Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept of determining the buying price for scrap collectors because based on previous research studies there is a phenomenon that information is obtained that the inclusion of non-economic values determines the purchase price of certain products. Researchers chose junk collectors as the object of research because junk collectors are known to have entrepreneurial characteristics. The transcendental phenomenon is used to execute research purposes. The results showed that in determining the purchase price, the junk collector used the inclusion of a non-economic value, namely Medit (Stingy). This value is included in the formation of the purchase price as a form of feeling for junk which is a dirty item and is also not used but is profitable so it should not be negotiable because it can be seen from the stigma of the community who still think that the business of scrap collector is dirty and even considered a person who does not have skills for other work.

Abstract

Evaluation of service performance is something that needs to be done regularly in order to improve its quality. This research is intended to measure the level of satisfaction or expectations of lecturers and users by using ten service elements as measurement items, with a sample of 80 respondents in XyZ University. To meet the feasibility of the instrument, validity and reliability tests were carried out. The analysis technique was quantitative descriptive through the Index and Importance Performance analysis. The results showed that the level of lecturer satisfaction was in the category of good satisfaction with high expectations, several service elements that needed attention and improvement were; elements of funding sources, providing research facilities and community service proportionally according to needs and achieving service promises in accordance with the research and community service strategic plans that have been proclaimed. Abstract

This research investigates occupational stress as mediator of relationship between workload, emotional intelligence and performance of teachers in Probolinggo regency. A number of 198 teachers from both public and private secondary school in the regency were randomly selected. Data collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The analysis on the validity of workload, emotional intelligence, occupational stress and performance instrument gives result above 0.139 (rtable). This tells that all instruments are valid while the reliabilities based on the analysis result in Alpha coefficient of 0.6, which is reliable. The results showed that both workload and emotional intelligence significantly influence work stress and teacher performance, and work stress is able to mediate the effect of workload and emotional intelligence on teacher performance.

Abstract

Gejugan Village is one of the villages in Probolinggo district on the north coast. Gejugan Village is in the west bordering Klaseman Village and Karangpranti Village, Pajarakan District. Gejugan village has local potential that can be developed from their agricultural produce, namely corn. Corn is an alternative food source that contains many nutrients. But the people here still don't have the knowledge to be able to use it. The Socialization Activity for Making SUJU (Corn Milk) to Prevent Stunting and Utilizing Local Potential is expected to provide more knowledge to the Gejugan community in utilizing existing local potential, especially processing corn into corn milk. Besides having good nutrition, corn milk also has more value in the economy. If it is processed properly and properly, this product can be sold in the market. The socialization of making corn milk was attended by 25 residents of Gejugan Village. Material for making corn milk was given by providing materials and hands-on practice during the event. Participants in the socialization of making corn milk enthusiastically listened to and practiced directly making corn milk during the socialization process. From the results of the socialization, the practiced corn milk resulted in 6 bottles of corn milk measuring 360 ml. Participants listened well and the material presented was well received by all participants present. Keywords: Local Potential, Corn Milk, Stunting

Abstract

Simple on a paper, but complex in reality, that is horticulture value chain. It is a social-ecological system formed by bio-physic and social factors. The activities and nodes in the value chain involving processes and various dimensions social, economic, politic, geography, governance, institutional, science and environmental with diverse outcomes. Therefore, any efforts aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of horticulture value chain cannot be undertaken partially. Abstract

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dalam sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting, karena SOP merupakan salah satu pedoman pokok mengenai tahapan aktivitas kerja di sebuah perusahaan tertentu dan memiliki bersifat mengikat serta membatasi bagaimana karyawan nantinya bekerja. Pengamatan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) pada kualitas pembangunan unit rumah di PT.RPPN Kota Probolinggo. Pengamatan ini menggunakan metode field research, serta melakukan studi kelayakan data teknik triangulasi dengan teknik wawancara tidak struktur dengan minimal tiga sumber informan namun dengan pertanyaan yang realif sama. Uji kredibilitas data dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data serta ditarik kesimpulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik mengambil sampel yang menerapkan metode snowball sampling. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa PT RPPN sudah memiliki SOP yang baik di setiap pembangunan unit rumah. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan disetiap hasil kerja yang dilakukan, perusahaan dapat memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan dengan kualitas yang dihasilkan tanpa menghilangkan peran SOP di setiap prosesnya untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan bersama.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah unsur terpenting untuk meningkatkan status bandar udara dilihat dari pengamanan penumpang dan pelayan di bandar udara. Tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan, dan penempatan kerja dapat menentukan kinerja personil Aviation Security (AVSEC), kinerja yang dihasilkan personil AVSEC yang baik merupakan kriteria internasional dalam sumber daya manusia dalam mewujudkan pengamanan dan pelayanan maksimal. Tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan, dan penempatan kerja untuk personil Aviation Security (AVSEC) di Bandara Abdulrachman Saleh Malang akan menjadi topik bahasan dalam penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan, penempatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap personil Aviation Security (AVSEC). Kualitas keamanan penerbangan dapat dilihat dari tingkat pendidikan yang sudah sesuai dengan standar yang ada tetapi perlu ditingkatkan untuk menunjang status bandara internasional, personil Aviation Security (AVSEC) sudah memenuhi pelatian yang wajib diikuti, sedangkan penempatan kerja di Bandara Abdulrachman Malang Saleh ditentukan oleh tingkat pendidikan dan disesuaikan dengan lisensi pelatian personil Aviation Security (AVSEC).

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai bisa terlaksana dengan maksimum jika keadaan terpuaskan dengan benar. Salah satu faktor agar meningkatkan kinerja yaitu memberikan lingkungan kerja fisik serta motivasi yang memadai. Percobaan ini untuk mengetahui dampak lingkugan kerja fisik serta motivasi kerja melalui parsial, simultan, serta mengetahui variabel dominan kepada kinerja. Metode percobaan ini ialah kuantitatif melalui pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Populasi percobaan ini ialah semua pegawai yang berjumlah 208 pegawai. Teknik pemgambilan sampel menggunakan sampling purposive. Sampel sebanyak 42 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan diselesaikan melalui teknik analisis data melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi (R-Square) serta uji hipotesis. Hasil percobaan melihatkan bahwasanya lingkungan kerja fisik serta motivasi kerja secara parsial serta simultan berdampak signifikan kepada kinerja pegawai. Dampak dominan dalam percobaan ini ialah motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh kedisiplinan dan kompetensi kerja memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, adapun responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Probolinggo. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana semua pegawai dijadikan sampel. Dalam membuktikan dan menganalisis hal tersebut, maka digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis determinasi R2, uji regresi linier berganda dan uji t (parsial). Secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Probolinggo. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Kedisiplinan (X1) memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 6,862 > 1,997, dan Kompetensi Kerja (X2) memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 6,676 > 1,997. Dari kedua Variabel mempunyai nilai signifikasi < 0,05. Dengan demikian hasil uji t (parsial) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel kedisiplinan dan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Probolinggo. Dari kedua variabel penelitian, yang berpengaruh dominan adalah variabel kedisiplinan dikarenakan memiliki nilai koefisien beta paling besar dibandingkan dengan kompetensi kerja.

Abstract

Technology investment is important for a company, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and 5.0. which both emphasize the importance of utilizing information technology and its users to increase competitive advantage. Optimum utilization of information technology will have an impact on reducing audit risk through the effectiveness of the internal control function. This study aims to analyze whether information technology capabilities affect audit risk and internal control quality in banking companies listed on the IDX during the 2019-2022 observation. The data sources used in this analysis use secondary data sourced from financial reports and annual reports of banking companies. Samples were selected based on predetermined criteria. The data analysis technique is panel data using Eviews 9. The test results show that 1) Information technology investment has a significant effect on audit risk, 2) Internal control moderates the effect of information technology investment on audit risk. 3) ROA as a control variable has no influence on audit risk.
