Abstract

This study aims were to analyze the development of Pineapple Chip Businesses (Medium Small Micro Business and next will be written as UMKM) of Berkat Bersama in Kampar District and to know the influence factors of the business development UMKM Berkat Bersama. In its development, the Berkat Bersama business has used various strategies in order to avoid major obstacles that can hamper the progress of Pineapple Chip Business. In this research, the data was gotten of the interview using key information to get accurate information. In determining the research subject, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling means the sample is taken deliberately. It means that the researchers determine their own based on certain considerations. So, the sample was not taken randomly, but determined by the researcher. The research method was a descriptive analysis that explains the research variable description and its explanation based on the research results of data reduction, data presentation, and the conclusion. After analyzing the data, the researcher concluded that the development of Pineapple Chip Business (UMKM) Berkat Bersama was a good product. Started from the planting, management, and packaging was keep the cleanness and taste. In supporting business development in the long term, UMKM Berkat Bersama collaborates with various partners. The collaborative effort was considered as one of the supporting factors to the development of Berkat Bersama Business. Another supporting factor was community participation and availability of raw materials, and so on. The community participation had a positive influence on Pineapple Chip business. Besides that, the hinder factors were limited time and high transportation costs.Keywords: Products, Human Resources, Network Marketing

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resources in a company to be able to produce quality products amid business competition in the globalization era. Human resources are an important role for the success of the PTPN V palm oil mill company Lubuk Dalam unit, Siak Regency because humans are living assets that need to be maintained and developed. To increase work productivity company employees must pay attention to what factors serve as a support in influencing work productivity. This research was conducted at the PTPN V palm oil mill company Lubuk Dalam unit, Siak Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of Employee Production Prooductivity at the PTPN V Oil Palm Plant in Lubuk Dalam unit, Siak Regency. The sample of this study was taken as many as 104 respondents but due to the impact of Covid19, the researchers only obtained 60 respondents using the sampling method. In this research the method used is descriptive and quantitative. Data obtained from interviews and questionnaires / questionnaires were then tested with statistics through the SPSS program. The analytical method used in this study is simple and multiple regression analysis, and by passing the validity test and the reliability test. In this study the results obtained were that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) had a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity. at the Palm Oil Mill PTPN V Lubuk Dalam unit, Siak Regency.Keywords: Occupational Safety Health (K3), Discipline Work, Productivity Work

Abstract

This research was conducted at Rafa Laundry Klindocare Duri. This business is engaged in cloth washing services. The purpose of this research is to formulate competitive strategy formulation at Rafa Laundry Klindocare. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach, where in this research do not use population and sample only use key informant to get information needed. The data used are primary and secondary data. From the analysis results can be seen that there are several alternative strategies that can be used as a tool to win the competition on Rafa Laundry industry. Abstract

This research aims to find out how big the influence of price discount, bonus pack and instore display against impulse buying. The samples on this research taken as many as 100 respondents and techniques used is probability sampling. The data in this study using the method of accidental sampling through a questionnaire filled out by visitors. Data retrieved using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show the price discount effect significantly to impulse buying. Bonus pack effect significantly to impulse buying. Instore display effect significantly to impulse buying. And simultaneous price discount, bonus pack and instore display has an impact on impulse buying.Keywords: price discount, bonus pack, instore displays, impulse buying

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to implement the marketing strategy at Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Hospital. The sample in this study was taken as many as 4 respondents consisting of Key Informants, namely Marketing Managers and 3 supplementary information, namely patients Eye Center Pekanbaru Eye Hospital. The technique used is Snowball Sampling Technique. The data in this study using the Triangulation method through interviews with consumers. Data obtained from the results of interviews with Key Informants were then cross-checked with complementary informants and then processed to be tested with qualitative methods. The results of the analysis using qualitative data analysis, because the data obtained in the form of information. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the marketing strategy of Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Hospital has been successful.Keywords : Marketing Strategies, Marketing Implementation, Qualitative Research

Abstract

The research was conducted at Zanafa Bookstore located on Jl HR. Subrantas Metropolitan City Complex (MTC) / GIANT. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of Differentiation Strategies on Customer Loyalty in Zanafa Bookstore.In this research the methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS program, where the population in this research is the customer in Zanafa Bookstore. For sampling using slovin formula, the sampling method with accidental sampling is as many as 100 people. The research data are primary data and secondary data, with questionnaire as research instrument.From the results of data analysis that includes test validity, reliability, simple linear regression, test determination (R2) and t-test. The results showed that differentiation strategy significantly influence customer loyalty. This can be seen from the value of tcount (4.201)> ttabel (1,984). So that the number obtained R. Square (R2) of 0.153. This shows that the percentage of contribution of independent variable (Differentiation Strategy) to the bonded variable (Customer Loyalty) is 15.3% and the relationship given is weak by 0.15. While the remaining percentage of 84.7% (100% - 15.3%) is influenced by other variables that are not included or not observed in this research.Keywords: Differentiation Strategy, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The development of business nowadays claim theirself to give the best and to do the improvement not only for the service but also their product. The dinamyc competition enable the business not to find the new customer, but to defend them for a loyal so that they don’t interest to the other business. One of the customer loyalty strategy is Customer Relationship Marketing and Brand Trust. This reserach analyzes the influence of Customer Relationship Marketing and Brand Trust to Customer Loyalty on PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) branch Pekanbaru.This research use the questioner with Likert scale analized by validity, reliability,doubled linear regressionanalysis, determination coefficient, individual signification (t experiment),simultaneous (F experiment) with SPSS 20 application. There are 96 sample on this research where the calculation using Slovin formula.The trial show that customer relationship marketing and brand trust make the positive and significant influence to customer loyalty. Determination coefficient (R2) show that customer relationship marketing and brand trust variable influence 83% tocustomer loyalty variable, while the 17% influenced by the other variable that not include on this reserach.Keywords: Customer Relationship Marketing, Brand Trust, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Product Quality on consumer purchase intention of motorcyle honda Scoopy (Consumer Survey At PT.Capella Dinamika Nusantara Duri). The Brand Image as a variabel (X1), Product Quality as variabel (X2) and Consumer purchase intention as variabel (Y). This research was conducted at PT.Capella Dinamik Nusantara Duri, and took the number of respondents is 100 people. The data from the questiommaire id further processed using statitical analysis that is simple linier analysis, multiple linier analysis, determination analysis, and significance test with t test (partial), F (simultaneous) test. The results showed that the test results of the first test hypotesis that is brand image to consumer purchase intention is tcount (8,992) > t table (1,984) means brand image significant effect on consumer purchase intention. Both product quality of consumer purchase intention is tcount (8,798) > t table (1,984) meaning there is significant influence between product quality to consumer purcahse intention. F test result of brand image and product quality of consumer purchase intention are F arithmetic (73,464) > F table (3,090). This means that the brand image ad product quality simultaneously significantly influence consumer buying intention.Keywords : Brand Image, Product Quality, Consumer Purchase Intention.

This research was conducted at Hotel Pusako Bukittinggi. Soekarno Hatta street, No. 7 Bukittinggi. Hotel Pusako Bukittinggi chosen as a test site for Pusako Bukittinggi has a significant problem that the room occupancy rate in the last 5 years not mencapapi targets set by the hotel. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the influence of experiential marketing and brand image of the customer loyalty Pusako Bukittinggi.In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that customers Pusako Bukittinggi. To determine the sample using the formula Slovin, sampling with accidental sampling method. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and questionnaires,From the results of this study shows experiential marketing variables have a positive influence on customer loyalty Pusako Hotel Bukittinggi. And the brand image variable partially has a positive influence on customer loyalty Pusako Hotel Bukittinggi. And then simultaneously experiential marketing and brand image have a positive effect on customer loyalty Pusako Hotel Bukittinggi. Abstract

Human resources is one component that has an important role in achieving the goals of a company, including the existing human resources at PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan Archipelago. The object of this research is PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan Archipelago. This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and work motivation have on employee job satisfaction at PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan Archipelago. The research method uses quantitative data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The focus of sampling in this study were 79 employees of PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan using purposive sampling technique method. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. Based on the results of the research hypothesis test, it shows that there is a partially significant effect between work environment on job satisfaction with tcount 5.487 > ttabel 1.991, work motivation on job satisfaction. with a value of 5,605 > ttabel 1,991. In this study, the strongest contribution to job satisfaction was the work motivation variable with an R square value of 0.290. Furthermore, it is also proven that there is a simultaneous influence between Work Environment and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Employees of PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan Archipelago. with the value of Fcount 20,842 > from Ftabel of 3.12. Overall, the results of the simple and multiple regression tests were well received. Next for PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan is advised to pay attention to the work environment and work motivation so that employee job satisfaction will increase every year, and for further research to provide the latest theories to increase knowledge and strengthen the results of research. Keywords: Work Environment and Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction.
