Abstract

In  this  reseach,  the  reseacher  used  structuration  Giddens  theory,  with internal and external factor to compel the people to do something. The approach used in this research was qualitative method with descriptive type to describe the detail in research.In  colecting  the  data,  the  reseacher  used  observation  and  interview.  The informant of the research with purposive sampling. The unit of the data analysis was people, with some stap. Collecting the data, reduction the data or analyzing the data, verification and conclusion.Based on the result of the research, the cause of lower score of sociology students in Senior High School I Bonjol was internal and external factor. Internal factor  like:  1)  lack  of  students  attention  in  learning  process,  2)  lack  of  students motivation  in  learning  process,  3)  lack  of  students  readness  in  learning  processmain while, external factor sich as: 1) lack of parents participation, 2) lack of clear rule, 3) lack of facilities and infrastructure, 4) teacher method not interesting.

Abstract

Rampant sexual behavior that occurred among black students into the record, both the government and education. Various attemps have been made to overcome these problems. One of them is the implementation of sex education programs contained in PIK Youth (Adolescent Counseling Information Center). PIK Youth is a program of, by and for teens to obtain information about reproductive health. This study aims to describe how the implementation of sex education among high school students and what is being done to optimize the sex education. Research is located in the city of padang, precisely in high school with PIK Youth in category “upright” and performed from July through September 2013. Reality in this study were analyzed with the structuration theory by Anthony Giddens. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Informants retrieval technique is done by sampling purposive, the number of informants by 22 people. Type of data are the primary data and secondary data. Techniques of data collection is done by method of observation and interviews with the unit of analysis is the individual. Data were analyzed using techniques Miles and Huberman in three stage, (1) the steps of reduction, (2) data presentation/analysis of data, and (3) drawing conclusions. Of research that has been conducted in four schools thet get PIK Youth program in the category “upright”, which consists of SMA Pertiwi 1, SMA N 12, SMK N 7 and SMA PGRI 3 Padang, researchers obtain results that revolues around the implementation of sex education material provision of sexuality, individual and group counseling, self development, life skill and rocurement seminars about health and reproductive health promotion and drug. Of the four schools, which makes PIK Youth activities as self development activities, such as in SMA Pertiwi 1 and SMAN 12 Padang and extracurricular activities such as in SMKN 7 and SMA PGRI 3 Padang. As for the efforts made in optimizing the school sex education is as follows: (1) The involvement of experts, (2) The establishment of peer community, (3) Incorporate material life skills and family life, and (4) Follow up.

Abstract

Indigenous traditions carried out with reference to the tradition of the ancestors who have traditional values that can later be used as a sociocultural ethnic a region, associated with the ground realities in mind that the maniti anak tradition in terms of its implementation requires considerable cost and work fairly complicated but until now this tradition is still carried out by the villagers Kinali. This study aims to describe the implementation process of the maniti anak tradition in marriage ceremonies and describe the meaning of tradition maniti anak in the marriage ceremony. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Selection of informants using purposive sampling technique. Type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection is done in two ways: observation and interviews. Analysis of the data used by the model of interactive data analysis (Milles and Huberman) which includes the four stages, namely: (1) data collection phase, (2) data reduction phas, (3) data presentation stage and (4) the conclusion stage. It can be concluded that maniti anak have stages that do like capturing the mancari dana, bakumpua dirumah bako, bagalombang, panyarahan pambarian bako and ends with baretong. Of tradition maniti anak , there is meaning contained therein such pride in themselves bako and strengthen family relationships.

Abstract

Education represent one of the subject which it given high priority in national development. To reach the target of education one of the factor which must be paid attention is individual motivation in going through education ladder. But it seen still lower child’s motivate child in going through education ladder. The purpose of this research for the describe of child’s family background which did not continue education and any kind of low cause factor of motivate child in going through education ladder in Nagari River of Nanam District Of Dale of Gumanti Sub-Province of Solok.This Research used theory motivate David C. McCelland, with approach qualitative and descriptive research type. Technique sampling was by sampling purposive. With informan criterion, that is child desisting school when SMP and of SMA . Type Data was primary data. Teknique data collection with interview method. Unit analyse that is individual with data analysis of Miles & Huberman which consist of discount phase, presentation of data analysis or data, and withdrawal of conclusion.Result of research of shown that child’s family background which did not continue education can be seen from education of old fellow, work of old fellow, earnings of old fellow and family member amount, internal factor which cause low child motivation in going through education ladder that was lack of child enthusiasm for school, existence of past experience making low child motivation in going through education ladder, lack of willingness of child for school and learnt. Exsternal factor which caused  lower him motivate child in going through ladder

Abstract

        Lesson plan is an estimate or projection teachers about the activities that will be undertaken by the teachers and learners, especially in conjunction with the formation of competencies and learning goals achievement. Lesson plan serves as a guide and reference for teachers and students in learning activities in the classroom to be more directed . The statement is found in the field, Lesson plan only serves as a complementary administrative and simply complement the teacher when there are reviews from watchdogs to see fittings team teaching tool . The purpose of this study was to find out the cause of non-performance of the learning activities are planned according to the lesson plan .          To clarify this paper the authors use the theory Vygostky kontruktivisme theory ( knowledge ) . Assume that a person should know means to know something, this means that one can learn something new if it can explain the elements that develop something . So a teacher should know what the lesson plan then able to make and understand what measures will be implemented learning activities in the classroom, if it does not make or do not understand , then the result is the delivery of learning activities appropriate to the Draft .         The type of descriptive qualitative research . Informant selection techniques done by purposive sampling with 17 informants . Methods for collecting data in this study using observation and interviews . Uni analysis in the study is the individual . The analysis performed in this study using the interactive developed by Miles and Huberman .          The results showed that the cause of non-performance in -class learning activities are planned according to the lesson plan is because 1 ) Lesson plan planned by others , 2 ) focus in prioritizing teachers approval of XII grade students , 3 ) Limitations hour lesson , 4 ) Depending on the situation and conditions from a supervisor , 5 ) curriculum changes , 6 ) media learn less , 7 ) resources to learn .

Abstract

Conflicts of land confiscationis one of the land tenure problem in urban and rural areas of Indonesia. Conflicts that occurred came from the capitalism that has entered in various regions with the aim to gain benefits both individually and in groups. This study is to looks at the chronology of the conflict, the actors and the type of people political movements of their lands that have been excluded from theydaily livelihood resources. Partnership system built by PT. BBS (PT.BukitBintangSawit) resulted in changes to the access of land or agrarian resources. Land that originally as a source of community life  andexperienced a process of power transfer from community to company PT. Bukit BintangSawit.The research method is a comparative with expost facto approach. The data analysis was done in the form of literature study, resume result from Antoni and field result of year 2016 in order to understand the theory related to phenomenon. Data analysis is the view of experts who are studying the conflict on access theory purposed by Jess C. Ribot and Nancy Lee Peluso, while the conflict theory was using Fisher et.al. and theory of property rights from Schlager and Ostrom (1992). The results of the study indicate that the type of political movement performed the type of official politics and the conflict between local communities with PT BBS. Their movement is aim to reclaim their natural resources. Then the type of everyday politics related to the opposition openly to reject the operation of oil palm plantation companies in the area of Sago Village and ask for compensation related to the land they have seized. In addition, the actor in the case consists of three people who have economic capital, holders and makers and recognize property rights and government policy makers.

Abstract

Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) merupakan kebijakan pendidikan yang tujuan utamanya adalah untuk mengimplementasikan Nawacita Presiden Joko Widodo dalam sistem pendidikan nasional. Kebijakan PPK ini terintegrasi dalam Gerakan Nasional Revolusi Mental (GNRM) yaitu perubahan cara berpikir, bersikap, dan bertindak menjadi lebih baik. Nilai-nilai utama PPK adalah religius, nasionalis, mandiri, gotong royong, integritas. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori strukturasi Anthony Giddens. Data diperoleh melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kesinambungan antara Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter dari pemerintah, baik Dinas Pendidikan maupun kementerian agama dengan diterjemahkan dengan sepuluh karakter ke ar-Risalahan. Yakni Beraqidah lurus, Sadar dan benar beribadah, Berakhlak mulia, Berbudaya hidup sehat, Berwawasan luas, Bersungguh sungguh, Menghargai waktu, Mandiri, Cinta tanah air, Rahmat bagi semesta , dengan mengimplementasikan sistem pendidikan pesantren ar-risalah dan sistem pendidikan modern pada aspek kelembagaan, kurikulum dan modifikasi pembelajaran. Perubahan tersebut merupakan keterbukaan pondok pesantren dalam memaknai Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter dalam beradaptasi dengan perkembangan pendidikan dan perubahan sosial terhadap sepuluh karakter ke ar-Risalahan di lingkungan ar-Risalah.

Abstract

Melalui partai politik, kaum perempuan dapat memperjuangkan kepentingannya secara nyata di segala bidang khususnya dalam bidang politik, sehingga partai politik menjadi salah satu faktor penting yang dapat menentukan partisipasi politik dan keterwakilan kaum perempuan di lembaga legislative. Keterwakilan perempuan di lembaga legislative tentu tidak terlepas dari upaya partai politik dalam memberdayakan kader perempuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bentuk pemberdayaan perempuan yang dilakukan oleh partai politik di provinsi sumatera barat. Metode kualitatif dengan tipe studi kasus digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa partai politik, yakni Gerindra dan Partai Persatuan Pembangunan memberdayakan kader perempuannya dengan mengadakan pelatihan dan pendidikan politik serta memberikan ruang penuh bagi kader perempuan untuk merumuskan kebijakan dan membuat kegiatan melalui organisasi sayap partai yang khusus mengurus kebutuhan perempuan.

Abstract

Increasing acts of sexual violence committed against children is an event that is disturbing the public, especially to families with children of men and women. In this case needs special attention to children from parents, the community and government. Attention, awareness and community participation is essential to prevent acts of sexual violence against children . In Koto Baru Payakumbuh city that sexual violence is an aberration and society mention the term sudah tapijak arang means he already had one error that can not be forgiven and the penalty removed by the village . Another term of this crime panaaka jawi means same-sex sexual relations .

Abstract

The rise of cases of acts of sexual violence lately needs to be addressed by all parties, not only by the government and related institutions but also by the community. School-age children are very vulnerable to being victims of acts of sexual violence. Unfortunately, these actions tend to be carried out by those closest to the victim, namely father, siblings, uncles, neighbours and friends. Increased knowledge and awareness of children need to be built to prevent acts of sexual violence against them. Understanding is given to children regarding the causes of sexual violence, the impact and methods of prevention, and the perpetrators' characteristics. This activity was carried out to motivate and encourage children to understand preventing and handling acts of sexual violence properly. The targeted audience was school-age children in the Cupak Tangah Village, Padang, under 17 years old. The method of carrying out activities was through lectures/counselling and discussion. Parents and several village staff accompany the presence of children. Participants discussed quite enthusiastically and gained understanding and awareness about acts of sexual violence and its prevention efforts.
