State Administrators Asset Report is a report in printed form and / or other forms concerning the description and details of information regarding assets, personal data, including income, expenditure and other data on the assets of State Administrators. The purpose of this research is to find out How to Implement State Officials' Wealth Report Policy in Pekanbaru City Government and determine the factors that influence the implementation process. The theory used is the theory according to the policy implementation approach according to Ripley and Franklin in the Measuring the success of policy implementation is based on three perspectives, namely: The perspective of lower bureaucratic compliance with the bureaucracy above it, the perspective of smooth routines and the absence of problems, The implementation perspective that leads to satisfactory performance for all parties, especially the expected beneficiary groups. namely: the level of bureaucratic compliance, smooth routine and no problems and performance. The type of research carried out is descriptive qualitative.
