This study aims to determine the effect of competence on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance and work environment on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Office of West Lombok Regency, as well as the influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Lombok Regency Industry and Trade Office. West. Respondents in this study were 52 people. The type of research used is associative research, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling with Likert scale measurements. The data is processed through the SPSS program, with technical multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) competence had an effect on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of West Lombok Regency with a value of t-count > t-table, namely (3,024 > 1,677) and significance value (0,004 < 0,05), (2) work discipline had an effect on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade in West Lombok Regency with a t-count value > t-table, namely (2,040 > 1.677) and significance value (0,047 < 0,05), (3) The work environment affects the performance of employees at the Industry and Trade Office of West Lombok Regency with a t-count value > t-table, namely (2,647 > 1,677) and significance value (0,011 < 0,05). (4) Competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of West Lombok Regency with an F-count > F-table (13.131 > 2.565) and significance value (0,000 < 0,05). Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that competence, work discipline and work environment have an influence on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Office of West Lombok Regency. Keywords: Competence, Work Discipline, Work Environment and Employee Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Lombok Barat, serta pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabuapaten Lombok Barat. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian asosiatif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan pengukuran skala likert. Data diproses melalui program spss, dengan teknis analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yaitu (3,024 > 1,677) dan nilai signifikansi (0,004 < 0,05), (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yaitu (2,040 > 1,677) dan nilai signifikansi (0,047 < 0,05), (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yaitu (2,647 > 1,677) dan nilai signifikansi (0,011 < 0,05). (4) kompetensi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan nilai F-hitung > F-tabel yaitu (13,131 > 2,565) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut maka dapat diambil suatu kesimpulan bahwa kompetensi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Lombok Barat.
