Abstract

Perkembangan media penyimpanan pada teknologi komputer saat ini sangat pesat , teknologi ini telah terbukti sangat efektif dan mempermudah segala aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan pertukaran data atau informasi.    Informasi yang berbentuk citra umumnya mengandung jumlah data yang besar, baik dilihat dari jumlah pikselnya maupun dari besarnya jumlah bit yang digunakan untuk pengkodean nilai gray-level atau pengkodean nilai warna setiap piksel. Semakin besar ukuran citra semakin besar pula jumlah data yang dikandungnya, sehingga membutuhkan media penyimpanan dengan ukuran memori yang besar. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan di atas, salah satu solusinya adalah dengan cara memampatkan atau mengkompres data citra tersebut sehingga memiliki jumlah data lebih kecil  dari jumlah semula dengan tanpa mengurangi isi atau kualitas citra itu sendiri.

Abstract

Komunikasi saat ini tidak lagi melihat jarak dan tempat hal ini merupakan dampak dari perkembangantenologi digital yang berkembang sangat pesat, dimana kita dapat melihat atau berkumunikasi secara nyatamelihat lawan bicara atau  mengadakan telekonfren dalam rapat dengan berbagai tempat yang berbeda.Dalam komunikasi ini yang sangat berperan adalah kecepatan pengiriman data dan seberapa besar datatersebut di kirim dan di terima, semakin besar data tersenbut maka semakin lambat. Hal ini menarik untuk di lakukan penelitian bagaimana dapat memperkecil data dari suatu gambartanpa mengurangi kulaitas atas gambar tersebut sehingga dapat mempercepat proses pengiriman data ,algoritma huffman telah membuka bagaimana kompresi data atas gambar, algoritma ini mengurangi datayang berulang sehingga dapat memperkecil data dari suatu gambar/image. Penelitian ini mengitungperbandingan data sebelum dan sesudah kompresi.

Abstract

Changes in the presentation of data from analog to digital turned out to bring the issue of copyright protection and authentication for digital image.  This is due to the ease with which duplicates can be made to the digital image.Digital watermaking can be applied to insert a copyright label into a digital image of the invisible. This will be difficult for an unauthorized person to remove the copyright label so that only authorized parties are able to reveal the label copyright. All the existing application system will depend on three major factors Hardware,software and brainware. To be able to help PT PLN is currently experiencingdifficulties in funding, the author tries to build a PC-based application system thattakes into account three main points earlier with good reason. Hardware that is used alot in the market and competitive price, besides cheap and easy maintenance.Software used is also very popular nowadays and the price is cheap realtif. Manybrainware that controls the hardware and software making it easier to develop.Application system which the authors make very suitable for Rayon and Ratingwhich will be built by PT PLN branch Jatinega ra.For can monitor potential consumers who meet the requirements to obtain electricitythen be made to the New Connection Service System that is integrated, so thatpotential customers will not wait too long to be able to obtain electricity.

PT. XYZ is a company that is engaged in printing where the company is the onlycompany that does not exist, which will be established by the authors. This companyonly covers about employee promotions.Promotion of employees is one aspect of human resource development in a company,where the appraisal made by the leaders never known the process. Abstract

Computer system is a tool to ease the job done little humans, although all the tools ofany kind, will not work properly if the human factor or the individual users do not usethe tool. So also with the system, as well as any system we make, but if there areelements of the system is not working then the system will walk haltingly or evendestroyed.Therefore hoped that the lending system that has made this book can help restructurethe lending system that already exists, and hopefully even better. And need to bereminded also that the human factor as one element of the system is very decisive inthe passage of a system.The author also makes no promises that this lending system can overcome theproblems of borrowing books in AL-Hikmah Mosque as a whole, at least able toincrease the service and can control the circulation of good books.

Abstract

In a system that is currently running there are still many shortcomings, among others,namely the lack of controlling the supply of drugs and expired medicines, so it tooktoo long to seek information on each type of drug and preparing reports.From these deficiencies by applying the most precise computerized consideredbecause with the computer controlling the supply of medicines and expired drugs canbe more easily performed and can provide information and preparing reports faster.
