Abstract

Perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis menuntut perusahaan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan organisasi terutama dalam kecepatan mengambil keputusan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus memberdayakan para pegawainya dengan membangun pendekatan organisasi organik. Karakteristik organisasi organik adalah dengan mengedepankan pengembangan tim-tim kerja. Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai-nilai personal berbasis dimensi multikultural terhadap kinerja tim dengan mempertimbangkan kepemimpinan kolaboratif sebagai variabel moderatornya. Riset ini sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan di Indonesia karena adanya keberagaman etnik di antara para pegawainya.Kata kunci: nilai-nilai personal, multikultural, kinerja tim, kepemimpinan kolaboratif

Abstract

Organizational Capability is considered to be one of the most important issues in strategic management and human capital literature. Organizational Capability can be understood as the all elements that work efficiently and effectively to help organization create its strategy that fits to its industry level of turbulence and to achieve company performance.  Previous research  confirmed the identification  of nine (9) elements as organizational capability. These are speed innovation, customer connectivity, seeks related change,  strategic  responsiveness,  international working  environment,  ready  to  strategic  alliances, efficiency  and  talent. Research  confirmed  that Organizational Capabilities  have  positive  impact  to Organizational Performance. Research shows the connection between the three variables –Leadership –Organizational Culture and Political Behavior in creating Organizational Capability and its impact to Organizational Performance. Structural Equation modeling shows that Leadership and Organizational Culture do not have direct relationship with Organizational Performance, however both have positive relationship  with  Organizational  Capability.  Organizational  Performance  was  directly  influenced positively by Organizational Capability and negatively impacted by Organizational Politics. Leadership positively impact Organizational Capability and Organizational Culture, however leadership negatively impact Organizational Politics.Keywords: Strategic Management,Organizational Capability,Strategic Leadership, Culture,Organizatinal Politics,Government Owned Companies

Abstract

PTN “X” as a higher educational organization, has developed its capacity to grow and learn into a world-class university.  Learning Organization by Senge (1995) is an organization that continually expand their capacity to create the future with innovation strategy, namely to change ideas (ideas) into something useful for the organization and its environment, by engaging individuals and teams that exist. There are five disciplines as the concept of learning organization: personal mastery, mental model, shared vision , team learning and  system thinking.Nowadays, PTN “X” has applied an organizational learning and it came up into several unpleasant results. The main problems were mainly due to deficiencies and constraints in human resources. There are no clear guidelines on the internal organization of PTN “X”. This research is correspondingly made in pursuing objectives to analyze the perceptions of respondents regarding the application of organizational learning in the PTN “X”. There are four principles that has not been fully executed, mental models, system thinking, shared vision and team learning while, personal mastery rated well.
