of Rp 7,000 sold, while lunkhead grapes at a price of Rp. 1,250 as many as 100 seeds. Prromosi also performed on Agricultural Products Festival exhibition held at the Badung regency Tukad Bangkung Pelaga, District of Badung regency evening the number of sales turnover dodol 4,000 seeds with a value of Rp 5,000,000 and products Juzy Grapes 1,000 bottles with a value of Rp. 7,000,000.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the customer satisfaction through Quality Function Deployment (QFD). This was a case study in CV. Tirta Tamanbali that producing drinking water located in Bangli regency. Design used in this research was Quality Function Deployment (QFD). QFD was used in order to gain voice customer and building house of quality to determine current product of CV. Tirta Tamanbali. Identification of attribute of customer interest, evaluation of customer satisfaction and customer interest are the purpose of this research. The result showed that attributes of customer interest are no moss, no taste, no smell, purity, hygienic manufacturing process, available in small and large shops, distribution channels reaching the whole Bali, resilience and strength of packaging, environmentally friendly, discounts for purchasing in large quantities, ergonomic packaging, available in various size, customer care, demineralization, oxygen, competitive price, and affordable to all segments of the market. Available in small and large stalls, distribution channels, resilience and strength of packaging did not meet the customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the components of the cost of the processing Arabica coffee in wet and dry, to calculate the cost of Arabica coffee processing in wet and dry and to calculate the value -added processing Arabica coffee in the wet and dry. Data collection methods were nonparticipant observation, questionnaires and documentation. Sampling was set at 27 samples. Data processing method used was the grouping of coffee processing cost components, calculate the total cost of processing coffee, rice coffee reduction sale value and the average cost of processing coffee. The results showed that the cost components in the wet coffee processing were raw materials, water, labor, coffee processing machines, and ancillary equipment. Cost components in the dry coffee processing were raw materials, labor, coffee processing machines, and ancillary equipment . Cost of the wet Arabica coffee processing was Rp7340.89/Kg and cost of the dry Arabica coffee processing was Rp4271.58/Kg. The added value of Arabica coffee in the wet processing was Rp770.22/Kg and dry processing was Rp18.59/Kg which means that the wet coffee processing more profitable for farmers.

Abstract

Forecasting is an important tool for the company to be more effective and efficient. The purposes of this study were to determine the best forecasting method to forecast sales of soy sauce products, and to forecast sales of soy sauce in the future by using the best forecasting method at the Manalagi Soy Sauce Company in Denpasar. The study used four methods of forecasting, namely moving average, exponential smoothing, linear trend, and non-linear trend. Error level from each method was calculated by of Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Results of the study show that the best forecasting method to forecast the sales of soy sauce at Manalagi Soy Sauce Company in Denpasar is trend linier method. This method has the lowest error compare to the other forecasting method, in forecasting sales of soy sauce bottle size 625 ml obtained MAD value of 1.984,54, MSE of 8.850.382,64, and MAPE by 2%, while for forecasting sales of soy sauce refill size 625 ml obtained MAD value of 2440.27, MSE of 8972737.56 and MAPE by 4%. Abstract

Motivation is willingnessto make efforts to achieve organizational goals conditioned by the effort's ability to meet the needs of a particularindividual. The purposes of this study were to determine : (i) the factorsof external and internal motivation that can affect employee productivity and (ii) the motivation factors that are the most dominant influencing employee productivity at UD. Pia Bali Sinar Abadi. This study used primary data was obtained fromrespondents through questionnaires. The collected data was analysed byusing factor analysis. The results show that there ware six factors of external motivation, namely physical work environment, remuneration, status, implementation and administration of the company, social work environment, supervision and three factors of internal motivation namely the work itself, responsibility, and achievement significantly influenced employee productivity at UD. Pia Bali Sinar Abadi. The most dominant factor influenced the employeeproductivity in UD. Pia Bali Sinar Abadi wasfactor of responsibility withextraction value of 0.819. Abstract

This study aims to create a structural model of system development ornamental flowers. Ornamental flowers are needed horticultural crops in Bali. The number of ornamental flowers in Bali needs greater than the sum of production in Bali so that should bring ornamental flowers from outside Bali. The solution of these problems is to create a system of ornamental flower development in Bali in hopes of providing a reference for farmers, farmer groups, employers and others who will develop ornamental flowers. This study uses the technique ISM (Interpretative Structural Modelling) method involving expert with as many as 5 experts, which consists of the Office of Government, practitioners, and academics. Elements involved in the ISM technique reasearch are (1) the public sector is affected, (2) the need for development, (3) the main constraint, (4) possible changes, (5) the impact and development objectives, (6) a benchmark in development, and (7) the relevant institutions. The study produced sub key elements of each of these elements, namely: (1) production facilities providers, (2) the availability of land, (3) lack of integrated management, (4) increased production, (5) increasing farmers' income, (6 ) increasing the productivity and production of ornamental flowers in Bali, and (7) farmer groups.

Abstract

Thisresearch aimed to measure and analyze the component which contribute to production productivity of the Perusahaan Kecap Manalagi Denpasar, that produces sweet soy sauce and salty soy sauce. The method used to measure productivity of the company was Objective Matrix (OMAX). There are 6 ratios that have been adapted to the condition of the company; the ratio had already included the criteria of efficiency and effectiveness. The result showed that the highest productivity index level intotal achieved during the measurement on consecutive period of 2014 there were in Juni on 701.9 and the lowest of 149.5 in March.Based on the analysis contribute components of the productivity ratio on the productivity in the production of Perusahaan Kecap Manalagi the highestproductivity value there were in ratio of 5 769.5 and the lowest producitivity value in ratio of 6 468.6.Factors that trigger this low productivity were the performance of the company interms of quality of production and labors are not in a good condition
