Abstract

Keuntungan pemilik perusahaan dispesifikasikan ke dalam laba untuk pemegang saham biasa atau disebut sebagai earning per share (EPS). Konsep financial leverage sangat penting untuk menunjukkan analisis keuangan dalam melihat trade off antara resiko dan tingkat keuntungan dari berbagai sudut keputusan yang terbaik. Penelitian yang dilakukan berhubungan dengan pengaruh analisis financial leverage terhadap peningkatan earning per share (EPS). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 5 perusahaan sub sektor tekstil dan garment yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2010-2013. Pemilihan sampel ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Proses analisis data yang dilakukan terlebih dahulu adalah uji asumsi klasik dan selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian hipotesis, dengan metode statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, financial leverage yang terdiri dari debt to equity ratio dan total debt to total assets ratio secara simultan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap earning per share (EPS). Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel debt to equity ratio dan total debt to total assets ratio tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap earning per share (EPS). Kata kunci: financial leverage (debt to equity ratio dan total debt to total assets ratio), earning per share.

Abstract

Prevalensi obesitas mencapai 8,8%. Prevalensi tertinggi terjadi tahun  2010-2013 di Jakarta sebesar 25%, Semarang 24,3%, Medan 17,75%, Denpasar 16,7%, Jember 15,3%, Padang 12,1%, Surabaya 10.6%, Malang 4,3%, Yogyakarta 4,1%, Solo 2,1%. Rata-rata prevalensi di 10 kota besar mencapai 12,2%. Studi kasus yang dilakukan di PAUD Kelurahan Wonokromo didapatkan 82% persepsi pengasuh (selain orang tua) tentang obesitas pada anak adalah persepsi yang mal adptif yang mengasumsikan bahwa besitas ada anak adalah kondisi yang menggambarkan kesehatan anak baik, lucu dan pintar. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk merubah pengetahan dan persepsi mal adaptif bagi pengasuh tentang obesitas pada anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan seminar, konseling dan pendampingan dengan pre dan post test. Instrumen yang dipakai adalah kuesioner persepsi. Sasaran berjumlah 30 pengasuh. Abstract

Perilaku prokrastinasi akademik merupakan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk menunda atau mengalihkan diri dari tugas-tugas akademik, namun penundaan tersebut tidak berdasar kemalasan melainkan karakteristik individu tersebut terlalu fokus kepada nilai standar yang ditetapkan dan terlalu banyak berfikir tentang bagaimana orang lain menilai tugas individu tersebut.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa SMP akselerasi dan siswa SMP reguler.Penelitian melibatkan 150 siswa SMP yang menempuh program belajar akselerasi dan reguler.Metode pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Procrastination Assessment Scale-Students (PASS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai T = 2,345 dan p = < 0,05, yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa SMP akselerasi dan siswa SMP regular yang mana perilaku prokrastinasi akademik tinggi diperoleh oleh siswa SMP akselerasi dengan nilai mean 40,52 dan pada siswa SMP reguler diperoleh nilai mean sebesar 37,07. Katakunci: Perilaku prokrastinasi akademik, siswa SMP akselerasi, siswa SMP reguler.   Academic procrastination behavior is an activity as to delay or avoid academic assignments. However, the delay is not based on laziness, but individual characteristic which focused more to standard grade implied and too much thinking about how other people assess the individual assignment. The research aimed to find out about academic procrastination behavior in accelerate Junior High School students and regular Junior High School students. The research involved 150 Junior High School students who active in acceleration learning program and regular program. Data collection method in this research uses Procrastination Assessment Scale-Students (PASS). Result shows T value = 2,345 and p = < 0,05, stated that there?s an academic procrastination behavior difference in accelerate Junior High School students and regular Junior High School students. Which the high academic procrastination behavior in accelerated Junior High School with Mean value 40,52 and regular Junior High School the Mean value is 37,07. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji lebih dalam bagaimana strategi koping, bentuk perilaku koping dan sumber koping yang dilakukan oleh individu dengan cerebral palsy. Informan penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik purposif, dengan karakteristik informan: Individu dengan cerebral palsy, tidak disertai retardasi mental, dan tidak disertai kecacatan lain. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 6 informan terdapat 5 informan yang menggunakan strategi problem focused coping dan 1 informan menggunakan emotional focused coping. Perilaku koping yang dilakukan adalah berusaha santai atau tidak terbebani dengan kondisi fisiknya serta merasa dirinya normal seperti orang lain. Sumber koping yang paling banyak digunakan adalah keyakinan positif dan dukungan sosial. Temuan menarik dalam penelitian ini adalah semua informan selalu memiliki "rasa syukur" atas kehidupannya meskipun mereka mengalami keterbatasan fisik.Kata kunci: Perilaku Koping, Individu dengan Cerebral PalsyThis research aimed to investigated and examined deeply how the coping strategies, coping behavior and the source of coping conducted by individuals with cerebral palsy. Informants were obtained by purposive technique, with the characteristics of the informants: individuals suffer cerebral palsy without mental retardation, and other disabilities. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, observation and documentation.The results of this study indicated that 5 of 6 informants use problem focused coping strategies and one informant uses emotional focused coping. Coping behavior that used by informants are trying to relax or not being burdened by his physical condition and felt they are normal like everyone else. Source of the most widely coping uses by the sufferer is positive beliefs and social support. Interesting findings of the research revealed almost all the research informants always have a "sense of gratitude" for his life even though they have physical limitations due to cerebral palsy that they experienced.Keywords: Coping Behavior, Individual with Cerebral Palsy

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model pendidikan seks di sekolah. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 guru dan 60 siswa yang telah dipilih berdasarkan kriteria khusus yang telah ditetapkan dan mereka bersedia mengikuti program dari awal hingga selesai. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pretest posttest design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru-guru dalam mengajarkan materi pendidikan seks. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai mean sebelum dilakukan intervensi adalah 4, 17 dan setelah  pelaksanaan  adalah  22,33 dan nilai r sebesar -0,878 dan nilai t sebesar        -27,776. Pada  siswa, program ini juga terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa, merubah sikap terhadap seks pranikah dan mengurangi intensi untuk terlibat dalam perilaku seks pranikahKata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Pendidikan Seks, Remaja         Abstract. This study aims to apply the model of sex education in schools. The subjects involved in this study consisted of 6 teachers and 60 students who had been selected based on specific criteria set and they were willing to take the program from start to finish. The research design used in this study is one group pretest posttest design. The results showed that this program was able to improve the knowledge and skills of teachers in teaching sex education material. This is indicated by the mean value before intervention is 4, 17 and after implementation is 22.33 and the r value is -0.887 and the t value is -27.776. For students, this program has also proven effective in increasing student knowledge, changing attitudes towards premarital sex and reducing the intention to engage in premarital sexual behavior.Keywords: Adolescent, Knowledge, Sex education

Abstract

During the last decade, infrastructure development has become the main focus for several developing countries seeking to achieve a high economic gr()'l,()th rate. H()'l,()ever, developing sufficient infrastructure to meet the demand side is quite challenging, especially given the financing required. To fulfill this condition, methodology for financing schemes for infrastructure projects with Public Private Partnerships (PPP) has recently been significantly increased in both developed and developing countries. To attract private investments, the government has attempted to improve the legal and regulatory framework at transportation sector. H()'l,()ever, revising the infrastructure laws is not enough to attract private sector investment. The government of Indonesia still needs more efforts to create an attractive investment climate. Although Indonesia has had a system for PPP methodology, only a few projects have been implemented. The objectives of this study are to learn about and understand Japan's PFI methodology, particularly type I, and find the benefits of its implementation in terms of the development of public infrastructures and it can be implemented in Indonesia. Through comparative analysis between PFI methodology in Japan and PPP methodology in Indonesia, it can be concluded that in general, since the project scope between Japan's PFI and Indonesia's PPP are fundamentally different, not all procedures in Japan's PFI methodology can be applied to improve Indonesia's PPP methodology. To apply some lessons learned from Japan's PFI, it is necessary to consider the nature and culture of the country. Based on the current condition of PPP projects in Indonesia, the government needs to take specific actions, including: institutional framework, service payment scheme and risk allocation.Keywords: Japan's PFI, Indonesia's PPP, Comparative Analysis Selama dekade terakhir, pembangunan infrastruktur telah menjadi fokus utama bagi beberapa negara berkembang untuk mencapai tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi. Namun, mengembangkan infrastruktur untuk memenuhi permintaan cukup menantang, terutama mengingat pembiayaan yang diperlukan. Untuk memenuhi kondisi ini, maka dikembangkan metodologi pembiayaan yang dikenal dengan Kerjasama Pemerintah Swasta (KPS), yang akhir-akhir ini telah meningkat secara signifikan di banyak negara maju dan berkembang. Untuk menarik investor, pemerintah telah berusaha untuk memperbaiki kerangka hukum dan peraturan di sektor transportasi. Namun, merevisi undang-undang infrastruktur tidak cukup untuk menarik investor. Pemerintah Indonesia masih membutuhkan lebih banyak upaya untuk menciptakan iklim investasi yang menarik. Meskipun Indonesia telah memiliki sistem untuk metodologi KPS, hanya beberapa proyek telah dilaksanakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari dan memahami metodologi PFI di Jepang, terutama tipe I, dan menemukan manfaat dari pelaksanaannya dalam hal pembangunan infrastruktur umum dan dapat diterapkan di Indonesia. Melalui analisis komparatif antara metodologi PFI di Jepang dan PPP metodologi di Indonesia, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum, karena ruang lingkup proyek antara PFI di Jepang dan di KPS di Indonesia pada dasamya berbeda, tidak semua prosedur dalam metodologi PFI di Jepang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan PPP di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis PFI di Jepang, maka perlu mempertimbangkan sfat dan budaya negara. Berdasarkan kondisi saat ini, maka pemerintah perlu mengambil tindakan tertentu untuk proyek KPS di Indonesia, termasuk: kerangka kelembagaan, skema layanan pembayaran dan alokasi risiko.Kata kunci: PFI di Jepang PF!, KPS di Indonesia, Analisis Perbandingan

Abstract

During the development stage, provision of transportation infrastructure is ven; important. It contnbutesto the regional economy and makes economic development more inclusive by giving directand indirect effects. The aim of research wants to know the role of road infrastructure to regionaleconomy in long term periods.Having panel data in the regional level (province) which is 26 provinces and a 14-year time series(1993-2006), variables that are used in this stud!; are GDP as the output measurement, labor forceand capital stock which is divided into road capital stock and non road capital stock. Road capitalstock itself is comprised of national, province and city road capital stock.Based on the model in analysis, we can say road infrastructure has significant contributions to theregional econonn; where city roads give the highest contnbution to the regional econonn;. In addition,based on the time lag model, we can see that the investment in road development will have a significanteffect on GDP in the curre11t year, as well as in the following .few years, but the effect diminishesover time. However, the significant contnbution of road development to GDP only remains for 1 yearfor all types of road.Some polictj implications that can be proposed from the above analysis are: it is still necessary toincrease the development of road infrastructure in order to provide good accessibility for all regions inIndonesia; so government should give priorihJ to develop city and province roads rather than nationalroads to increase the regional output (regional GDP). On the other hand government shouldmake it a priority to develop strategies for the development of road infrastructure based on the specificneeds of each region so it will be more effective and efficient in encouraging regional economic growthand, ultimately, in enhancing high economic growth in Indonesia as a whole.Key words: road infrastructure, regional econonn1

Abstract

Transportation which serves as a driving force for development (promoting function) is expected to be precise in formulating planning as needed. The purpose of the study is to plan public transportation needs for community Natuna district to other areas. The purpose of the study is to obtain the number of public transportation needs for community Natuna district in the future. By using the method of Furness and based on data from the Origin Destination Survey in 2006, then in 2012, there has been growth in the movement of 3 % with the use of the main mode of sea transportation by 52 % . With the application of hub and spokes pattern in the cross-shipping, it can synergize with the application of force on the island of Natuna district and makes the distribution of service load is spread evenly across the district capital. Development of assistive technologies such as port infrastructure so as a mode of captive to the small islands can be improved reliability.Keywords: transportation needs, Furness

Abstract

Transportation infrastructure has a significant role towards economic development. Railway infrastructure is expected to give a high contribution in regional development. The study was conducted to understand the role of the railway infrastructure in supporting the regional economy by using Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) as a measurement. By using a dynamic spatial econometric models, it is expected to know how big influence the railway infrastructure on GDP and its effect may differ in national and regional levels. The result of model analysis showed that the addition amount of traffic or route service would raise GDP growth by 0.069%, whereas with the addition of traffic or route service frequency will increase GDP grmuth by 0.005%. Modeling results that positively affect GDP grmuth is the amount of traffic or traffic routes and frequency of services or service routes. Both these variables describe the traffic capacity that has a strong correlation with the availability of rail infrastructure. Through the simulation increases the number of paths, then if the total amount of the current trajectory is increased 1.1 times, it can affect GDP growth up to 0.076% while the frequency of traffic can contribute to GDP growth up to 0.005% and the frequency of cross-influence may continue to increase if the number cross frequency was increased.Keywords: railway infrastructure, regional economy

Abstract

Based on a suroey of YLKI (Indonesian Consumers Foundation), 2010 that less than 20% of TransJakarta's users has low income. The study is expected to get the ideal rate based on ability and willingness to pay of passengers. The result shows that the average WTP is Rp.4.760,and the average of ATP is Rp.5.013,-. Based on that, 73% (based on WTP) and 86% (by ATP) of the passengers have the ability to pay more than current rates. Keywords: TransJakarta, Willingness To Pay, Ability To Pay
