Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the performance of a young person who already has a job and is able to be professional in working. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City because it is a metropolitan city and has a high number of workers. This type of research is qualitative descriptive by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. In determining the subject of research using purposive sampling technique that is predetermined based on criteria. The number of informants from this study were 5 people. The theory used is the self-concept of Mead and the lifestyle of Baudlliard. The results of the research found by researchers were that a young worker in order to have a professional attitude must have a mature self-concept. The mature self concept found by researchers is that the informant has a plan for the future, understands the strengths and weaknesses that exist in him, and is able to adjust himself to what he is facing. As a young person who already has his own income and lives in a modern era with a high consumptive pattern, the informants found by researchers have a modern lifestyle with characteristics that are like hanging out and shopping for needs that prioritize brands rather than quality, although there are some informants who do not prioritizing brand but also quality. In this study it was found that workers must be able to distinguish attitudes and ways of interacting between fellow coworkers and their daily environment. Professionalism is needed in work because according to informants in this study, they will feel very satisfied when they have worked hard and will affect the relationship between the boss and employees.Keywords: Professionalism, Young Workers, Self Concept

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This research was conducted in February – March 2019 in Rawa Mekar Jaya Village, Siak Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of mangrove ecosystems, to know the level of participation and perseption of the stakeholder. The method used was the survey method. The results showed that the mangrove forest in Rawa Mekar Jaya Village has the potential to be a mangrove ecotourism area and has a diversity of flora and fauna. The level of community participation in the development of mangrove ecotourism in Rawa Mekar Jaya Village is high, while the level of public perception is classified as supporting the medium category. This means that the community strongly agrees if their area is developed as an ecotourism area and has a positive impact both ecologically and economically. Keywords: Ecotourism, Mangrove, Participation, Perception, Rawa Mekar Jaya Village

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa pertumbuhan yang sangat cepat setelah masa balita. Pada masa remaja terjadinya perkembangan yang sangat pesat dalam perkembangan hidup manusia. Remaja putri termasuk kelompok yang rentan mengalami permasalahan gizi, masalah gizi pada remaja putri dapat diakibatkan oleh aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan, depresi, dan body image. Penelitiian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara aktivitas fisik, depresi, dan body image terhadap kegemukan remaja putrid di SMAN 1 Tapaktuan Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan desain crossectional. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada tanggal 27 februari 2021 di SMAN 1 Tapaktuan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 orang. Data di kumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan penilaian kegemukan melalui pengukuran berat badan tinggi badan. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan antara aktivitas fisik terhadap kegemukan remaja putri dengan p-value 0,287, tidak ada hubungan anatara depresi terhadap kegemukan remaja putri  dengan p value 1.000, dan  tidak ada hubungan anatara body image terhadap kegemukan pada remaja putrid dengan p value 0,692. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada nya hubungan antara aktivitas fisik, depresi, dan body image terhadap kegemukan remaja putrid di SMAN 1 Tapaktuan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya bimbingan dari pihak orangtua dan guru terhadap remaja putri yang memiliki ketidakpuasan terhadap bentuk tubuhnya yaitu mengenai presepsi, sikap dan perilaku.

Abstract

Solok district is the largest rice producing center in West Sumatra, known as "Bareh Solok", with most of the population working as farmers. Increased production is influenced by factors such as land area, labor, seeds, fertilizers, capital, pesticides, and irrigation. These seven factors are interconnected and related to each other, so the purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence rice production in Nagari Cupak, Gunung Talang District, Solok Regency. The type of research used is applied research. This study has a sample of 89 respondents. Furthermore, in the analysis using factor analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the first factor consists of land area, labor, seeds and pesticides. The second factor consists of fertilizer, capital and pesticide variables
