The presence of society 5.0 as a technology-based human-centred concept of society requires humans to have a paradigm of a more critical, creative way of thinking, and balance between development and the ability to solve problems to improve the quality of life in a sustainable manner. The industrial sector must innovate to be able to provide recommendations on every consumer problem. The digital content industry is one of the industrial sectors that is considered to have a significant role, both in improving the economy and in building sustainability for the community. This study uses a conceptual review to review the concept of the digital content industry in the perspective of Society 5.0. There are two aspects examined in this research, namely the presence of social media and its role as a stage for mainstream media in supporting community activities in era 5.0 and the readiness of human resources (HR) in the adaptation process and welcoming sustainable development. Youtube and Tiktok have become social media platforms as a form of technology application container as a savior of human life that depends on and coexists with technology.

From quantitative measurement, gender discrimination is still a reality in our country. Woman is less access in development than man. Government seemingly is not serious in implementing gender mean streaming in development, whereas Indonesia has been consensus to support and implement international conventions and agreements in gender empowerment. This situation has to be changed by more increase woman quality. One principal aspect to do that is by strengthening woman bargaining position in politic. Meanwhile, 30 percent quota of woman in parliament is still not be implemented. Many parties are still uncertain in woman capabilities cause of gender paradigm that is unbalanced. Recently, gender discrimination is still operating in work place, in community and in any segment of our life. Thus, government has to be more serious in supporting gender empowerment, especially in bureaucracy. Parliament also has to initiate in creating regulation which pro woman. NGOs, university, gender study center also have to be more concern in women in diverse background; rural, city, career woman, etc.Key words: Gender discrimination, political position of woman

The street children is a common problem, because these problems arise from the social system that does not run optimally, low community awareness and government programs that have not completed running well. There are 3 models of empowerment by mapping goals namely micro, mezzo and macro intervention. Intervention micro methods (individual and family) is to provide direct assistance to children and families. Interventions to children is by tutoring, spiritual, guidance, and social guidance and also savings. Intervention to families by providing counseling and programs intervenstion. Mezzo method of intervention focuses on community and social environment by improving the welfare of society. Community involvement and community elements in empowering street children by motivating and arousing awareness through empowerment programs are directly in contact with the child by involving all stakeholders. Factors supporting that sense of kinship, enthusiastic street children, in cooperation with community elements, and adequate facilities.Key words : Support and empowement, street children, community

Globalization is the newest era when anything can't stop entering our environment, family and our children. Every value can colour our children. Through information technology cannal, Western Value can also enter our home. If the value that is enter in our home is positive, we can accept it. However, if the value is negative we have to push away it. Anticipating the bad impact of negative value that will get in to our environment, the role of child aducation is not just in parents hands. It is a responsible any related-institutions i.e. School operating by teacher, Religious Leaders and etc. Further, any resposble people and institutions have to protect our children from bad impact of globalization by religious education. Recently child violance phenomenon showed increasing trend figures. Particularly the numbers of child sexual abuse has been like a scary ghost. Indeed, some said that Indonesia has been categorized as emergency conditions sexual abuse in children. There are had appeared expression, Indonesia is a heaven for phedofil predators. This is due to legal sanctions have not been functioning as a deterrent effect. Child protection regulations have not been implemented yet maximally. In this situation, society has great expectations to law enforcement in order to take appropriate action. In addition, the institution of the family as a social institution is first and foremost for the child should be able to contribute to its function in order to reduce the number of child abuse. Families should be the frontline in the protection and fulfillment of children's rights. Further reinforced by the social networking community must participate in child protection which completed their growth process optimally. Key words : child violence, family function

AbstractFamily Educational design could impact child personality in their life. The family that set up education in democratic circumstance makes children more stable in manner and behaviour, children that are educated in authoritarianism situation tent to aggressive. Family that set up in permissive circumstance make them more aggressive. The research result could be interpreted that we have to evaluate three educational environments, namely: family, school and community (peer groups). We have to design those environments which could support the child in their psychology development phase. The other is IT tools, the one relatively newest educational institution that also could impact child behaviour. Family empowerment is one of the best solutions in handling and facing modern and globalization era.Key words: family empowerment, child education, educational environment

The phenomenon of increasing the number of elderly population has implications for development, including: the impact on the budget, the social and psychological situation of the individual elderly population and the social structure of society, fulfillment of basic rights in the health and welfare sector. One of the basic needs of the elderly is the caring fields, because of the proportion eldely population with morbidity is quitely still high. Therefore, the provision of professional and humane care services is a necessity which is at the same time an opportunity for institutions and organizations engaged in the social and community welfare sector. By implementing professional and accountable social welfare management, it will be an important solution in meeting nursing needs with its various models.

Permasalahan anak jalanan atau pekerja anak merupakan masalah sosial yang belum terselesaikan sampai saat ini. Solusi yang dibuat oleh stakeholders atas permasalahan tersebut masih belum menyentuh akar permasalahan yang sesungguhnya. Permasalahan anak jalanan terkait erat dengan kondisi ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya di dalam keluarga mereka. Desakan ekonomi dalam kehidupan perkotaan di Cirebon menyisakan kelompok masyarakat dengan akses yang serba terbatas. Menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini mengungkap permasalahan sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya anak jalanan di Kota Cirebon dengan mengambil data pada dua lokasi yang menjadi pusat anak-anak dan keluarganya melakukan aktivitas. Pengumpulan data lapangan dengan wawancara mendalam dan diskusi terfokus dengan anak jalanan dan keluarga mereka on the spot di lokasi untuk menjaga ke-alamiahan kegiatan yang biasa mereka lakukan. Menggunakan teori strategi bertahan keluarga (household survival strategy) masih nampak bahwa tenaga kerja anak adalah potensi sekaligus asset yang ada dalam keluarga sebagai tenaga kerja ketiga yang pada waktunya harus dipergunakan manakala keluarga dalam tekanan ekonomi yang hebat. Temuan penelitian menggambarkan kondisi anak jalanan sebagai berikut : usia responden anak jalanan antara 6 s.d. 13 tahun, Sebagian dari mereka sudah tidak bersekolah lagi (drop out), berasal dari Kota Cirebon 75% dan Kabupaten Cirebon 25% dengan aktivitas utama mengamen, mengemis dan berjualan tisu yang dijajakan di perempatan jalan ketika lampu lalulintas sedang merah (berhenti). Sebagian besar anak jalanan pernah mengalami kekerasan fisik sperti : 1) ditendang, dicubit, dan diinjak oleh tukang becak, 2) dibenturkan ke pintu oleh orang tuanya, 3) dipukul dan dikeroyok di sekolah oleh temannya, 4) dipaksa jual tisu, 5) dibatasi jam main, karena di terget jualan tisu. Kekerasan Psikologis : 1) dihina, diejek, bullying oleh teman sekolah maupun teman di jalan dan 2) bullying (dimarahi dan direndahkan) di rumah oleh orang tuanya. Alasan ekonomi dan situasi psikologis menjadi alasan anak turun ke jalan, yaitu alasan yang disampaikan oleh anak-anak melakukan aktivitas dan bertahan di jalanan.

Development relates to realizing potential, growth or expansion of something, or making something more effective. Put together simply, community development is the act of growing, expanding or making more effective groups of people who have mutual interests. Migration is a natural process of human population dynamics that move from place to place for a wide variety of orientations. The phenomenon of international migration is often an overview of the economic situation of a country in equality. Child is the mandate of Almighty God, in their houlders the future of the family, the nation and the state will be handled. Therefore the completion of their optimal growth and development is the duty of the parents and all community elements, including the state to participate in its favor. Child Rights and Protection Act (UUPA) is a manifestation of the seriousness of the state in implementatng the ringhts of the children while protecting them from potential violence that is always threatening. The phenomenon of migrant workers makes children face problem by lack of primary escort their growth process, especially the mother. The role of the father or mother became the sole companion of children and family members assisted potentially unable to meet the data protection and rights of children. Based on the survey results in general the proportion of the fulfillment of 4 (four) children’s fundamental rights, namely the right to life, growng rights, protection rights and the rights of the opinion can be met by one if his parents or both become migrant workers. In the midst of the stuggle to fulfillment of social and economic needs by migrant workers, beside economic pressures and the exsistence of self in community life, international migration is a quick way to meet all needs, most sources person said needs serious attention to the problems of migrant workers children, by optimizing the existence of regulation with the synegy and policies and programs by both government and non-government organizations and community.
