Abstract

The aims of this research was to analyze the exam questions in the end of semester tests SMA Negeri II Ambon year of 2014/2015. The item tests was analized include the validity, reliability, power of difficulty, discrimination power, and distractor effective. This research type was kuantitative descriptive method and the data was analyzed by using Item and Test Analysis (Iteman) Program. Subjects of this research are test instrument and student answer results of chemical tests at odd semester class X SMA Negeri II Ambon year. Documentation technik was used to collect data. Results of the analysis showed that the quality which was seen from the validity, there were 80% of questions which were valid and the rest there were 20% were invalid. Reliability indeks is 0,733. From the level of difficulty, there were 8 easy questions, 22 medium questions, and 20 hard question. From the discrimination power, there were 42 questions or 84% questions which had good discrimination power and there were 8 or 16% questions which had low and negative. Meanwhile from the answer patterns, it is known that 60% destructor in the questions were function properly and 40% were function unproperly

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) karakteristik butir soal Kimia Ujian Nasional berdasarkan teori tes klasik dan teori respon butir; (2) besarnya  kecurangan yang terjadi dengan menggunakan Metode Angoff's B-index, Metode Pair1, Metode Pair2, Metode Modified Error Similarity Analysis (MESA) dan Metode G2; (3) metode yang lebih banyak mendeteksi adanya kecurangan dalam pelaksanaan UN Kimia tingkat SMA/MA Negeri tahun pelajaran 2011/2012 di Provinsi Maluku. Hasil analisis dengan pendekatan teori tes klasik menunjukkan 77,5% butir memiliki tingkat kesulitan butir berfungsi baik, 55% butir daya bedanya belum memenuhi syarat, dan 70% butir memiliki pengecoh berfungsi baik dengan indeks reliabilitas tes 0,772. Analisis dengan pendekatan teori respons butir menunjukkan 14 (35%) butir cocok dengan model, fungsi informasi maksimum 11,4069 pada θ = -1,6, dan besarnya kesalahan pengukuran 2,296. Jumlah pasangan yang diduga curang adalah: menurut Metode Angoff's B-index ada 13 pasangan, menurut Metode Pair1 ada 212 pasangan, menurut Metode Pair2 ada 444 pasangan, menurut Metode MESA ada 7 pasangan, dan menurut Metode G2 ada 102 pasangan. Metode yang paling banyak mendeteksi kecurangan secara berturut-turut adalah: Metode Pair2, Metode Pair1, Metode G2, Metode Angoff's B-index, dan Metode MESA. Kata kunci: ujian nasional, karakteristik butir, metode kecurangan ______________________________________________________________ AN ANALYSIS OF METHOD OF CHEATING ON  LARGE TEST SCALEAbstract This study aimed to reveal: (1) the characteristics of items of Chemistry Test in National Examination by using the classical test theory and item response theory; (2) the amount of cheating which occured by using Angoff's B-index Method, Pair 1 Method, Pair 2 Method, Modified Error Similarity Analysis (MESA) Method, and G2 Method; (3) the methods that detected more cheating in the implementation of the Chemistry Test in National Examination for high schools in the academic  year 2011/2012 in Maluku Province. The results of the analysis with the classical test theory approach show that 77.5% items have item difficulty functioning well, 55% items have discrimination  that has not  met the requirement yet, and 70% items have distractor that works well with the index reliability test of 0,772. The analysis using the item response theory approach shows that 14 (35%) items fit with the model, the maximum function information is 11,4069 at θ = -1,6, and the magnitude of the error of measurement is 2,296. The number of pairs who are suspected of cheating is as follows: 13 pairs according to Angoff's B-index Method, 212 pairs according to Pair 1 Method,  444 pairs according to Pair 2 Method, 7 pairs according to MESA Method, and 102 pairs according to G2 Method. The most widely detecting cheating in a row is a Pair 2 Method, Pair 1 Method, G2 Method, Angoff's B-index Method, and MESA Method. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan media Molymod dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Molymod adalah alat peraga kimia yang terdiri atas bola warna-warni dan menggambarkan suatu atom serta mempunyai lubang sesuai dengan jumlah atom lain yang dapat diikat. Pengaruh media Molymod yang dianalisis dengan SPSS21 menggunakan serangkaian uji Nonparametrik-test, memiliki nilai signifikansi berkisar antara < 0,05 dan > 0,05 dengan nilai R square 0,378 atau 37,8%. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakanuji validitas, releabilitas, normalitas, homogenitas, linearitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedasitas serta regresi linier sederhana.Variabel dependent dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar praktikum mahasiswa dan variabel independent-nya adalah angket motivasi yang telah diisi oleh mahasiswa dan tanpa paksaan. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh yaitu: y = 48,460 + 2,305 x;artinya, koefisien regresi signifikan. Grafik yang tergambar akan berbentuk kurva seperti bel pada kedua sisinya sama.Selain itu,penggunaan media Molymod berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai tes akhir mahasiswa yakni sebanyak 54 orang (68,35%) berada pada kualifikasi lulus.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia melalui lembaga perguruan tinggi belakangan ini sedang melakukan banyak kegiatan pembenahan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, salah satunya yaitu pembenahan kurikulum dan pengembangan bahan ajar. Hal ini dikarenakan bahan ajar merupakan bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam siklus pembelajaran. Semakin banyak bahan ajar penunjang maka pembelajaran akan semakin menarik. Keberadaan Bahan ajar sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Karena bahan ajar memiliki struktur dan urutan yang sistematis, menjelaskan tujuan instruksional yang akan dicapai, memotivasi peserta didik untuk belajar, mengantisipasi kesukaran belajar dalam bentuk penyediaan bimbingan bagi peserta didik untuk mempelajari buku tersebut, memberikan latihan yang banyak bagi, menyediakan rangkuman, dan secara umum berorientasi kepada peserta didik. Sehingga untuk memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran maka perlu adanya bahan ajar untuk membantu peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran/perkuliahan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Skala Kemampuan Mahasiswa Kimia Melalui Tes Entry Behaviour Metode Computerize Assisted Test (CAT) Menggunakan Item Respons Theory (IRT) Model Logistik 1-Parameter. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh lembar jawaban peserta Tes Entry Behaviour Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto. Hasil analisis dengan pendekatan teori tes klasik menunjukkan 79,5% butir memiliki tingkat kesulitan butir berfungsi baik, 57% butir daya bedanya belum memenuhi syarat, dan 72% butir memiliki pengecoh berfungsi baik dengan indeks reliabilitas tes 0,832. Analisis dengan pendekatan teori respons butir menunjukkan terdapat 11 (27,5%) butir soal cocok (fit) dengan model, fungsi informasi maksimum 5,48 pada θ = -0,21, dan besarnya kesalahan pengukuran (SEM) 0,21.

Abstract

Isolation of eugenol from clove oil and synthesis of eugenyl acetate from eugenol had been concluded. Extraction of clove oil from clove flower by using petrolium benzene with sohxlet extraction method so obtained 33.82%. The isolation of eugenol with NaOH yields 32.07% with purity 97.47% by gas chromatography. Esterification of eugenol with acetate anhydride and sodium acetate anhydride as catalyst yields eugenyl acetate 51,67% with purity 98.38%. Elucidation of these structures were analyzed by FTIR, 1H-NMR and MS spectrofotometry

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 6 Ambon by using the NHT coopertive learning model (Numbered Heads Together) with Flash Player media. The purpose of this research was to determine the improvement of learning outcomes in the chemical bonding material learning by using the NHT learning model on class X TI-2. This research was conducted with a study sample of 27 students in class X TI-2. Data collection is done by using test instruments and LKPD. The results of data analysis showed that the learning outcomes of class X TI-2 students achieved different qualifications, namely very good qualifications 1 (3.70%). Good 10 (37.04%), Sufficient 10 (37.04%), less 6 (22.22%). The N-gain achievement data obtained were 18 students (66.67%) in the high category and 9 students (33.33%) in the moderate gain category, overall the average n-gain value was 0.71 meant in the high category. Thus the NHT type cooperative learning model can help improve student learning outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know thestudent learningoutcomes of grade X SMA KARTIKA XIII-1 AMBON as well as knowing there is a difference whether or not the results of student learning using cooperative type Team Games Tournament(TGT) with type Make a Match as the learning model.This research is the comparison research which the sample consists of two classes, the class was given further study of chemistry at the consept of moles materials, first classexperiment (X-1) using the cooperative type Team Games Tournament(TGT) and in secondclass experiment (X-2) using the cooperative type Make a Match as the learning model. Based on the results of the study gained note that both models of learning that can enhance the learning outcomes of students, it can be seen from the success of the qualifications obtained from both the class when there has same qualification of 75% of students are on completed qualifying, 25% of students are on failed qualifying, with average from X-1 class used Type TGT is 66.125 and X-2 class used Type Make a Match is 57.3125. Hypothesis test data derived from posttest both class indicates the value significance of 0.25 (> 0.05) this a value of H0received and value of H1 rejected so it can be concluded there is no difference in student learning outcomes are either the cooperative type Team Games Tournament (TGT)and type Make a Match as the learning model.
