Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the condition of small businesses,children’s education level, and the role of small businesses (vendors) in improvingchildren's education in the village of West Pemenang North Lombok District. Thisresearch was conducted by using a qualitative approach (qualitative descriptive), whereresearcher was the key instrument of the research and data source was performed with purposive sampling. The methods of collecting data used in this research were interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique was inductive, by reducing the data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. Validity of the data was performed by the extension of the participation, perseverance observation, triangulation, inspection through discussion and the adequacy of reference. According to the results of the research conducted by the researcher; the condition of small businesses provided a very important role on the improvement of children's education, especially in the financing needs of the school. The level of education of children in the village of Pemenang has increased from 2010 to 2011. For kindergarten amounted to 10 people, Primary School/Islamic Elementary amounted to 311 people, Junior high school / MTs amounted to 37 people, High School / Madrasah Aliyah amounted to 219 people, and for Higher Education numbered 30 people. The role of small businesses (vendors) in improving the education of children in the village of West Pemenang has a very important role in improving children's education, especially in finance continuity of education, facilities and infrastructure or equipment children's education

Abstract

Local Own-source Revenue is the revenue earned from the area collected by local regulations in accordance with the legislation. Source of revenue under the Act include Local Own-source Revenue, Fiscal Balance Transfers, Regional Loan and others. Tanjung is the capital of North Lombok (KLU), Government of North Lombok finally has full authority to manage its own country so the consequence is an increase demand in the region's autonomy. The development of tourism can be used as land that could boost economic improvement. Number of tourists visiting North Lombok from 2010 until 2014 always increase, the number of 1,983,113 people with average visits reached 396 623 people, and the highest number of visits made by foreign tourists every year. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence simultaneously and partially the number of attractions, the number of tourists and the Gross Domestic Regional Product (non oil and non agricultural) to increase Local Own-source Revenue in North Lombok regency. This study focused on North Lombok regency of West Nusa Tenggara tourism sector in view of the many attractions of the area is very interesting and has the potential to be developed to study literature as data collection techniques. The type of data in this research is quantitative and qualitative data, while the source of its data from the Office of Tourism, Local Revenue Offices, and the Office of the Central Bureau of Statistics North Lombok regency. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the classical assumption, or the simultaneous F test and t test or partial. Based on the findings, data analysis and the above discussion it can be concluded that the number of attractions, the number of tourists and the Gross Domestic Regional Product (non oil and non agricultural) simultaneously affect the Local Revenue North Lombok with a value of F table (23.668 > 0216) with a significant level below 0.05 is 0.000. As for the number of attractions, the number of tourists and Gross Domestic Regional Product (non oil and non agricultural) partially no effect on the original income North Lombok with a value (t) table (0428 < 12 706)

Abstract

The study was conducted with the aim of describing several issues, including Tipping in a partnership between Art Shop owners and Tour Guide, This research uses descriptive qualitative research design. Research data in the form of exposure in the form of recording of interviews with Art Shop owners and reviewed with Islamic business review. Data collection is done by using interview technique, observation and documentation. Instrument used for data collection in the form of questions submitted to the owner of Art Shop and employees who are deemed to provide the required data. To maintain data validity, data triangulation activities are performed. Data analysis activities started from the data review stage, identification and data classification phase, and data evaluation phase. Based on the results of data analysis, obtained two conclusions of research results as follows. First, the form of cooperation made by the owner of Art Shop and Tour Guide is a form of co-operation of commission. The Tour Guide commission is given when the guest brought by the guide is spending. However, if guests do not spend, Tour Guide only get parking money when using Bus, drink the same cigarette, and this is done by some Art Shop. Cooperation between owner of Art Shop with Tour Guide is oral not written, difficult thing from related institution such as Disperindag and Dispar to prove deviation irregularities that may occur in the matter of oral agreement, so that related institution not know exactly what contents of cooperation between Art Shop and Tour Guide. Second, Provision of commissions in a high percentage is done by Art Shop owners ie there are even up to 50% of the profits of Art Shop owners. But in Islam giving 50% it is not good because it is out of habit, and seen the position of owners of Art Shop and Tour Guide, where Tour Guide is not including the financiers

Abstract

Makna Konsumsi Bagi Mahasiswa IAIN Dalam Perspektif SyariahAbstract: This study aims to understand the meaning and fulfillment consumption consumption by students in the Faculty of Sharia perspective Tarbiyah and Teaching Education Department of Eco-nomic IPS IAIN Mataram. The approach used is qualitative phenomenology. Analysis of data through three stages, data reduction, data display and conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that students interpret sharia consumption into perspective is to use the goods or services of an individual or group to meet its needs with the goal of not only find satisfaction but at the same time by taking into account the advice of worship or prohibition in Islamic Sharia to meet the con-sumption needs of students do it taking into account the needs, budget, not excessive, and halal.Key Words: student consumption, shariaAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami makna konsumsi dan pemenuhan konsumsi oleh mahasis-wa dalam perspektif syariah pada Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Jurusan Pendidikan IPS Eko-nomi IAIN Mataram. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif fenomenologi. Analisis data melalui tiga tahapan, reduksi data, display data dan mengambil kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memaknai konsumsi dalam perspektif syariah adalah menggunakan barang atau jasa oleh individu ataupun kelompok untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan tujuan ti-dak hanya mencari kepuasan, akan tetapi sekaligus ibadah dengan memperhatikan anjuran atau la-rangan dalam Syariat Islam dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi. Mahasiswa melakukanya dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan, anggaran, tidak berlebihan, dan kehalalannya.Kata kunci: konsumsi mahasiswa, syariah

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin kerja dan pengawasan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada perusahaan genteng UD. Karya Mandiri Desa Sikur. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis korelasi dan analisis linier berganda. Dari hasil analisis diketahui nilai variabel Motivasi (X1) memiliki nilai  t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 3.361 > 1.701 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Dari hasil analisis diketahui nilai diketahui variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) memiliki nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 3.121 > 1.701 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y).  Dari hasil analisis diketahui nilai diketahui variabel Pengawasan (X3) memiliki nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 2.762 > 1.701 dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa f hitung memiliki nilai lebih besar dari f tabel yaitu 3.704 > 2.95. Maka dapat di nyatakan bahwa variabel Motivasi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2) dan Pengawasan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction to the turnover intention, partially and simultaneously. This type of study is associative research. Technique data collection using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Population in this study were all employees as many as 60 employees. Sampling technique using probability sampling. The research variables consisted of 3 (three) variables independent namely compensation (X1), work environment (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) and the dependent variable, namely turnover intention (Y). The data were obtained by distributing 60 questionnaires to the respondents who were at Hotel The Chandi Boutique Resorts & Spa. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the compensation variable of work environmental, and job satisfaction partially have a significant opposite direction effect on turnover intention. Variable compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction simultaneously has a significant effect on turnover intention. Result this study is also able to show that the independent variables (compensation, work environment, job satisfaction ) are able to explain the dependent variable, (turnover intention ) of 67%, while the remaining 33% turnover intention is influenced by other variables outside of compensation, work environment, job satisfaction

Abstract

This development research aims to produce a product of socio-economic research methods: 1). Learning tools, 2). Learning assessment/evaluation guidelines, 3). The product of the socio-economic research method is based on the identification of learning objectives by considering the curriculum that has been applied, namely the development of material from the 2013 curriculum on the material "designing and conducting socio-economic research", the socio-economic research method focuses on one material only, and cannot be applied to a different method. the same for other subject matter.The product that has been developed is then carried out by an expert validation test process, individual trials, small group tests and field tests. Based on the test results, the socio-economic research method is very valid, interesting, and effective and can be applied in classroom learning. This can be seen from the results of the validation test with the product feasibility level from each material expert of 90%, the product is effectively used with an average percentage score of 91%. The results of the small group product trial were found to be 87% and the class trial was carried out after going through the stages of being feasible to be applied in a classroom learning. The results of the pretest and posttest trials were found to be quite satisfactory with an achievement level of value of 100%, which indicates that this product is able to boost student interest and learning outcomes in this case using a development product in the form of the GISAKE socio-economic research method in the socio-economic research design material.This method can also be used for a wider audience with adjustments, especially adjustments to the characteristics of students as users. Furthermore, the GISAKE Socio-Economic research method that has been developed can be integrated with the use of renewable information and communication technology.

Abstract

The high and low quality of services provided does not only depend on the performance of village officials as subordinates, but also their leaders, village officials are required to provide maximum service to the community and be able to answer demands from the community, both in terms of quality and quantity. This study aims to analyze the role of leadership and employee commitment in improving community services. The type of research conducted is qualitative research, with research informants namely the Secretary of Meninting Village, Head of Meninting Village Service, Head of TU & General Affairs of Meninting Village and three people from the community. Data collection using documentation techniques, observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis used consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Meninting Village Head implemented his role very well, namely as an interpersonal role, always giving examples, guiding, and creating good teamwork, informational role, namely seeking and providing important information for the organization and decisional role, namely being able to make good decisions for the organization. organizational progress that aims to improve employee performance in serving the community. The commitment of Meninting Village employees is not fully maximized because some employees have not complied with work discipline regulations so that it affects performance which means a decrease in service to the community but they are ready to work more for the organization by working continuously to maximize services and want to maintain their membership because of coordination and good demeanor among fellow employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance and work environment on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Office of West Lombok Regency, as well as the influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Lombok Regency Industry and Trade Office. West. Respondents in this study were 52 people. The type of research used is associative research, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling with Likert scale measurements. The data is processed through the SPSS program, with technical multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) competence had an effect on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of West Lombok Regency with a value of t-count > t-table, namely (3,024 > 1,677) and significance value (0,004 < 0,05), (2) work discipline had an effect on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade in West Lombok Regency with a t-count value > t-table, namely (2,040 > 1.677) and significance value (0,047 < 0,05), (3) The work environment affects the performance of employees at the Industry and Trade Office of West Lombok Regency with a t-count value > t-table, namely (2,647 > 1,677) and significance value (0,011 < 0,05). (4) Competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of West Lombok Regency with an F-count > F-table (13.131 > 2.565) and significance value (0,000 < 0,05). Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that competence, work discipline and work environment have an influence on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Office of West Lombok Regency. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian asosiatif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan pengukuran skala likert. Data diproses melalui program spss, dengan teknis analisis regresi linear berganda. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pelatihan dan disiplin kerja dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Perwakilan BEI NTB. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif .menggunakan tekhik sampling snowball sampling yang merupakan bagian probability sampling.Tehnik pengambilan sample menggunakan nonprobability.metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data kualittatif model Miles dan Hubermen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pelatihan (TOT, sekolah pasar modal, klinik investasi ) yang mumpuni dan disiplin kerja juga sangat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan KSPM sebagai perantara nasabah dan bursa efek. Pelatihan yang diberikan bursa efek untuk melatih mahasiswa dan karyawan inti dinilai sangat membantu peningkatan baik dari jumlah investor sampai dengan penambahan jumlah transaksi investor setiap bulan.Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari grafik peningkatan jumlah investor pada dua tahun terakhir. Selain dari itu peneliti menemukan faktor lain yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia sampai dengan faktor peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pada KP BEI NTB terletak pada kualitas pelatih dan banyaknya KSPM yang mulai dibentuk. Seiring dengan penambahan jumlah KSPM yang dibentuk mengakibatkan penyebaran informasi yang lebih meluas dan dapat menjangkau wilayah pelosok.Penambahan KSPM dapat diikuti dengan penambahan jumlah pelatihan rutin untuk dapat menjamin informasi yang diberikan telah sesuai dengan keadaan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Disiplin Kerja, Kualitas Pelayanan
