Abstract

Abstract(Objectives) The purpose of writing this paper is to explain the process of making industrial trees (interactive) as an information service development activity carried out by the Center for Scientific Data and Documentation (PDDI) which is useful for the community because it provides an overview and stimulates entrepreneurs to carry out and develop product diversification with economic value through the schematic presented. (Method) The stages of making an industrial tree start from topic selection, literature search, article selection and analysis, then proceed with visualization which is then posted on the web.. (Findings) The result of this research showed that audit experience, audit expertise, and locus of control significantly positive affect audit judgment taken by the auditor. Keywords: Information services, Industrial tree (interactive), PDDI LIPI.

Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis of research data management in the knowledge repository in a special library of non-ministerial government institutions consisting of LIPI, BPPT, BATAN, BAPETEN, LAPAN and BSN.The research was conducted using descriptive methods, namely by describing and interpreting a phenomenon that develops by using scientific procedures to actually answer the problem. Data collection was carried out through interviews and surveys of repository managers. The results showed that the LPNK Special Library of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education had mostly collected research data stored in the knowledge repository by means of direct input in the national scientific repository (RIN). Developing a knowledge repository in a special library is done because of the need to store data and research work in one place. The knowledge repository serves as a digital storage provider for long-term data storage and scientific work. The knowledge repository can make it easier for users to browse or reference data and the work of other researchers. The availability of knowledge repositories can also facilitate interdisciplinary learning and research. The obstacle in managing research data is that researchers have so far not paid enough attention, especially in terms of research data backup. There is a lack of trust from data owners to share their data because there is no legality, infrastructure and clear management. Libraries do not require researchers to store data in knowledge repositories and there is no government regulation that regulates inter-institutional research data management.

Abstract

A study of knowledge product development was conducted as a library service innovation in the industrial era 4.0. The research aims to find out (1) the types of knowledge products that can be made as library service innovations; and (2) the process of making knowledge products consisting of stages and steps for making them. The study was conducted using descriptive methods with a literature study approach. Research collection is done through observation, and literature study (literature). Observation is done by recording the knowledge products that have been made by PDII LIPI. Literature studies are carried out by examining the ratios related to making knowledge products. The results of the literature review are then analyzed and interpreted in the form of results and discussion. The results showed that the types of knowledge products that could be made as library service innovations in the industrial era 4.0 were the focus of Indonesian information, research on information technology, information on intellectual property rights, literature review, new information, database of fields, executive summary, policy breaf, policy paper, graphic animated films, industrial trees, information technology packages and business guides. The stages of the process of making knowledge products are selecting and defining the topic of knowledge products; determine the source of information; determine the location of information and how to access information; use information by evaluating and citing information; synthesizing namely packaging information into knowledge products; evaluate the product of knowledge made, and evaluate the manufacturing process
