Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the assessment of English learning conducted by teachers; (2) the implementation of the 2013 curriculum English learning assessment in terms of national examination results; (3) the implementation of the 2013 curriculum English learning assessment in terms of teacher stratum. This research is a survey research using a quantitative approach and supported by a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in 16 state high schools in Sleman Regency. The samples in this study were 34 English teachers, all of them had taught based on the 2013 curriculum. Data collection in this study used questionnaires, observations, document analysis and interviews. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in learning assessment gets an average score of 3.5 (very good). Learning assessment is carried out based on education assessment standards in the 2013 curriculum. (2) implementation of learning assessments that are in accordance with the 2013 curriculum in schools that have low, medium, and high national examination scores is included in the excellent category with an average percentage of 87.45%; (3) the implementation of learning assessment that is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum in terms of the stratum of teachers, that non-civil servant teachers implement higher learning assessment than civil servant teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya siswa yang mengalami kesulitan pada pelajaran matematika dan nilai yang tidak mencapai standar KKM. Penelitian ini mengemukakan tentang peran guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas 5 di MI Ummul Qura. Penelitian ini meneliti “Bagaimana peran guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas 5 di MI Ummul Qura dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kesulitan siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas 5 di MI Ummul Qura.” Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengamatan atau observasi, wawancara atau interview, dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data yakni dengan menelaah seluruh data dari hasil observasi, hasil wawancara, dan dokumenter yang berhubungan dengan pembelajaran matematika, pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan cara keikutsertaan peneliti. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika di MI Ummul Qura adalah sudah sesuai dengan teori-teori yang telah dipaparkan. Guru menjalankan dengan baik perannya sebagai demonstrator, pengelola kelas, motivator, mediator, fasilitator, dan evaluator. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika di MI Ummul Qura terdiri dari faktor internal yang meliputi, minat, kecerdasan atau intelegensi siswa, kemauan belajar, dan kondisi tubuh. Adapun faktor eksternal meliputi, Lingkungan dan teman sebaya, media massa atau teknologi, suasana pengajaran, dan lingkungan keluarga

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa hal berikut: pertama, pengaruh Metode On OFF Class dalam Diklat Penjenjangan Fungsional Bagi PKB Terampil ke PKB Ahli terhadap realisasi agenda perubahan yang merupakan persyaratan dari Diklat tersebut. Kedua, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Metode On OFF Class dalam Diklat Penjenjangan Fungsional Bagi PKB Terampil ke PKB Ahli terhadap motivasi kerja mereka setelah mengikuti Diklat. Untuk mengukur Efektifitas Metode On OFF Class tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan Media Google Form. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan atau menganalisis suatu hasil penelitian. Sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan Purposif Sampel sebanyak 120 sampel, dengan uji Asumsi Klasik menggunakan Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas dan Auto Korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil sig F change sebesar 0,000 artinya terdapat hubungan secara bersama-sama antara variabel Metode On OFF Class terhadap Realisasi agenda perubahan dan motivasi kerja penyuluh KB dilapangan, korelasi dari hubungan antar variabel sebesar 0,594 dengan derajat korelasi sedang, Uji Koefisien Determinasi Antara Variabel Metode On OFF Class (X) Dengan Variabel Realisasi Agenda Perubahan (Y1) dan Motivasi Kerja Penyuluh lapangan (Y2) adalah sebesar 3,53 % sisanya adalah bahwa masih terdapat variabel independen lain yang mempengaruhi Realisasi Agenda Perubahan dan Motivasi Kerja. Hasil penelitian menunujukan bahwa Metode on off class sangat efektif untuk melihat realisasi agenda perubahan, tapi Metode On off class kurang efektif untuk melihat Motivasi kerja Penyuluh KB dilapangan terutama dalam Diklat Penjenjangan Fungsional Bagi PKB Terampil ke PKB AhliKata Kunci: On OFF Metode Kelas; Agenda Setting Communication; Rencana keluarga; Pendidikan Stepping Fungsional; Program pelatihanABSTRACTThis research has two goals. First, to understand the effect of On-Off Class method to the realisation of change agenda as a required by the Education and Training centre. Second, to discover the effect of On-off Class method in functional stepping training program for PKB Terampil (skilled Family Planning agent) to PKB Ahli (Expert Family Planning Agent) toward motivation of participant after training. To reach that goals, this research applied On-off Class method using Google Form media. This research apply descriptive-quantitative method which goal is to describe and analyse reserch result. The sample of this research deploys Purposive Sampling using 12O samples with classical assumption test use Multicolinearitas Test, Heteroskedastisitas Test and Auto Correlation. This research finds that Sig F change in 0,000 which indicate correlation simultaneously of variables in On-Of Class method using Google Form toward the realization of change agenda and working motivation of family Planning agent, correlation relation between variables around 0,59 with correlation degree in medium, Determination of co-efficient test between variable of On-Of Class using google form (X) with variable of change agenda realization (Y1) and Working Motivation of Family Planning agent (Y2) is 3,53%. The test show that there is another independent variable shows that affect the realization of change agenda and working motivation. Abstract

The results of the management analysis show that the School Operational Assistance funds received by SMK Bina Potential Palu in 2016 amounted to Rp. 278,250,000, while the realization of the use of BOS funds was Rp. 278,250,000, this implies that the use of BOS funds at SMK Bina Potential Palu has been realized optimally and effectively. However, based on research, shows that there are several components whose use is outside the budget plan prepared by the school. So there are some components that experience minus their use. According to information obtained from SMK Bina Potential Palu, the delay in distributing BOS funds became an obstacle in meeting school operational needs, so schools had to use funds collected from student tuition fees.

Abstract

Changes in learning methods to online learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic have an impact on the psychology of students. Constraints related to the implementation of online learning cause students to experience stress. This study aims to investigate the effect of online learning on stress levels in nursing students at STIK Siti Khadijah Palembang. The research was descriptive correlation design with cross-sectional approach, the total sample was 230 students with total sampling technique. Data were collected through online-based questionnaires (google form), namely the online learning constraints questionnaire and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10). Data analysis using the chi-square test. The results showed that most of the students (50.9%) experienced enough problems in online learning and almost all students (90.9%) experienced moderate stress, statistical tests showed that there was an effect (p = 0.007) of online learning with stress levels on nursing students. The obstacles that students feel during online learning such as starting to feel bored, weak internet network, limited internet quota, difficulty concentrating and understanding the material, many lecture assignments, lack of understanding of electronic media are stress triggers for students, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of learning online during the Covid-19 pandemic with stress levels in nursing students.
